本发明公开了一种益智核桃膏状蜂蜜,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:复配益智果酱粉4-7、龟苓膏粉15-25、益智仁1-3、枸杞子2-4、香蜂草1-2、柏子仁1-2、皂角米3-5、薏米1-3、榴莲2-4、饴糖3-4、椴树蜜90-100、菊花1-2、蜂花粉1-3、远志3-4、罗汉果2-3、金钱草1-3、香蕉皮2-4、鹿茸1-2、珍珠粉1-2、蜂蜜90-100;本发明的方法简单,通过添加各种复配原料,能够保证富含各种益智营养成分,并且具有益智作用。花生芽是一种食疗兼备的食品,它不但能够生吃,而且营养还特别丰富。

一种益智核桃膏状蜂蜜
技术领域
本发明属蜂蜜领域,尤其涉及一种益智核桃膏状蜂蜜。 
背景技术
蜂蜜中含葡萄糖和果糖,约占65-80%;蔗糖极少,不超过8%;水分16-25%;糊精和非糖物质、矿物质、有机酸等含量在5%左右。此外,还含有少量的酵素、芳香物质和维生素等。蜜源植物品种不同,蜂蜜的成分也不一样。 
新鲜成熟的蜂蜜,为粘稠的透明或半透明的胶状液体,有的槐花蜂蜜,可以用报纸包起来,有的蜂蜜在较低的温度下放置,可以逐渐凝结成晶体。蜜的比重为1.401-1.443。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种益智核桃膏状蜂蜜。 
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案: 
    一种益智核桃膏状蜂蜜,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:复配益智果酱粉4-7、龟苓膏粉15-25、益智仁1-3、枸杞子2-4、香蜂草1-2、柏子仁1-2、皂角米3-5、薏米1-3、榴莲2-4、饴糖3-4、椴树蜜90-100、菊花1-2、蜂花粉1-3、远志3-4、罗汉果2-3、金钱草1-3、香蕉皮2-4、鹿茸1-2、珍珠粉1-2、蜂蜜90-100;
复配益智果酱粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
 菊苣2-4、核桃仁5-7、哈密瓜1-2、枸杞2-4、柠檬酸0.5-0.7、柠檬酸钠0.2-0.4、豆芽1-3、紫花苜蓿2-4、花生芽1-3、掐不齐1-3、卡拉胶1-2、葡萄糖10-20、蜂王浆10-20、椰子汁20-30;
复配益智果酱粉的制备方法为:
(1)豆芽、紫花苜蓿、花生芽、掐不齐混匀后,水提去渣,得中药提取物备用;
(2)菊苣、核桃仁、哈密瓜、枸杞混匀后,磨碎成复配果蔬泥备用;
(3)椰子汁加入锅中煮沸后,加入葡萄糖、蜂王浆熬煮10-20分钟,再加入中药提取物、复配果蔬泥以及其余原料,边搅拌边加热20-30分钟后,冷却,干燥,研磨,即得。
所述的一种益智核桃膏状蜂蜜,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤: 
(1)益智仁、枸杞子、香蜂草、柏子仁、皂角米洗干净后,放入米酒中熬煮20-30分钟,取出干燥,研磨,得复配粉备用;
(2)远志、罗汉果、鹿茸、薏米、榴莲炒干,磨粉,过40-80目筛,得炒干粉备用;
(3)配置浓度为6-8%的盐水,煮沸后,加入金钱草、香蕉皮漂烫20-30秒钟后,取出、过冰水10-15秒,取出,沥干水分,冷却,磨碎,真空冷冻干燥,得复配冻干粉备用;
(4)将龟苓膏粉放入锅中,加入适量冷开水搅成糊状,再加入复配粉、炒干粉、复配冻干粉,以及其余原料,继续搅拌成糊状,然后边搅拌边加入适量沸水,冷却后即得。
本发明的有益效果: 
本发明的方法简单,通过添加各种复配原料,能够保证富含各种益智营养成分,并且具有益智作用。花生芽是一种食疗兼备的食品,它不但能够生吃,而且营养还特别丰富。花生芽的能量,蛋白质和粗脂肪含量居各种蔬菜之首,并富含维生素、钾、钙、铁、锌等矿物质及人体所需的各种氨基酸和微量元素,被誉为“万寿果芽”,也叫长寿芽。因核桃富含不饱和脂肪酸,被公认为是中国传统的健脑益智食品。长期吃核桃就可以起到营养大脑、增强记忆、消除脑疲劳等作用,但不能吃的过多,过多的话也会出现大便干燥、鼻子出血的情况。除此之外,吃核桃具有开胃,通润血脉,骨肉细腻,同时还有补气养血,润燥化痰,益命门,利三焦,温肺润肠,治虚寒喘嗽、腰腿重痛、心腹疝痛、血痢肠风,散肿痛,发痘疮,制铜毒的功效。
具体实施方式
    一种益智核桃膏状蜂蜜,其是由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:复配益智果酱粉7、龟苓膏粉25、益智仁3、枸杞子4、香蜂草1、柏子仁2、皂角米3、薏米1、榴莲2、饴糖3、椴树蜜100、菊花1、蜂花粉1、远志3、罗汉果3、金钱草1、香蕉皮2、鹿茸1、珍珠粉1、蜂蜜100; 
复配益智果酱粉由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:
 菊苣2、核桃仁7、哈密瓜1、枸杞4、柠檬酸0.5、柠檬酸钠0.2、豆芽1、紫花苜蓿4、花生芽1、掐不齐3、卡拉胶1、葡萄糖10、蜂王浆20、椰子汁30;
复配益智果酱粉的制备方法为:
(1)豆芽、紫花苜蓿、花生芽、掐不齐混匀后,水提去渣,得中药提取物备用;
(2)菊苣、核桃仁、哈密瓜、枸杞混匀后,磨碎成复配果蔬泥备用;
(3)椰子汁加入锅中煮沸后,加入葡萄糖、蜂王浆熬煮20分钟,再加入中药提取物、复配果蔬泥以及其余原料,边搅拌边加热20分钟后,冷却,干燥,研磨,即得。

