背景技术
传统的汤料多以动物肉类为主,由于动物肉类胆固醇和脂肪含量高,所以多食动物肉类容易引起冠心病、高血压、动脉硬化等症状。
食用菌是指子实体硕大、可供食用的蕈菌,通称为蘑菇。中国已知的食用菌有350多种,其中多属担子菌亚门,常见的有:香菇、草菇、蘑菇、木耳、银耳、猴头、竹荪、松口蘑、口蘑、红菇和牛肝菌等;少数属于子囊菌亚门,其中有:羊肚菌、马鞍菌、块菌等。上述真菌分别生长在不同的地区、不同的生态环境中。
野生菌因其富含多种维生素和氨基酸以及矿物质和微量元素,并具有鲜美可口的独特风味,因此,长期以来一直倍受人们的喜爱,但由于天然野生菌的生长环境极其特殊,它只生长在夏天雨季的潮温温带地区,故野生菌的季节性很强,而且新鲜的野生菌极难保存,因此,除当地人能够吃到新鲜的野生菌外,其余大部分野生菌只能制成菌干片保存。但这些菌干片无论是食用还是携带均不方便,不能满足人们的需要。因此,研制并开发具有独特风味且食用、携带方便的野生菌类食品已成为市场所需。

本发明的目的在于提供一种多菌类汤料,相比动物肉类汤料具有低胆固醇和低脂肪含量的优点。

羊肚菌,被称为“菌中之王”,其肉质脆嫩,香甜可口,具有滋阴壮阳、性平味甘、有益肠胃、消化助食、化痰理气、保健美容、抗衰老和防癌等功效。
松茸,是世界著名的食用菌,含有人体必需的多种氨基酸,且肉质细嫩,香味浓郁,具有滋阴壮阳、强身健体、有益肠胃、驱虫止痛、理气化痰、抗核辐射等功效,经常食用还可增强人体免疫力。
竹蒜,具有降血脂、胆固醇、血压的作用,可改善体虚、减轻咳嗽及镇痛症状。除此之外,它还具有减少腹壁脂肪的功效。

本发明一种多菌类汤料,包括羊肚菌4~8份、松茸3~8份、灵芝1~2份、竹荪1~3份、猴头菇1~3份、牛肝菌7~15份、鸡油菌1~2份、香菇4~8份、鸡板菌1~2份、黑虎掌菌1~2份、茶树菇1~2份、姬菇王1~2份、雪山菇1~2份、草菇1~2份、老人头1~4份、冷杉菇1~2份、金丝菇1~2份、干巴菌2~6份、青头菌1~2份、喇叭菌1~2份、北风菌1~2份、红葱菌6~12份、马蹄菌1~2份、珊湖菌1~2份、白灵菇1~2份、虫草0.1~0.2份、人参0.2~0.4份、鸡纵菌1~2份、黄龙伞菌1~2份、木把菌1~2份、黄虎掌菌1~2份。
羊肚菌,被称为“菌中之王”,其肉质脆嫩,香甜可口,具有滋阴壮阳、性平味甘、有益肠胃、消化助食、化痰理气、保健美容、抗衰老和防癌等功效。
松茸,是世界著名的食用菌,含有人体必需的多种氨基酸,且肉质细嫩,香味浓郁,具有滋阴壮阳、强身健体、有益肠胃、驱虫止痛、理气化痰、抗核辐射等功效,经常食用还可增强人体免疫力。
竹蒜,具有降血脂、胆固醇、血压的作用,可改善体虚、减轻咳嗽及镇痛症状。除此之外,它还具有减少腹壁脂肪的功效。
牛肝菌,味道香甜可口,具有清热解烦、法风散寒、舒筋活血、补虚提神等功效,对女性自带不滞及不孕症也有辅助治疗作用,是中医妇科良药"舒筋丸"的原料之一。
鸡板菌,含钙、磷、铁、蛋白质等成分,能增强人体免疫力,养血、润燥、健脾胃,可预防肠病,适用于食欲不振、虚劳怔忡、瘁疮下血等症。
金喇叭,带有水果的清香,内含人体所需的各种氨基酸、维生素、微量元素及矿物质,具有美容养颜的功效。
鸡油菌,具有浓郁的芳香,它含有胡萝卡素、维生素A 二C 和钙、铁、磷等多种矿物质,入药可用于治疗因缺乏维生素A 所引起的皮肤粗糙或干燥症、角膜软化症及视力失常、眼炎、夜盲等疾病。
猴头菇,对胃部及十二指肠溃荡、慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃癌及食道癌、消化不良、神经虚弱、身体虚弱有一定疗效。
冷杉菇,多为黄褐色或肉桂色,基部有白色绒毛,受伤处及其附近分枝变青绿色,常于夏秋季在云杉、冷杉等针叶林地腐枝层上群生。肉质脆嫩,营养丰富。
珊珊菌,因其外形极似珊珊而得名,味道鲜美。入药后有补气、法风、散寒、破血等功效。
青杠菌,有多种芳香物质,并含有人体必需的多种氨基酸和矿物质以及维生素等营养成份。
