豆渣是生产豆奶或豆腐过程中的副产品,每年全球豆渣的产量都很大,中国是豆腐生产的发源地,具有悠久的豆腐生产历史,豆腐的生产、销售量都较大,相应的豆渣产量也很大,人们对利用豆渣制作的口味和营养的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的豆渣饼是用磨完豆浆后剩下的渣底,混合鸡蛋、面粉等做成的饼状食品,豆渣饼多为家用,品种单一,口味单一。已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的润喉止咳的食物越来越受到消费者的青睐。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种五谷豆渣橙味薄荷糕的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种五谷豆渣橙味薄荷糕,由以下重量份原料组成:五谷豆渣50克、糯米粉280-300克、香蕉40-50克、苹果酱50-60克、橙子40-50克、食盐0.1-0.3克、半夏3-5克、薄荷1-3克、300-500克温水。
一种五谷豆渣橙味薄荷糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、将黑豆、黑米、红豆、黄豆、花生、枸杞、芝麻、红枣加水加热打磨,过滤后得到五谷豆渣。2、将香蕉、苹果、橙子取其果肉,放入破碎机中破碎,得到果泥食盐0.1-0.3克备用。3、将半夏、薄荷叶用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液备用;4、将五谷豆渣、糯米粉、加入果泥、中药浓缩液、食盐、适量的水,充分搅拌,得到面团后,做成米糕,放入锅中蒸熟即可。

五谷豆渣,由以下重量份原料组成:将黑豆10克、黑米5克、红豆10克、黄豆10克、花生10克、枸杞5克、芝麻5克、红枣5个去核。
中药浓缩液的制备方法:将半夏、薄荷叶用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩后备用。
一种五谷豆渣橙味薄荷糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