(1)益智仁、枸杞子、香蜂草、柏子仁、皂角米洗干净后,放入米酒中熬煮30分钟,取出干燥,研磨,得复配粉备用;
(2)远志、罗汉果、鹿茸、薏米、榴莲炒干,磨粉,过80目筛,得炒干粉备用;
(3)配置浓度为6-8%的盐水,煮沸后,加入金钱草、香蕉皮漂烫30秒钟后,取出、过冰水15秒,取出,沥干水分,冷却,磨碎,真空冷冻干燥,得复配冻干粉备用;
(4)将龟苓膏粉放入锅中,加入适量冷开水搅成糊状,再加入复配粉、炒干粉、复配冻干粉,以及其余原料,继续搅拌成糊状,然后边搅拌边加入适量沸水,冷却后即得。

1.一种益智核桃膏状蜂蜜,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:复配益智果酱粉4-7、龟苓膏粉15-25、益智仁1-3、枸杞子2-4、香蜂草1-2、柏子仁1-2、皂角米3-5、薏米1-3、榴莲2-4、饴糖3-4、椴树蜜90-100、菊花1-2、蜂花粉1-3、远志3-4、罗汉果2-3、金钱草1-3、香蕉皮2-4、鹿茸1-2、珍珠粉1-2、蜂蜜90-100;
复配益智果酱粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
 菊苣2-4、核桃仁5-7、哈密瓜1-2、枸杞2-4、柠檬酸0.5-0.7、柠檬酸钠0.2-0.4、豆芽1-3、紫花苜蓿2-4、花生芽1-3、掐不齐1-3、卡拉胶1-2、葡萄糖10-20、蜂王浆10-20、椰子汁20-30;
复配益智果酱粉的制备方法为:
(1)豆芽、紫花苜蓿、花生芽、掐不齐混匀后,水提去渣,得中药提取物备用;
(2)菊苣、核桃仁、哈密瓜、枸杞混匀后,磨碎成复配果蔬泥备用;
(3)椰子汁加入锅中煮沸后,加入葡萄糖、蜂王浆熬煮10-20分钟,再加入中药提取物、复配果蔬泥以及其余原料,边搅拌边加热20-30分钟后,冷却,干燥,研磨,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种益智核桃膏状蜂蜜,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)益智仁、枸杞子、香蜂草、柏子仁、皂角米洗干净后,放入米酒中熬煮20-30分钟,取出干燥,研磨,得复配粉备用;
(2)远志、罗汉果、鹿茸、薏米、榴莲炒干,磨粉,过40-80目筛,得炒干粉备用;
(3)配置浓度为6-8%的盐水,煮沸后,加入金钱草、香蕉皮漂烫20-30秒钟后,取出、过冰水10-15秒,取出,沥干水分,冷却,磨碎,真空冷冻干燥,得复配冻干粉备用;
(4)将龟苓膏粉放入锅中,加入适量冷开水搅成糊状,再加入复配粉、炒干粉、复配冻干粉,以及其余原料,继续搅拌成糊状,然后边搅拌边加入适量沸水,冷却后即得。
