本发明涉及汽车零件注塑工艺技术领域,具体涉及PP材料保险杠的注塑工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:配料、烘料、加热、设定注塑机参数、注塑、压力保持和开模。本发明经过对保压时间与保压压力的调试,解决了现有技术中PP材料保险杠注塑工艺中存在的成品两端收缩严重,产品不符合公差要求、表面粗糙等技术问题,材料结构强度相比现有技术得到进一步的增强,大幅减少了废品率,提高了生产效率。

PP材料保险杠的注塑工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零件注塑工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种PP材料保险杠的注塑工艺。
背景技术
注塑是一种普遍的塑料成型方法,广泛应用于汽车零部件制造领域。注塑机是将液态熔融态塑料利用成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要设备。据分析显示 2016 年我国汽车销量增速为6%,2015-2020年均复合增速为3.7%,保险杠属于大型汽车零配件,一般情况一套汽车配臵一套汽车保险杠,此外,汽车保险杠属于汽车零部件中的易耗品,在所有汽车外观零部件中最易受损。假设 2016-2018年我国汽车产量增速与销量增速相同,同时保守估计我国 OEM 市场汽车保险杠产量增速与我国汽车产量增速相同,可以估算出2018年我国 OEM市场汽车保险杠产量高达1,791 万套。
PP材料是目前保险杠最广泛运用的材料,但由于保险杠的表面积比较大,注塑周期长,注塑成型过程中非常容易产生缺料、收缩、顶白、银纹、变形等缺陷,废品率高,增加生产成本。
发明内容
针对上述存在的不足,本发明提供了一种PP材料保险杠的注塑工艺,解决现有技术中PP材料保险杠注塑工艺中存在的成品两端收缩严重,产品不符合公差要求、表面粗糙等技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种PP材料保险杠的注塑工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)配料:将颗粒状的PP材料、玻璃纤维和阻燃剂按如下质量份数配制成面板原材料:PP材料700份、玻璃纤维3份、阻燃剂1.5份,将所述原材料放置在搅拌机内搅拌混合均匀;
2)烘料:将步骤1)混合均匀所得的原材料吸入注塑机料筒中,将烘料温度设定为90℃,烘料时间设定为3h;
3)加热:射料筒温度:一段265℃,二段270℃,三段270℃,四段265℃,五段260℃;热流道温度:235±5℃;
4)设定注塑机参数:设定锁模压力130±5Kg/cm²,注射速度15-50%,冷却水温度20±3℃;
5)注塑:动模定模合模,第一段注射压力为100 Kg/cm²,第二段注射压力为130 Kg/cm²,第三段注射压力为90 Kg/cm²;
6)压力保持:保压一段3±2s,保压二段14±3s;
7)开模:成型周期为100±5s,打开动模,机械手脱模。
作为优选的,所述步骤2)所PP原材料的含水率烘干至不超过0.2%。
作为优选的,步骤3)中热流道加热时间为≥30min。
作为优选的,步骤6)中保压一段压力为70 Kg/cm²,保压二段压力为50 Kg/cm²。
作为优选的,所述注塑机型号为TTI-3300J。
作为优选的,所述PP材料牌号为WL-PP-B10。
综上所述,本发明由于采用了上述方案,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明通过在增强PP料中添加阻燃剂和玻璃纤维,使成品的表面光洁度相比现有技术得到进一步的提高,其材料结构强度相比现有技术得到进一步的增强;
(2)本发明对保压时间反复调试,加上注射压力的配合,注塑出来的产品收缩率以及表面问题均有很大的改善,大幅减少了废品率,提高了生产效率。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明一种PP材料保险杠的注塑工艺,作进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种PP材料保险杠的注塑工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)配料:将颗粒状的PP材料、玻璃纤维和阻燃剂按如下质量份数配制成面板原材料:PP材料700份、玻璃纤维3份、阻燃剂1.5份,将所述原材料放置在搅拌机内搅拌混合均匀,所述PP材料牌号为WL-PP-B10;
2)烘料:将步骤1)混合均匀所得的原材料吸入注塑机料筒中,注塑机选用TTI-3300J,将烘料温度设定为90℃,烘料时间设定为3h,烘干后的原材料经检测含水率为0.1%;
3)加热:射料筒温度:一段265℃,二段270℃,三段270℃,四段265℃,五段260℃;热流道温度:235℃;
4)设定注塑机参数:设定锁模压力135Kg/cm²,注射速度35%,冷却水温度20℃;
5)注塑:动模定模合模,第一段注射压力为100 Kg/cm²,第二段注射压力为130 Kg/cm²,第三段注射压力为90 Kg/cm²;
6)压力保持:保压一段5s,保压二段16s,保压一段压力为70 Kg/cm²,保压二段压力为50 Kg/cm²;
7)开模:成型周期为102s,打开动模,机械手脱模。

1.一种PP材料保险杠的注塑工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)配料:将颗粒状的PP材料、玻璃纤维和阻燃剂按如下质量份数配制成面板原材料:PP材料700份、玻璃纤维3份、阻燃剂1.5份,将所述原材料放置在搅拌机内搅拌混合均匀;
2)烘料:将步骤1)混合均匀所得的原材料吸入注塑机料筒中,将烘料温度设定为90℃,烘料时间设定为3h;
3)加热:射料筒温度:一段265℃,二段270℃,三段270℃,四段265℃,五段260℃;热流道温度:235±5℃;
4)设定注塑机参数:设定锁模压力130±5Kg/cm²,注射速度15-50%,冷却水温度20±3℃;
5)注塑:动模定模合模,第一段注射压力为100 Kg/cm²,第二段注射压力为130 Kg/cm²,第三段注射压力为90 Kg/cm²;

4.根据权利要求1所述的PP材料保险杠的注塑工艺,其特征在于,步骤6)中保压一段压力为70 Kg/cm²,保压二段压力为50 Kg/cm²。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PP材料保险杠的注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述注塑机型号为TTI-3300J。
