本发明公开了一种红姑娘香薯罗汉果饮品,该配方是以纯天然红姑娘香薯、罗汉果作为原料,与适宜的饮用水制备而成,是一种具有抗癌、降压、减肥、疏通肠胃等保健功效绿色饮品。

本发明涉及一种饮品,尤其涉及一种红姑娘香薯罗汉果饮品。
背景技术
香薯含有的赖氨酸,比大米、白面要高得多,还含有十分丰富的胡萝卜素,可促使上皮细胞正常成熟,抑制上皮细胞异常分化,消除有致癌作用的氧自由基,阻止致癌物与细胞核中的蛋白质结合,促进人体免疫力增强,还含有大量膳食纤维,在肠道内无法被消化吸收,能刺激肠道,增强蠕动,通便排毒,尤其对老年性便秘有较好的疗效,经常食用,具有抗癌、降压、减肥、疏通肠胃等保健功效,符合现代都市人群绿色、健康饮食的需求,制作成饮品来饮用更容易吸收和消化。
红姑娘香薯在东兴已有200多年的种植历史,红姑娘香薯不仅肉质粉嫩甘甜,气味芳香,更重要含有丰富的维生素及多种微量元素,营养价值高,经科学证明,经常食用,具有抗癌、降压、减肥、疏通肠胃等保健功效,符合现代都市人群绿色、健康饮食的需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种具有保健效果的红姑娘香薯罗汉果饮品。
本发明所提供的一种红姑娘香薯罗汉果饮品,由下述重量份的原料制成:生红姑娘香薯260份~270份、罗汉果1份~4份,990份~1000份饮用水。
优选1是,由下述重量份的原料制成:生红姑娘香薯260份、罗汉果1份,990份饮用水。
优选2是,由下述重量份的原料制成:生红姑娘香薯270份、罗汉果4份,1000份饮用水。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取生红姑娘香薯用水洗净,常温下阴干后,去皮,切丁或切条,静电场干燥制成香薯干;
(2)香薯干用粉碎机粉碎得到粉末,加饮用水,加热使熟化、均质,浆汁化处理;
(3)取罗汉果原料,按罗汉果:水=1:10~1:13比例,加热25~30分钟后过滤,去渣取汁,得罗汉果提取液;
(4)将浆汁化处理的红姑娘香薯加入罗汉果提取液,搅拌使混匀;
(5)灭菌处理,按210ml~310ml/罐分装于铁制或铝制易拉罐中,密封保存。
该饮品是以红姑娘香薯及罗汉果为原料,与适宜的饮用水制备而成,制法简单、方便,易于推广到工业规模生产,具有抗癌、降压、减肥、疏通肠胃等保健功效。

实施例1
一种红姑娘香薯罗汉果饮品,由以下原料按重量份配比制成:生红姑娘香薯260份,罗汉果1份,990份饮用水,先将生香薯原料用水洗净,去皮,阴干后再用静电场干燥,用粉碎机粉碎打成粉末,加入饮用水,加热使熟化、均质,浆汁化处理,再把罗汉果,按罗汉果:水=1:10比例,加热25分钟过滤,去渣取汁,得罗汉果提取液后连同浆汁化处理后的香薯,搅拌均匀,灭菌处理后分按210ml/罐分装于铁制易拉罐中,密封保存。
实施例2
一种红姑娘香薯罗汉果饮品,由以下原料按重量份配比制成:生红姑娘香薯270份、罗汉果4份,1000份饮用水,先将生香薯原料用水洗净,去皮,阴干后再用静电场干燥,用粉碎机粉碎打成粉末,加入饮用水,加热使熟化、均质,浆汁化处理,再把罗汉果,按罗汉果:水=1:13比例,加热30分钟过滤,去渣取汁,得罗汉果提取液后连同浆汁化处理后的香薯,加入蜂蜜、乳粉,搅拌均匀,灭菌处理后分按310ml/罐分装于铝制易拉罐中,密封保存。
饮品呈淡黄色、黄色至土黄色或紫色至暗紫色的粘稠液体状,红薯香味浓,微罗汉果甜味,常温下保质150~180天,可直接饮用。
该饮品无任何化学添加剂,无防腐剂、抗氧化剂、色素及香精,做出来的饮品保留红薯原有的赖氨酸及十分丰富的胡萝卜素,有效阻止致癌物与细胞核中的蛋白质结合,促进人体免疫力增强。

1.一种红姑娘香薯罗汉果饮品,其特征是,它由下述重量份的原料制成:生红姑娘香薯260份~270份、罗汉果1份~4份,990份~1000份饮用水。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种红姑娘香薯罗汉果饮品,其特征是,它由下述重量份的原料制成:生红姑娘香薯270份、罗汉果4份,1000份饮用水。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种红姑娘香薯罗汉果饮品,其特征在于,制备步骤如下:
(1)取生红姑娘香薯用水洗净,常温下阴干后,去皮,切丁或切条,静电场干燥制成香薯干;
(2)香薯干用粉碎机粉碎得到粉末,加饮用水,加热使熟化、均质,浆汁化处理;
(3)取罗汉果原料,按罗汉果:水=1:10~1:13比例,加热25~30分钟后过滤,去渣取汁,得罗汉果提取液;
(4)将浆汁化处理的红姑娘香薯加入罗汉果提取液,搅拌使混匀;
(5)灭菌处理,按210ml~310ml/罐分装于铁制或铝制易拉罐中,密封保存。
