本发明公开了一种多层包覆的注塑加工工艺,第一,原料处理:将原料清洁后加入至注塑机中进行熔融加热;第二,预热模具:将注塑模具合模后放入注塑机上的工作区域内,对模具进行预热,预热温度为65~85℃;第三,参数设计:根据型腔的几何形状,计算出分段注塑的阶段数,同时并设计出每段注塑的注塑参数值;第四,分段注塑:第一阶段射入,注塑机向模具内注入熔融的塑胶原料,熔融的塑胶原料被注入模具后形成基层,将基材初步凝固成型后,在进行第二阶段射入,注塑机再向模具内注入熔融的塑胶原料,直至型腔被充满;第五,冷却成型:根据产品尺寸及厚度计算冷却时间,将成品静置冷却;第六,设备开模:根据脱模角度将模具分离,注塑成品被顶出。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑成型工艺,特别是一种路由器外壳成型方法。
背景技术
注塑机又名注射成型机或注射机,它是将热塑性塑料或热固性塑料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备,分为立式、卧式、全电式,注塑机能加热塑料,对熔融塑料施加高压,使其射出而充满模具型腔。一般情况下,注塑工艺是指如此一种工艺,其首先要准备需要进行模制的塑料物质,如对塑料进行塑化,然后将已塑炼的塑料注入注塑模具的模穴内,待塑料变硬后,就可以得到想要的注塑模件。塑料制品由于具有良好的机械强度、耐腐蚀性能,在电子电器、半导体、太阳能、LED、化工防腐、机械制造、建筑建材等多种领域中被广泛应用。但是由于塑料制品的刚度同 金属相比具有不足,或需要使用的产品厚度尺寸过大难以注塑成型,而且熔融树脂的流动性不好,不能完全填满模具,影响模制品的尺寸精确度和外观形状。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多层包覆的注塑加工工艺,能够有效的提高注塑件的硬度和表面效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种多层包覆的注塑加工工艺,其包括:
第一,原料处理:将原料清洁后加入至注塑机中进行熔融加热;
第二,预热模具:将注塑模具合模后放入注塑机上的工作区域内,对模具进行预热,预热温度为65~85℃;
第三,参数设计:根据型腔的几何形状,计算出分段注塑的阶段数,同时并设计出每段注塑的注塑参数值;
第四,分段注塑:第一阶段射入,注塑机向模具内注入熔融的塑胶原料,熔融的塑胶原料被注入模具后形成基层,将基材初步凝固成型后,在进行第二阶段射入,注塑机再向模具内注入熔融的塑胶原料,直至型腔被充满;
第五,冷却成型:根据产品尺寸及厚度计算冷却时间,将成品静置冷却;
第六,设备开模:根据脱模角度将模具分离,注塑成品被顶出。
优选的是,所述第一阶段射入过程中,其注射速率为0.6~0.8cm/s,注射压力为80~110bar,熔胶温度为180~200℃。
优选的是,所述第二阶段射入过程中,其注射速率为0.8~1.0cm/s,注射压力为100~130bar,熔胶温度为180~200℃。
优选的是,所述第五步中冷却时间为150s~180s。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种多层包覆的注塑加工工艺,注塑方法步骤简单,产品成型周期短,极大的提高了工作效率,并且成型产品的外观质量较高,降低了产品产生缺陷的概率。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:一种多层包覆的注塑加工工艺,其步骤包括:
第一,原料处理:将原料清洁后加入至注塑机中进行熔融加热;
第二,预热模具:将注塑模具合模后放入注塑机上的工作区域内,对模具进行预热,预热温度为65~85℃;
第三,参数设计:根据型腔的几何形状,计算出分段注塑的阶段数,同时并设计出每段注塑的注塑参数值;
第四,分段注塑:第一阶段射入,注塑机向模具内注入熔融的塑胶原料,熔融的塑胶原料被注入模具后形成基层,将基材初步凝固成型后,在进行第二阶段射入,注塑机再向模具内注入熔融的塑胶原料,直至型腔被充满;其中第一阶段射入过程中,其注射速率为0.6~0.8cm/s,注射压力为80~110bar,熔胶温度为180~200℃;第二阶段射入过程中,其注射速率为0.8~1.0cm/s,注射压力为100~130bar,熔胶温度为180~200℃;
第五,冷却成型:根据产品尺寸及厚度计算冷却时间,将成品静置冷却,冷却时间为150s~180s;
第六,设备开模:根据脱模角度将模具分离,注塑成品被顶出。
根据上述工艺步骤,本方案采用的其他实施例1~6其设计的具体参数如下表所示:
本发明将塑料颗粒进行清洁、熔化后注入模具型腔中,在一定的压力下冷却固化成型,待温度冷却至60~80℃后,将成型的产品从模具型腔中取出,放在工位器具上。本发明注塑方法步骤简单,产品成型周期短,极大的提高了工作效率,并且成型产品的外观质量较高,降低了产品产生缺陷的概率。

1.一种多层包覆的注塑加工工艺, 其特征在于:其步骤包括:
第一,原料处理:将原料清洁后加入至注塑机中进行熔融加热;
第二,预热模具:将注塑模具合模后放入注塑机上的工作区域内,对模具进行预热,预热温度为65~85℃;
第三,参数设计:根据型腔的几何形状,计算出分段注塑的阶段数,同时并设计出每段注塑的注塑参数值;
第四,分段注塑:第一阶段射入,注塑机向模具内注入熔融的塑胶原料,熔融的塑胶原料被注入模具后形成基层,将基材初步凝固成型后,在进行第二阶段射入,注塑机再向模具内注入熔融的塑胶原料,直至型腔被充满;
第五,冷却成型:根据产品尺寸及厚度计算冷却时间,将成品静置冷却;
第六,设备开模:根据脱模角度将模具分离,注塑成品被顶出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层包覆的注塑加工工艺, 其特征在于:所述第一阶段射入过程中,其注射速率为0.6~0.8cm/s,注射压力为80~110bar,熔胶温度为180~200℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层包覆的注塑加工工艺, 其特征在于:所述第二阶段射入过程中,其注射速率为0.8~1.0cm/s,注射压力为100~130bar,熔胶温度为180~200℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层包覆的注塑加工工艺, 其特征在于:所述第五步中冷却时间为150s~180s。
