本发明属速食食品技术领域,为解决现有速食面营养成分单一、添加大量防腐剂以及其他化学成分来延长保质期,导致长期食用速食面后会给消费者的身体带来很大的不良影响的问题,提供一种薄荷半夏速食杂粮面粉及其制备方法。由白面粉、玉米面、高粱面、小米、黄豆、黑豆、半夏、枸杞、芸豆、黑芝麻、天麻、鱼糜肉、薄荷按一定比例制备而成。可冲调、可熟食,方便食用;面粉、玉米面、高粱面、小米面作为主原料,添加黄豆、黑豆、芸豆、黑芝麻等豆类物质,使营养更加全面、口感丰富,鱼糜肉的加入,使产品荤素搭配,营养全面均衡,而半夏、枸杞、天麻的添加,使得速食面具有了保健功效,而薄荷的加入,使得产品清凉爽口,更容易被消费者接受。

每天我们都可以根据人身的营养需求选择多种多样的食物,合理的选择就能做到平衡膳食。平衡原则在“速食一族”的健康生活中显得更加重要,具体来说,就是荤素搭配、粗细搭配,注意补充富含维生素和纤维素的食物。
绿色、天然、三低的速食更新换代产品已经越来越多地出现在餐桌上,如即食糯玉米、低油方便面、速食玉米粥等。只要按照各自的营养需求选择好食物的种类与数量,遵循一定的营养准则,我们依然能从速食中获得健康。
诸如此类的速食食品,于生活中确实增添了不少方便,殊不知,速食的东西里通常有很多防腐剂以维持表面看起来的安稳和良好,如果长期食用,不仅营养不均衡,身体的健康还会受到影响。
从古至今,我们可以发现,面条自诞生以来,一直受到人们的喜爱与追捧,不断的翻陈出新,如今,市场上的面条也是多种多样,来满足消费者不同的口味追求。但是现有的市场上的面条大多配方单一,不仅不能满足人们对口味的要求,而且营养成分单一,还有的厂家往往在产品中加入大量的防腐剂以及其他化学成分来增加面条的口感和延长面条的保质时间,长时间的食用会给消费者的身体带来很大的不良影响。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有速食面营养成分单一、添加大量防腐剂以及其他化学成分来延长保质期,导致长期食用速食面后会给消费者的身体带来很大的不良影响的问题,提供了一种薄荷半夏速食杂粮面粉及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种薄荷半夏速食杂粮面粉由下列重量份的原料组成:白面粉70-80g、玉米面20-30g、高粱面20-30g、小米20-25g、黄豆15-20g、黑豆15-20g、半夏5-10g、枸杞5-10g、芸豆8-15g、黑芝麻10-15g、天麻15-20g、鱼糜肉20-30g、薄荷5-15g。
优选配比为:白面粉75g、玉米面25g、高粱面25g、小米25g、黄豆18g、黑豆18g、半夏8g、枸杞8g、芸豆12g、黑芝麻12g、天麻18g、鱼糜肉25g、薄荷10g。
所述鱼糜肉为金枪鱼、鳕鱼、或黄鱼的鱼糜肉。
所述薄荷半夏速食杂粮面粉的制备方法为:(1)面粉的制备:按比例将白面粉、玉米面、高粱面混合,然后置于0.4-1kw的微波条件下熟化10-15min;(2)小米豆粉的制备:将小米、黄豆、黑豆、芸豆、黑芝麻干燥粉碎至80-100目,文火炒制15-20min;(3)半夏的制备:将半夏用2倍半夏重量的水煎煮20-30min,过滤收集滤液,重复煎煮过滤收集滤液3次,将3次滤液浓缩后45-60℃干燥后粉碎成80-100目,(4)枸杞、天麻、薄荷的处理:将枸杞、天麻、薄荷30-35℃干燥,粉碎成80-100目备用;(5)鱼糜肉蒸制10-15min后烘干粉碎成80-100目;(6)混合:然后将熟化的面粉,炒制的小米豆粉、收集的半夏粉、枸杞、天麻、薄荷粉以及鱼糜肉粉混合均匀;(5)包装:将混合均匀的薄荷半夏速食杂粮面粉按照每袋50-80g真空包装即可。
与现有技术相比:本申请所述薄荷半夏速食杂粮面粉中半夏:燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,消痞散结。用于痰多咳喘,痰饮眩悸,风痰眩晕,痰厥头痛,呕吐反胃,胸脘痞闷,梅核气;生用外治痈肿痰核;枸杞:养肝,滋肾,润肺。枸杞叶:补虚益精,清热明目。现代医学证明:枸杞中所含的枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,是枸杞中最主要的活性成分,相对分子质量为68-200,现已有很多研究表明枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。天麻:平肝息风止痉。天麻常用以治疗中风偏瘫、手足不遂、口眼波斜、肢体麻木、筋骨疼痛、风湿关节炎、用脑过度、神经衰弱、失眠、头痛、头晕、四肢拘挛、降血脂、降血压、老年性痴呆、帕金森氏症等病症。具有助阳气、壮身延年、长阴肥健、补五劳七伤、通脉开窍等作用;薄荷:治流行性感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽喉、牙床肿痛等症。处用可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等。光朋温室采摘的薄荷又是春节餐桌上的鲜菜。清爽可口。平常以薄荷代茶,清心明目。本发明可冲调、可熟食,方便食用。本发明由面粉、玉米面、高粱面、小米面作为主原料,添加了黄豆、黑豆、芸豆、黑芝麻等豆类物质,使得营养更加全面、口感丰富,鱼糜肉的加入,使得所制备的产品荤素搭配,营养均衡;而半夏、枸杞、天麻的添加,使得速食面具有了保健功效,而薄荷的加入,使得产品清凉爽口,更容易被消费者接受。

实施例5:一种薄荷半夏速食杂粮面粉,由下列重量份的原料组成:白面粉80g、玉米面30g、高粱面20g、小米20g、黄豆18g、黑豆17g、半夏10g、枸杞5g、芸豆14g、黑芝麻10g、天麻20g、鱼糜肉20g、薄荷15g。其制备方法同实施例1所述制备方法。

1.一种薄荷半夏速食杂粮面粉,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:白面粉70-80g、玉米面20-30g、高粱面20-30g、小米20-25g、黄豆15-20g、黑豆15-20g、半夏5-10g、枸杞5-10g、芸豆8-15g、黑芝麻10-15g、天麻15-20g、鱼糜肉20-30g、薄荷5-15g;
所述薄荷半夏速食杂粮面粉的制备方法为:(1)面粉的制备:按比例将白面粉、玉米面、高粱面混合,然后置于0.4-1kw的微波条件下熟化10-15min;(2)小米豆粉的制备:将小米、黄豆、黑豆、芸豆、黑芝麻干燥粉碎至80-100目,文火炒制15-20min;(3)半夏、天麻的制备:将半夏、天麻分别用2倍于药物重量的水煎煮20-30min,过滤收集滤液,重复煎煮过滤收集滤液3次,将3次滤液浓缩后45-60℃干燥后粉碎成80-100目,(4)枸杞、薄荷的处理:将枸杞、薄荷30-35℃干燥,粉碎成80-100目备用;(5)鱼糜肉蒸制10-15min后烘干粉碎成80-100目;(6)混合:然后将熟化的面粉,炒制的小米豆粉、收集的半夏粉、天麻粉、枸杞粉、薄荷粉以及鱼糜肉粉混合均匀;(7)包装:将混合均匀的薄荷半夏速食杂粮面粉按照每袋50-80g真空包装即可。
