本发明提供一种塑料注塑工艺,属于塑料回收技术领域,包括以下步骤:将塑料颗粒放入干燥器进行干燥处理,然后加热使其熔化,将熔融状态的塑料在一定的速度和压力下通过注射装置注入到模具型腔中,当模具型腔中充满熔融原料后,冷却固化,最后开模,将成型的塑料产品从模具中分离出来。本发明注塑方法步骤简单,产品成型周期短,极大的提高了工作效率,并且成型产品的外观质量较高,降低了产品产生缺陷的概率。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑料注塑工艺。
背景技术
塑料制品由于具有良好的机械强度、耐腐蚀性能,在电子电器、半导体、太阳能、LED、化工防腐、机械制造、建筑建材等多种领域中被广泛应用。但是由于塑料制品的刚度同金属相比具有不足,或需要使用的产品厚度尺寸过大难以注塑成型,而且熔融树脂的流动性不好,不能完全填满模具,影响模制品的尺寸精确度和外观形状。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种塑料注塑工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种塑料注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)把塑料颗粒放入干燥器,利用热空气进行干燥处理;
(2)将干燥好的塑料颗粒放入注塑机的储料筒中进行加热使其熔化;
(3)将熔融状态下的塑料在一定的速度和压力下,通过注射装置将熔融的塑料注入到模具型腔中,其中熔融塑料中溶解一定量的二氧化碳以降低熔融塑料的粘度;
(4)模具型腔内充满熔融原料后,保持一定的压力等待熔融原料冷却固化;
(5)在冷却至60-80℃后开模,将成型的塑料产品从模具中分离出来;
(6)将成型的塑料产品平放于产品的工位器具上。
所述注射装置为螺杆式注射装置。
所述步骤(1)中干燥温度控制在90-120℃,干燥时间控制在9-15小时;
所述溶于熔融塑料中的二氧化碳的量不低于0.2wt%,不高于3wt%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明注塑方法步骤简单,产品成型周期短,极大的提高了生产效率;并且在熔融塑料颗粒中溶解一定量的二氧化碳,降低了熔融塑料的粘度,提高了产品的成型效率及外观质量,降低了产品产生缺陷的概率。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明一种塑料注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)把塑料颗粒放入干燥器,利用热空气进行干燥处理;
(2)将干燥好的塑料颗粒放入注塑机的储料筒中进行加热使其熔化;
(3)将熔融状态下的塑料在一定的速度和压力下,通过注射装置将熔融的塑料注入到模具型腔中,其中熔融塑料中溶解一定量的二氧化碳以降低熔融塑料的粘度;
(4)模具型腔内充满熔融原料后,保持一定的压力等待熔融原料冷却固化;
(5)在冷却至60-80℃后开模,将成型的塑料产品从模具型腔中分离出来;
(6)将成型的塑料产品平放于产品的工位器具上。
所述注射装置为螺杆式注射装置。

本发明将塑料颗粒进行干燥、熔化后注入模具型腔中,在一定的压力下冷却固化成型,待温度冷却至60-80℃后,将成型的产品从模具型腔中取出,放在工位器具上。本发明注塑方法步骤简单,产品成型周期短,极大的提高了工作效率,并且成型产品的外观质量较高,降低了产品产生缺陷的概率。

Claims (4)

1.一种塑料注塑工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)把塑料颗粒放入干燥器,利用热空气进行干燥处理;
(2)将干燥好的塑料颗粒放入注塑机的储料筒中进行加热使其熔化;
(3)将熔融状态下的塑料在一定的速度和压力下,通过注射装置将熔融的塑料注入到模具型腔中,其中熔融塑料中溶解一定量的二氧化碳以降低熔融塑料的粘度;
(4)模具型腔内充满熔融原料后,保持一定的压力等待熔融原料冷却固化;
(5)在冷却至60-80℃后开模,将成型的塑料产品从模具中分离出来;
(6)将成型的塑料产品平放于产品的工位器具上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述注射装置为螺杆式注射装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中干燥温度控制在90-120℃,干燥时间控制在9-15小时。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述溶于熔融塑料中的二氧化碳的量不低于0.2wt%,不高于3wt%。
