本发明涉及保健食品及其加工技术领域,具体而言涉及一种益气补血即食粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
粥是我国的一种传统美食,由于其容易消化、取材多样,在人们餐桌上一直占有重要地位。但是,熬粥需要较长的时间,给人们的食用带来了不便。目前,市售的即食粥种类较少,通常会添加多种香精和添加剂以获得良好的口感,长期食用不但没有保健效果,还会对健康造成威胁,针对上述弊端,本发明选择多种食材、中药材作为原料,研制出一种益气补血即食粥。
发明内容
本发明提出一种益气补血即食粥及其制备方法,该即食粥清香适口,营养丰富,益气补血,即冲即食。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种益气补血即食粥,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:粳米30-40份、黑豆20-30份、小米20-30份、桂圆3-5份、红枣8-12份、葡萄干7-10份、芒果7-10份、花生8-12份、当归0.6-1份、黄芪0.6-1份、刺五加0.6-1份、姜红糖8-10份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:粳米30份、黑豆20份、小米20份、桂圆3份、红枣8份、葡萄干7份、芒果7份、花生8份、当归0.6份、黄芪0.6份、刺五加0.6份、姜红糖8份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:粳米35份、黑豆25份、小米25份、桂圆4份、红枣10份、葡萄干8份、芒果9份、花生10份、当归0.7份、黄芪0.7份、刺五加0.7份、姜红糖9份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:粳米40份、黑豆30份、小米30份、桂圆5份、红枣12份、葡萄干10份、芒果10份、花生12份、当归1份、黄芪1份、刺五加1份、姜红糖10份。
另,本发明还提供一种如上所述益气补血即食粥的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将当归、黄芪、刺五加研磨成100目的粉末,粳米、黑豆、小米、花生研磨成20目的粉末,然后将上述2种粉末放入锅中,加热至200℃,炒2分钟;
(2)将芒果脱水,与桂圆、红枣、葡萄干共同研磨成50目的粉末;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的粉末混合,加入姜红糖,搅拌均匀,即得所述一种益气补血即食粥。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、清香适口,即冲即食,不含添加剂。
2、营养丰富,益气补血。

粳米30份、黑豆20份、小米20份、桂圆3份、红枣8份、葡萄干7份、芒果7份、花生8份、当归0.6份、黄芪0.6份、刺五加0.6份、姜红糖8份。
实施例三:
粳米35份、黑豆25份、小米25份、桂圆4份、红枣10份、葡萄干8份、芒果9份、花生10份、当归0.7份、黄芪0.7份、刺五加0.7份、姜红糖9份。
实施例四:
粳米40份、黑豆30份、小米30份、桂圆5份、红枣12份、葡萄干10份、芒果10份、花生12份、当归1份、黄芪1份、刺五加1份、姜红糖10份。
实施例五:
上述实施例一至四采用的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将当归、黄芪、刺五加研磨成100目的粉末,粳米、黑豆、小米、花生研磨成20目的粉末,然后将上述2种粉末放入锅中,加热至200℃,炒2分钟;
(2)将芒果脱水,与桂圆、红枣、葡萄干共同研磨成50目的粉末;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的粉末混合,加入姜红糖,搅拌均匀,即得所述一种益气补血即食粥。

5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述益气补血即食粥的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将当归、黄芪、刺五加研磨成100目的粉末,粳米、黑豆、小米、花生研磨成20目的粉末,然后将上述2种粉末放入锅中,加热至200℃,炒2分钟;
(2)将芒果脱水,与桂圆、红枣、葡萄干共同研磨成50目的粉末;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的粉末混合,加入姜红糖,搅拌均匀,即得所述一种益气补血即食粥。
