背景技术
鸡蛋中含有人体必需的八种氨基酸,并且与人体蛋白的组成极为近似,人体对其的吸收率可以达到98%,故营养学家称之为“完全蛋白质模式”。但是由于鸡蛋蛋黄中含有较多的胆固醇,每百克高达1705毫克,摄取过量容易引起一系列的副反应:胆固醇代谢失调容易引起动脉粥样硬化、高血压和胆石症;脂肪储存过多易引起肥胖与冠心病等。随着人们生活水平的提高,对身体健康及疾病预防的意识也随之增强这让许多血脂血压较高以及担心肥胖的人对鸡蛋“望而却步”。发明一种低脂低胆固醇且具有减肥功效鸡蛋的方法,既满足人们对于营养保健的需求,又不用担心高胆固醇的问题,甚至具有减肥功效,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

(3)按照重量配比取全价料100份,果蔬中药组合物1-10份,营养组合物0.1-10份,混合均匀,制得饲料A,用饲料A喂养9-20周龄蛋鸡;
(4)按照重量配比取全价料100份,果蔬中药组合物0.1-10份,营养组合物1-10份,混合均匀,制得饲料B,用饲料B喂养21周龄及以后的蛋鸡,持续产蛋期的全过程。

本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明鸡蛋作为全营养天然食物,不但能为人体提供丰富的蛋白质、维生素等营养元素,而且脂肪、胆固醇含量低于普通鸡蛋,具有现有的普通鸡蛋所无法实现的营养价值。
2、本发明鸡蛋在不影响鸡蛋口味质感的条件下具有减肥功效,使人们在摄食鸡蛋的过程中,既补充了丰富的营养,又减少了体脂肪。
3、本发明的配方全天然无公害,适口性好,且原料来源广泛,加工简单,养殖经济效益大大提高。
4、本发明的配方中添加多种具有功能活性成分的原料,能够提高蛋鸡的免疫活性,增强抵抗力,减少病害的发生,保证了鸡蛋品质。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例一
一种低脂低胆固醇且具有减肥功效鸡蛋的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制果蔬中药组合物:包括8种成分,各组分及重量配比为:苹果2份、山楂5份、山药5份、大蒜1份、决明子10份、黄芪1份、陈皮1份、迭香5份,各组分为脱水干燥状态,混合后共研后过0.600mm孔径筛子;
(2)配制营养组合物:各成分及重量配比为:啤酒酵母菌3份、乳酸菌2份、碳酸钙粉7份、维生素C1份、葡萄糖2份、维生素D1份、维生素E0.1份、β-胡萝卜素0.1份、叶黄素0.2份、牛磺酸0.2份;
(3)按照重量配比取全价料100份,果蔬中药组合物1份,营养组合物1份,混合均匀,制得饲料A,用饲料A喂养9-20周龄蛋鸡;
(4)按照重量配比取全价料100份,果蔬中药组合物1份,营养组合物1份,混合均匀,制得饲料B,用饲料B喂养21周龄及以后的蛋鸡,持续产蛋期的全过程。
实施例二
一种低脂低胆固醇且具有减肥功效鸡蛋的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制果蔬中药组合物:包括8种成分,各组分及重量配比为:苹果5份、山楂10份、山药12份、大蒜5份、决明子15份、黄芪4份、陈皮3份、迭香10份,各组分为脱水干燥状态,混合后共研后过0.600mm孔径筛子;
(2)配制营养组合物:各成分及重量配比为:啤酒酵母菌5份、乳酸菌6份、碳酸钙粉10份、维生素C5份、葡萄糖5份、维生素D3份、维生素E3份、β-胡萝卜素0.6份、叶黄素0.8份、蛋氨酸1份;
(3)按照重量配比取全价料100份,果蔬中药组合物1份,营养组合物2份,混合均匀,制得饲料A,用饲料A喂养9-20周龄蛋鸡;
(4)按照重量配比取全价料100份,果蔬中药组合物3份,营养组合物3份,混合均匀,制得饲料B,用饲料B喂养21周龄及以后的蛋鸡,持续产蛋期的全过程。
实施例三
一种低脂低胆固醇且具有减肥功效鸡蛋的生产方法,包括以下步骤:

一种低脂低胆固醇且具有减肥功效鸡蛋的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制果蔬中药组合物:包括8种成分,各组分及重量配比为:苹果5份、山楂6份、山药7份、大蒜4份、决明子15份、黄芪4份、陈皮3份、迭香10份,各组分为脱水干燥状态,混合后共研后过0.600mm孔径筛子;

(3)按照重量配比取全价料100份,果蔬中药组合物4份,营养组合物5份,混合均匀,制得饲料A,用饲料A喂养9-20周龄蛋鸡;
(4)按照重量配比取全价料100份,果蔬中药组合物6份,营养组合物3份,混合均匀,制得饲料B,用饲料B喂养21周龄及以后的蛋鸡,持续产蛋期的全过程。
按照本发明方法喂食蛋鸡的过程中,鸡的精神、食欲不受影响,产蛋率、蛋重与同龄普通鸡无差异,用饲料B喂食后至产蛋的全过程,生产的鸡蛋与普通鸡蛋的各种物质平均含量区如下表表示:

从上述数据可以看出,本发明方法生产出的低脂低胆固醇且具有减肥功效的鸡蛋较对照组蛋白质提高了约13.9%,脂肪降低了约23.9%,胆固醇降低了约83.2%。
蛋白质、脂肪、胆固醇含量由农业部乳品质量监督检测中心检测。

Claims (5)
1.一种低脂低胆固醇且具有减肥功效鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)配制果蔬中药组合物:其组分为:苹果、山楂、山药、大蒜、决明子、黄芪、陈皮、迭香,各组分为脱水干燥状态,混合共研后过0.600mm孔径筛子;
(2)配制营养组合物:包括如下成分:啤酒酵母菌、乳酸菌、碳酸钙、维生素C、葡萄糖、维生素D、维生素E、β-胡萝卜素、叶黄素;
(3)按照重量配比取全价料100份,果蔬中药组合物1-10份,营养组合物0.1-10份,混合均匀,制得饲料A,用饲料A喂养9-20周龄蛋鸡;
(4)按照重量配比取全价料100份,果蔬中药组合物0.1-10份,营养组合物1-10份,混合均匀,制得饲料B,用饲料B喂养21周龄及以后的蛋鸡,持续产蛋期的全过程。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低脂低胆固醇且具有减肥功效鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的果蔬中药组合物,其组分及重量份数配比为:苹果1-5份、山楂2-10份、山药5-12份、大蒜1-5份、决明子5-15份、黄芪1-6份、陈皮1-5份、迭香2-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种低脂低胆固醇且具有减肥功效鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的果蔬中药组合物,其各组分及重量份数配比为:苹果2-5份、山楂5-10份、山药5-12份、大蒜1-5份、决明子10-15份、黄芪1-4份、陈皮1-3份、迭香5-10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低脂低胆固醇且具有减肥功效鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:所述营养组合物:其各组分及重量份数配为:啤酒酵母菌1-5份、乳酸菌1-6份、碳酸钙粉5-10份、维生素C 1-5份、葡萄糖2-5份、维生素D 1-3份、维生素E 0.1-3份、β-胡萝卜素0.1-0.6份、叶黄素0.2-0.8份。
