本发明涉及汽车配件制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于固定汽车油管的安装座。
背景技术
汽车车架上安装有很多用于输送各种油料的油管,通常用支架将油管固定在车身上,由于汽车行驶过程中会产生振动,油管受振动而引起连接处松动,出现漏油现象和产生噪音,影响正常使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种汽车油管安装座,以减少汽车油管的振动,避免出现漏油现象。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种汽车油管安装座,包括设有安装孔的支座,在所述支座的底部设有弹性垫板,所述支座上铰接有盖板,所述盖板和所述支座相对的内侧分别设有凹槽,在所述凹槽内镶装有至少一个设有凹圆弧面的弹性块,所述弹性块的凹圆弧面伸出所述凹槽;在所述盖板的自由端设有连接耳板,所述连接耳板与所述支座通过螺栓连接。
上述汽车油管安装座技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述弹性块和所述弹性垫板均为橡胶件,所述弹性块和所述弹性垫板与所述支座硫化连接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明在支座的底部设有弹性垫板,盖板和支座相对的内侧分别设有凹槽,在凹槽内镶装有至少一个设有凹圆弧面的弹性块,弹性块的凹圆弧面伸出凹槽;油管安装在多块弹性块中间,通过弹性垫板和弹性块的缓冲作用,减少油管的振动,避免油管连接处松动而出现漏油现象和产生噪音,确保正常使用。
2、弹性块和弹性垫板均为橡胶件,弹性块和弹性垫板与支座硫化连接,提高减振效果。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1所示的一种汽车油管安装座,包括设有安装孔的支座2,在支座2的底部设有弹性垫板1,支座2上通过销轴铰接有盖板3,盖板3和支座2相对的内侧分别开设有凹槽,在盖板3的凹槽内镶装有一个设有凹圆弧面的弹性块4,支座2的凹槽内镶装有两个设有凹圆弧面的弹性块4,弹性块4的凹圆弧面伸出凹槽;弹性块4和弹性垫板1均为橡胶件,弹性块4和弹性垫板1与支座2硫化连接;在盖板3的自由端连结有连接耳板5,连接耳板5与支座2通过螺栓6连接。
本发明油管安装在三块弹性块4中间,通过弹性垫板1和弹性块4的缓冲作用,减少油管的振动,避免油管连接处松动而出现漏油现象和产生噪音,确保正常使用。

1.一种汽车油管安装座,其特征在于:包括设有安装孔的支座(2),在所述支座(2)的底部设有弹性垫板(1),所述支座(2)上铰接有盖板(3),所述盖板(3)和所述支座(2)相对的内侧分别设有凹槽,在所述凹槽内镶装有至少一个设有凹圆弧面的弹性块(4),所述弹性块(4)的凹圆弧面伸出所述凹槽;在所述盖板(3)的自由端设有连接耳板(5),所述连接耳板(5)与所述支座(2)通过螺栓(6)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车油管安装座,其特征在于:所述弹性块(4)和所述弹性垫板(1)均为橡胶件,所述弹性块(4)和所述弹性垫板(1)与所述支座(2)硫化连接。
