本发明公开了一种汽车油管固定支架，涉及汽车配件制造技术领域，包括设有安装孔的安装板，所述安装板的一端固接有支撑板，所述支撑板近所述安装板的一端铰接有压板，在所述压板和所述支撑板的自由端分别连接有相对设置的两块耳板，两块所述耳板通过螺栓连接；所述压板和所述支撑板的内侧分别设有相对的凹槽，在所述凹槽内镶装设有凹圆弧面的弹性垫块，所述弹性垫块的凹圆弧面伸出所述凹槽。与现有技术相比，本发明油管安装在两块弹性垫块中间，通过弹性垫块的缓冲作用，减少油管的振动，避免油管连接处松动而出现漏油现象和产生噪音，确保正常使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件制造技术领域，尤其是一种用于安装汽车油管的固定支架。
背景技术
汽车上连接有很多用于输送各种油料的油管，通常用支架将油管固定在车身上，由于汽车行驶过程中会产生振动，油管受振动而引起连接处松动，出现漏油现象和产生噪音，影响正常使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车油管固定支架，以减少汽车油管的振动，防止出现漏油现象。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：这种汽车油管固定支架，包括设有安装孔的安装板，所述安装板的一端固接有支撑板，所述支撑板近所述安装板的一端铰接有压板，在所述压板和所述支撑板的自由端分别连接有相对设置的两块耳板，两块所述耳板通过螺栓连接；所述压板和所述支撑板的内侧分别设有相对的凹槽，在所述凹槽内镶装设有凹圆弧面的弹性垫块，所述弹性垫块的凹圆弧面伸出所述凹槽。
上述汽车油管固定支架技术方案中，更具体的技术方案还可以是：所述弹性垫块为橡胶垫块。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明在压板和支撑板的内侧分别设有相对的凹槽，在凹槽内镶装设有凹圆弧面的弹性垫块，弹性垫块的凹圆弧面伸出凹槽，油管安装在两块弹性垫块中间，通过弹性垫块的缓冲作用，减少油管的振动，避免油管连接处松动而出现漏油现象和产生噪音，确保正常使用。
2、支撑板近安装板的一端铰接有压板，在压板和支撑板的自由端分别连接有相对设置的两块耳板，两块耳板通过螺栓连接，油管拆装方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述：
如图1所示的一种汽车油管固定支架，包括开设有安装孔的安装板1，安装板1的一端焊接有支撑板6，支撑板6近安装板1的一端通过销轴2铰接有压板3，压板3和支撑板6为半圆弧形，在压板3和支撑板6的自由端分别连结有相对设置的两块耳板，两块耳板通过螺栓5连接，并用螺母和止动垫锁紧；压板3和支撑板6的内侧分别开设有相对的凹槽，在凹槽内镶装具有凹圆弧面的弹性垫块4，弹性垫块4的凹圆弧面伸出凹槽，弹性垫块4为橡胶垫块。
本发明油管安装在两块凹圆弧面的弹性垫块4中间，通过弹性垫块4的缓冲作用，减少油管的振动，避免油管连接处松动而出现漏油现象和产生噪音，确保正常使用。

1.一种汽车油管固定支架，其特征在于：包括设有安装孔的安装板（1），所述安装板（1）的一端固接有支撑板（6），所述支撑板（6）近所述安装板（1）的一端铰接有压板（3），在所述压板（3）和所述支撑板（6）的自由端分别连接有相对设置的两块耳板，两块所述耳板通过螺栓（5）连接；所述压板（3）和所述支撑板（6）的内侧分别设有相对的凹槽，在所述凹槽内镶装设有凹圆弧面的弹性垫块（4），所述弹性垫块（4）的凹圆弧面伸出所述凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车油管固定支架，其特征在于：所述弹性垫块（4）为橡胶垫块。
