背景技术
    面粉是指一种小麦磨成的粉末,它是中国北方大部分地区的主食。但是,随
着人们生活水平的不断提高,保健食品也越来越引起人们的关注,人们对食品的味道和保健作用的要求也越来越高,现有的面粉已经不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供一种鲍鱼味保健面粉及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:鲍鱼味保健面粉由以下重量份的原料组成:面粉150-180、薏米粉15-20、大米粉20-30、葡萄籽8-10、葵花籽仁8-10、芸豆粉10-15、榛子8-10、鲍鱼8-10、口蘑15-20、柑橘12-15、去腮鱼头25-30、蛏肉15-20、山露菜8-10、旱红莲3-5、瓜萎皮4-5、桂枝4-6、助剂7-8、水适量。
其中助剂由下列重量份的原料组成:红豆粉30-32、青豆粉14-15、山楂8-10、人参叶5-6、黄芪叶3-4、山药5-6、鸡血藤4-5、川芎4-5、益母草5-6、通草4-6、鹿角霜3-4、水适量。
本发明面粉的制备步骤为:
(1)将旱红莲、瓜萎皮、桂枝混合,加入8~12倍水,在80℃下保温4-5小时,再小火煮沸2-3小时,过滤得中药药液,然后对中药药液进行减压浓缩,最后对浓缩中药药液喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)将鲍鱼、口蘑、去腮鱼头、蛏肉、山露菜洗净放入砂锅,加入适量的水小火煮1-2小时,取出后烘干磨粉得备用粉,汤作为营养液备用;
(3)将葡萄籽、葵花籽仁、榛子、柑橘烘干磨粉,加入步骤(2)的营养液混合均匀,盛入密封的容器内蒸煮30-40分钟,取出后烘干磨粉得风味添加剂;
(4)面粉过70-80目筛,与步骤(1)中的中药粉、步骤(2)中的备用粉和步骤(3)中的风味添加剂以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干后冷却即得。
另外,助剂的制作方法为:将山楂、人参叶、黄芪叶、山药、鸡血藤、川芎、益母草、通草、鹿角霜加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一,然后加入红豆粉、青豆粉,混合均匀后用小火翻炒至完全干燥既得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的面粉口味独特,适合大多数人食用,鲍鱼、去腮鱼头、蛏肉的添加,保证了本面粉的营养,长期食用有利于人们的身体健康。
具体实施方式
一种鲍鱼味保健面粉,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
面粉180、薏米粉20、大米粉20、葡萄籽10、葵花籽仁10、芸豆粉15、榛子8、鲍鱼10、口蘑20、柑橘15、去腮鱼头30、蛏肉20、山露菜10、旱红莲3、瓜萎皮4、桂枝6、助剂8、水适量。
其中助剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:红豆粉30、青豆粉15、山楂10、人参叶5、黄芪叶4、山药5、鸡血藤5、川芎4、益母草5、通草6、鹿角霜3、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将旱红莲、瓜萎皮、桂枝混合,加入10倍水,在80℃下保温4小时,再小火煮沸2小时,过滤得中药药液,然后对中药药液进行减压浓缩,最后对浓缩中药药液喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)将鲍鱼、口蘑、去腮鱼头、蛏肉、山露菜洗净放入砂锅,加入适量的水小火煮2小时,取出后烘干磨粉得备用粉,汤作为营养液备用;
(3)将葡萄籽、葵花籽仁、榛子、柑橘烘干磨粉,加入步骤(2)的营养液混合均匀,盛入密封的容器内蒸煮30分钟,取出后烘干磨粉得风味添加剂;
(4)面粉过80目筛,与步骤(1)中的中药粉、步骤(2)中的备用粉和步骤(3)中的风味添加剂以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干后冷却即得。

1.一种鲍鱼味保健面粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:面粉150-180、薏米粉15-20、大米粉20-30、葡萄籽8-10、葵花籽仁8-10、芸豆粉10-15、榛子8-10、鲍鱼8-10、口蘑15-20、柑橘12-15、去腮鱼头25-30、蛏肉15-20、山露菜8-10、旱红莲3-5、瓜萎皮4-5、桂枝4-6、助剂7-8、水适量;其中助剂由下列重量份的原料组成:红豆粉30-32、青豆粉14-15、山楂8-10、人参叶5-6、黄芪叶3-4、山药5-6、鸡血藤4-5、川芎4-5、益母草5-6、通草4-6、鹿角霜3-4、水适量;制备方法为:将山楂、人参叶、黄芪叶、山药、鸡血藤、川芎、益母草、通草、鹿角霜加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一,然后加入红豆粉、青豆粉,混合均匀后用小火翻炒至完全干燥既得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲍鱼味保健面粉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将旱红莲、瓜萎皮、桂枝混合,加入8~12倍水,在80℃下保温4-5小时,再小火煮沸2-3小时,过滤得中药药液,然后对中药药液进行减压浓缩,最后对浓缩中药药液喷雾干燥得中药粉;
