一种聚丙烯滤板的制备方法,该方法为快速注塑成型,包括隔膜芯板,材料放入搅拌烘干机料桶中,设置70℃度的温度干燥处理,注塑机设置的温度为两端210℃中间为240℃,设置两次模具合模锁紧,第一次模具合模锁紧设置锁模压力为20000KN,注射进料推进设置为分段式,第一段设置时间为35秒,注射推进压力为11.0MPa,第二段设置时间为25秒,注射推进压力为9.0MPa,第三段设置时间为20秒,注射推进压力为7.0MPa,第四段设置时间为10秒,注射推进压力为6.0MPa,第五段为保压段设置时间为3分钟,保压推进压力为4.0MPa,第二次锁模压力为28000KN,锁模前密封面止口滑块自动抽出,锁模冷却保压14‑16分钟,在第二块滤板合模时滑块自动复位,依次循环快速注塑聚丙烯滤板。

技术领域
本发明为过滤设备压滤机领域,涉及一种聚丙烯滤板的制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯滤板是压滤机的主要过滤元件,其中包括聚丙烯隔膜滤板,物料过滤后滤饼留在滤板的腔室,通过隔膜滤板两侧的隔膜挤压滤饼,去除滤饼中的残留滤液,实现滤饼的纯净度和滤液的回收率,达到固液分离的目的。
聚丙烯滤板和隔膜芯板由于厚度大而且面积又大,因此制作难度大,多年来各生产厂家都使用平板硫化机模压成型,隔膜芯板为隔膜滤板的主体,隔膜芯板的两侧面焊接隔膜片组成隔膜滤板,模压一块聚丙烯滤板或隔膜芯板需用1小时到1.5小时,模压后的聚丙烯滤板或隔膜芯板毛坯件还要经过机械加工才能使用或转入下道工序,这样生产一块聚丙烯滤板或者隔膜芯板从模压到机械加工最少需用1.5到2个小时才能完成,而且还经常出现很多不合格的产品,因此使生产聚丙烯滤板或隔膜芯板生产成本大和效率低,工人劳动强度大和浪费原材料,是多年来生产聚丙烯滤板和隔膜芯板的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述背景技术中存在的不足之处,而提供一种聚丙烯滤板的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种聚丙烯滤板的制备方法,该制备方法为快速注塑成型,其中包括隔膜芯板,聚丙烯材料首先放入塑料搅拌烘干机料桶中,设置70℃度的温度进行搅拌干燥处理,搅拌均匀去除水分,聚丙烯材料再放入注塑机的螺杆加热桶料斗,注塑机设置控制程序自动控制完成注塑,螺杆加热桶设置的温度为两端210℃中间为240℃,电机启动螺杆转动聚丙烯熔化进入注射储料室,同时注塑机模具合模,在模具的密封面止口处设置的滑块复位,安全门关闭,设置自动控制程序为两次模具合模锁紧,第一次模具合模锁紧设置锁模压力为20000KN,注射进料推进设置为分段式,第一段设置时间为35秒,注射推进压力为11.0MPa,第二段设置时间为25秒,注射推进压力为9.0MPa,第三段设置时间为20秒,注射推进压力为7.0MPa,第四段设置时间为10秒,注射推进压力为6.0MPa,第五段为保压段设置时间为3分钟,保压推进压力为4.0MPa,第二次模具合模锁紧设置锁模压力为28000KN,锁模前在模具的密封面止口处设置的滑块自动抽出,模具高压锁模冷却保压14-16分钟,安全门打开,即可开模自动顶出聚丙烯滤板,在保压同时电机启动螺杆转动第二块滤板材料熔化进入注射储料室,在第二块滤板模具合模时设置的滑块自动复位,安全门关闭,依次循环快速注塑聚丙烯滤板。
