本发明是一种方便型面食产品。本发明的目的是用新鲜的牛骨或羊骨,用5∶1的比例放入水、骨,将其下锅大火煮半小时后小火煮半小时即成熟汤。如需加水以比例续入水、骨熬制,再将备份面条若干份装入长把竹笼以萝卜丝覆盖后放入锅内,大火烧沸取出,倒入碗内,佐以小葱、香菜、盐、十三香若干,加入熟汤即可做成大骨面面条,能有效解决传统汤面条费时费力且营养、口感单一的河题,无特殊工艺要求,从而达到提供方便型面食产品的目的的目的。

为解决这些问题,本发明通过改变传统工艺,省却工序,同时保持营养和口感。
具体实施方式
本发明的做法,用新鲜的牛骨或羊骨,用5∶1的比例放入水、骨,将其下锅大火煮半小时后小火煮半小时即成熟汤。如需加水以比例续入水、骨熬制,再将备份面条若干份装入长把竹笼以萝卜丝覆盖后放入锅内,大火烧沸取出,倒入碗内,佐以小葱、香菜、盐、十三香若干,加入熟汤即可食用。

1.一种大骨面的特征是用新鲜的牛骨或羊骨,用5∶1的比例放入水、骨,将其下锅大火煮半小时后小火煮半小时即成熟汤。如需加水以比例续入水、骨熬制,再将备份面条若干份装入长把竹笼以萝卜丝覆盖后放入锅内,大火烧沸取出,倒入碗内,佐以小葱、香菜、盐、十三香若干,加入熟汤即可做成大骨面面条。
2.根据权利要求1所述,水与牛骨或羊骨的比例为5∶1,如需加水应以同比续入牛骨或羊骨。
