Abstract

本发明涉及一种水牛角浓缩粉颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:手工用锯子将水牛角的角尖和角桩分开,角桩镑片,经水提煎液浓缩,收膏待用;角尖镑成薄片,60℃干燥,置万能粉碎机粉碎成细粉,将其与上述清膏混匀,80℃干燥,将混合物用超微粉碎机粉碎得到水分含量4.6%,有效成分含量15.3%的水牛角浓缩粉。

一种水牛角浓缩粉及浓缩水牛角颗粒的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及到浓缩水牛角颗粒及其原料的制备方法,属于医药技术领域.
技术背景
水牛角浓缩粉是取水牛角的角尖粉碎成细粉;其角桩打成粗颗粒或镑成薄片,经水提煎液浓缩后,与上述角尖细粉混匀,干燥后,粉碎成细粉,过筛,制成的一种淡灰色,气微腥,味微咸的粉末。
浓缩水牛角颗粒是取水牛角浓缩粉与糖粉混匀,加入一定浓度的淀粉糖浆,湿法制粒,干燥,制成颗粒,喷入杏仁香精,混匀,制成的一种中药颗粒剂。用于温病高热,神昏谵语,发斑发疹,吐血,衄血,惊风,癫狂。
浓缩水牛角颗粒处方有效成份为水牛角浓缩粉,而水牛角浓缩粉具有轻抛、不溶于水、难吸收的特性,导致生产中颗粒松散,机分装量不稳定,并且出现颗粒溶散热水中易分层的现象。本发明对水牛角浓缩粉的粉碎工艺及浓缩水牛角颗粒制粒工艺进行研究及优化,研究出一种提高水牛角浓缩粉细粉细度,使浓缩水牛角颗粒机分装量稳定、减缓颗粒溶于热水的分层速度,延长分层时限。
本发明提供一种水牛角浓缩粉粉碎方法及浓缩水牛角颗粒制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种新的水牛角浓缩粉粉碎方法:
手工用锯子将水牛角的角尖和角桩分开,角桩镑片,经水提煎液浓缩,收膏待用;角尖镑成薄片,60℃干燥,置万能粉碎机粉碎成细粉,将其与上述清膏混匀,80℃干燥,将混合物用超微粉碎机粉碎得到水分含量4.6%,有效成分含量15.3%的水牛角浓缩粉。
本发明的水牛角浓缩粉的制备方法是经过筛选获得的,筛选过程如下:
手工用锯子将水牛角的角尖和角桩分开,角桩镑片,经水提煎液浓缩,收膏待用;角尖镑成薄片,60℃干燥,置万能粉碎机粉碎成细粉,将其与上述清膏混匀,80℃干燥,将混合物采用不同粉碎方式进行粉碎后,过筛,即得。3种粉碎方法对水牛角浓缩粉细粉效果的影响,见表1。

.实验结果表明:通过利用细粉细度、分层时限、粉碎速率、收率4个指标对粉碎效果的考察,综合考虑可以得出,超微粉碎为水牛角浓缩粉最佳粉碎方法。
在得到上述水牛角浓缩粉后,还需要对其制剂进行进一步的改进才能达到本发明的目的,为此,本发明经过筛选得到一种优良的颗粒剂配方和制备方法:
取蔗糖480g粉碎成细粉,与水牛角浓缩粉300g混匀;取淀粉15g,加水适量,加蔗糖205g,煮沸,冷却,加入上述细粉,胶体磨制粒,干燥后喷入杏仁香精10ml,混匀,制成1000g,制得颗粒;将颗粒按10g/袋进行颗粒分装,即得。

取蔗糖480g粉碎成细粉,与水牛角浓缩粉300g混匀;取淀粉15g,加水适量,加蔗糖205g,煮沸,冷却,加入上述细粉,制成颗粒,以下干燥,喷入杏仁香精10ml,混匀,制成1000g,制得颗粒;将颗粒按10g/袋进行颗粒分装,即得。分别考察3种制软材方法对颗粒堆密度、分层时限、装量差异的影响,见表2。

实验结果表明:通过利用堆密度、分层时限、装量差异、颗粒分装外观4个指标对浓缩水牛角颗粒的考察,可以得出,采用胶体磨制粒方法制粒,所得颗粒符合常规检测。
将上述合格颗粒进行6个月加速稳定性考察,试验结果见表3。

根据加速稳定性实验数据表明,按高效湿法制粒和胶体磨制粒两种方法制粒,所得样品6个月加速稳定性考察均符合规定。
具体实施方式
实施例1
水牛角:6000g
1.1手工用锯子将水牛角的角尖和角桩分开,得角尖1030g,角桩4890g;
1.2取角桩镑片4856g,加20倍量水煎煮2次,合并煎液,过100目滤布,滤液浓缩至746ml,得角桩浓缩液,备用;
1.3取角尖镑成薄片,60℃干燥8小时,将薄片置万能粉碎机过100目筛片粉碎成细粉836g,蒸汽灭菌,得角尖细粉,备用;
1.4将角尖细粉加入角桩浓缩液混匀,铺不锈钢盘,置恒温烘箱70℃干燥水分至5%以下后,将其于超微粉碎机粉碎,即得912g。
浓缩水牛角颗粒
实施例2
水牛角浓缩粉:300g 蔗糖:685g 淀粉:15g 杏仁香精:10ml
3.1取蔗糖480g粉碎成细粉,与水牛角浓缩粉300g加入10倍量纯化水于胶体磨研磨,研磨混合物铺盘,置恒温烘箱70℃干燥至水分5%,取出用万能粉碎机过100目筛片粉粹成细粉,得干混粉;
3.2取淀粉15g,70g纯化水搅匀,加蔗糖205g,煮沸,冷却,定量至270g,制得淀粉糖浆;
3.3将淀粉糖浆徐徐倒入干混粉,湿混5分钟,制得适宜软材,过18目摇摆颗粒机,制得湿颗粒;
3.4将湿颗粒铺不锈钢盘,置恒温烘箱70℃干燥颗粒水分至2%以下,取出,置振动分筛机整粒,制得颗粒;
3.5将颗粒喷入杏仁香精,混匀,密闭24小时,颗粒分装,即得。

1.一种水牛角浓缩粉颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
手工用锯子将水牛角的角尖和角桩分开,角桩镑片,经水提煎液浓缩,收膏待用;角尖镑成薄片,60℃干燥,置万能粉碎机粉碎成细粉,将其与上述清膏混匀,80℃干燥,将混合物用超微粉碎机粉碎得到水分含量4.6%,有效成分含量15.3%的水牛角浓缩粉;
取蔗糖480g粉碎成细粉,与水牛角浓缩粉300g混匀;取淀粉15g,加水适量,加蔗糖205g,煮沸,冷却,加入上述细粉,胶体磨制粒,干燥后喷入杏仁香精10ml,混匀,制成1000g,制得颗粒;将颗粒按10g/袋进行颗粒分装,即得。