由本发明的制备方法实施可以快速注塑成型聚丙烯滤板,其中包括聚丙烯隔膜芯板,采用分段式计时自动转换注塑方法快速成型,高压注射使滤板内部结构更加充实均匀,由于采用了第二次模具合模锁紧压缩滤板的方法,使滤板内部结构密度充实和表面光洁度更进一步地提高,表面平面度达到了密封的要求,滤板密封面不用机加工即可使用,隔膜芯板不用机加工即可与隔膜片焊接,减少了机械加工的工序,平均每20分钟生产一块滤板,极大地降低了滤板生产周期,高压快速注塑质量好,而且还不用定型机定型滤板不收缩不变形,由于二次模具合模锁紧压缩的滤板密度高强度大不变形,延长了滤板的使用寿命,降低了成本,节省了原材料,减少了工人劳动强度,解决了多年来生产滤板的难题,实现了快速注塑滤板的效率。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种聚丙烯滤板的制备方法,该制备方法为快速注塑成型,其中包括聚丙烯隔膜芯板,采用分段式计时自动注塑方法,首先将聚丙烯材料放入塑料搅拌烘干机料桶中,设置70℃度的温度进行干燥处理,搅拌均匀去除水分,选用设备HTK28000型注塑成型机,再把材料放入塑料注塑机的螺杆加热桶料斗,注塑机设置控制程序自动控制完成注塑,螺杆加热桶设置的温度为两端210℃中间为240℃,注塑机加入材料前加热桶提前预热30分钟后螺杆才能转动,电机启动螺杆转动聚丙烯材料熔化进入注射储料室,同时注塑机模具合模,在模具的密封面四周止口设置的滑块复位,安全门关闭,设置控制程序为两次模具合模锁紧,控制程序自动模具锁紧,第一次模具合模锁紧为注射滤板的材料,设置模具锁模压力为20000KN,塑料注射进料推进设为分段式注射,第一段设置时间为35秒,注射推进压力为11.0MPa,第二段设置时间为25秒,注射推进压力为9.0MPa,第三段设置时间为20秒,注射推进压力为7.0MPa,第四段设置时间为10秒,注射推进压力为6.0MPa,第五段为保压段设置时间3分钟,保压推进压力为4.0MPa,推进的螺杆设有行程刻度,刻度线到位为模具腔室内材料注射挤满,第二次模具合模锁紧为压缩滤板密度,使滤板密度充实强度大,同时还增加滤板表面的光洁度,锁模前在模具密封面四周止口设置的滑块自动抽出,使模具设置的止口留有压缩的空间,设置模具锁模压力为28000KN,模具冷却保压14-16分钟,优选冷却保压15分钟,安全门打开,锁模松开模具压板退回,即可开模自动顶出聚丙烯滤板,在保压同时电机启动螺杆转动第二块滤板材料熔化进入注射储料室,在第二块滤板模具合模时密封面四周滑块自动复回原位,安全门关闭,依次循环快速注塑聚丙烯滤板,由于锁模压力大平面光洁度高密封面可不再机械加工,去除毛刺菱角倒钝即可使用,隔膜芯板不用机加工即可与隔膜片焊接,减少了机械加工的工序,平均每20分钟生产注塑一块滤板或隔膜芯板,高压快速注塑滤板密度充实强度大质量好,由于滤板锁模压缩的密度充实强度大模具内取出不用定型机模压定型可不变形,滤板密度充实延长了滤板的使用寿命,该制备方法实现了聚丙烯滤板快速注塑成型,其中包括聚丙烯隔膜芯板,降低了成本,节省了原材料,减少了工人劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

1.一种聚丙烯滤板的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法为快速注塑成型,其中包括隔膜芯板,聚丙烯材料首先放入塑料搅拌烘干机料桶中,设置70℃度的温度进行搅拌干燥处理,聚丙烯材料再放入注塑机的螺杆加热桶料斗,注塑机设置控制程序自动控制完成注塑,螺杆加热桶设置的温度为两端210℃中间为240℃,聚丙烯熔化进入注射储料室,同时注塑机模具合模,在模具的密封面止口处设置滑块复位,设置自动控制程序为两次模具合模锁紧,第一次模具合模锁紧设置锁模压力为20000KN,注射进料推进设置为分段式,第一段设置时间为35秒,注射推进压力为11.0MPa,第二段设置时间为25秒,注射推进压力为9.0MPa,第三段设置时间为20秒,注射推进压力为7.0MPa,第四段设置时间为10秒,注射推进压力为6.0MPa,第五段为保压段设置时间为3分钟,保压推进压力为4.0MPa,第二次模具合模锁紧设置锁模压力为28000KN,锁模前在模具的止口处设置的滑块自动抽出,锁模冷却保压15分钟,即可开模自动顶出滤板,在保压同时第二块滤板材料熔化进入注射储料室,依次循环快速注塑聚丙烯滤板。
