本发明公开了一种海带鱼籽面粉及其制备方法,是由面粉、红薯粉、大豆粉、海带、乌梅、荸荠、马齿苋、乌贼骨、苔菜、鱼籽、西梅、多香果、发菜、白薇、高良姜、茯神等组成。本发明的有益效果为:本发明添加了鱼籽,鱼籽有很高的营养价值,含有卵清蛋白、球蛋白、卵类粘蛋白和鱼卵鳞蛋白等人体所需的营养成分,而且味道鲜美,混合其他成分加入本面粉中使得本面粉口感鲜美,营养价值高。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,更具体地说是一种海带鱼籽面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
面粉是指一种小麦磨成的粉末,它是中国北方大部分地区的主食。但是,随
着人们生活水平的不断提高,保健食品也越来越引起人们的关注,人们对食品的味道和保健作用的要求也越来越高,现有的面粉已经不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供一种海带鱼籽面粉及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:海带鱼籽面粉由以下重量份的原料组成:面粉180-200、红薯粉15-20、大豆粉15-20、海带12-15、乌梅8-10、荸荠12-15、马齿苋8-10、乌贼骨15-20、苔菜10-12、鱼籽20-25、西梅8-10、多香果8-10、发菜10-12、白薇3-4、高良姜5-6、茯神4-6、助剂7-8、水适量。
其中助剂由下列重量份的原料组成:红豆粉30-32、青豆粉14-15、山楂8-10、人参叶5-6、黄芪叶3-4、山药5-6、鸡血藤4-5、川芎4-5、益母草5-6、通草4-6、鹿角霜3-4、水适量。
本发明面粉的制备步骤为:
(1)将白薇、高良姜、茯神混合,加入8~12倍水,在80℃下保温4-5小时,再小火煮沸2-3小时,过滤得中药药液,然后对中药药液进行减压浓缩,最后对浓缩中药药液喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)将海带、鱼籽、乌贼骨、苔菜、发菜洗净放入砂锅,加入适量的水小火煮1-2小时,取出后烘干磨粉得备用粉,汤作为营养液备用;
(3)将乌梅、荸荠、西梅、马齿苋、多香果烘干磨粉,加入步骤(2)的营养液混合均匀,盛入密封的容器内蒸煮30-40分钟,取出后烘干磨粉得风味添加剂;
(4)面粉过70-80目筛,与步骤(1)中的中药粉、步骤(2)中的备用粉和步骤(3)中的风味添加剂以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干后冷却即得。
另外,助剂的制作方法为:将山楂、人参叶、黄芪叶、山药、鸡血藤、川芎、益母草、通草、鹿角霜加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一,然后加入红豆粉、青豆粉,混合均匀后用小火翻炒至完全干燥既得。

面粉200、红薯粉20、大豆粉15、海带15、乌梅10、荸荠15、马齿苋8、乌贼骨20、苔菜12、鱼籽25、西梅8、多香果8、发菜10、白薇3、高良姜5、茯神4、助剂8、水适量。
其中助剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:红豆粉30、青豆粉15、山楂10、人参叶5、黄芪叶4、山药5、鸡血藤5、川芎4、益母草5、通草6、鹿角霜3、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将白薇、高良姜、茯神混合,加入10倍水,在80℃下保温4小时,再小火煮沸2小时,过滤得中药药液,然后对中药药液进行减压浓缩,最后对浓缩中药药液喷雾干燥得中药粉;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海带鱼籽面粉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
