本发明公开了一种降血脂保健固体蜂蜜粉,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:复配降血脂保健果酱4-8,液体蜂蜜100-120、脱脂牛乳10-20、海藻粉0.1-0.5、木棉花1-2、木薯1-2,芝麻1-2,人参2-5、柚子皮2-5、萝卜皮1-2、黄精1-2、酸模1-2、决明子1-3。本发明原料组配和配比合理,口感好,而且添加杏仁、柚子皮、木棉花、决明子等原料,使得本发明具有很好的降血脂作用,加入脱脂牛奶,给蜂蜜增加了蛋白质等营养元素,同时不含有脂肪,特别适合高血脂人群食用。

技术领域
本发明属蜂蜜领域,尤其涉及一种降血脂保健固体蜂蜜粉。
背景技术
蜂蜜中含葡萄糖和果糖,约占65-80%;蔗糖极少,不超过8%;水分16-25%;糊精和非糖物质、矿物质、有机酸等含量在5%左右。此外,还含有少量的酵素、芳香物质和维生素等。蜜源植物品种不同,蜂蜜的成分也不一样。
新鲜成熟的蜂蜜,为粘稠的透明或半透明的胶状液体,有的槐花蜂蜜,可以用报纸包起来,有的蜂蜜在较低的温度下放置,可以逐渐凝结成晶体。蜜的比重为1.401-1.443。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种降血脂保健固体蜂蜜粉。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种降血脂保健固体蜂蜜粉,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
复配降血脂保健果酱4-8,液体蜂蜜100-120、脱脂牛乳10-20、海藻粉0.1-0.5、木棉花1-2、木薯1-2,芝麻1-2,人参2-5、柚子皮2-5、萝卜皮1-2、黄精1-2、酸模1-2、决明子1-3;
复配降血脂保健果酱由下述重量份的原料制得:
甘蔗1-2,甘蔗叶1-3,莴笋叶1-2、锁阳1-2、刺山柑1-3、红糖10-20、蜂王浆10-20、苹果1-3、鸭跖草2-4、玉米1-2、菊花3-5、红花1-2、淡竹叶1-2、杏仁1-2、绿萼梅1-3、柠檬酸0.5-0.7、柠檬酸钠0.2-0.4、卡拉胶1-2、椰子汁20-30;
复配降血脂保健果酱的制备方法为:
(1)甘蔗叶、莴笋叶、锁阳、刺山柑混匀后,于食醋中浸泡3-5小时,取出去离子水洗净干燥后,研磨过100-200目筛得中药粉,备用;
(2)甘蔗、玉米、鸭跖草、苹果混匀后,榨汁去渣,得复配果蔬汁备用;
(3)菊花、红花、淡竹叶混匀后,水提去渣,得中药提取物备用;
(4)椰子汁、复配果蔬汁加入锅中煮沸后,加入红糖熬化后,再加入中药粉、中药提取物以及其余原料,边搅拌边加热20-30分钟后,冷却,即得。
所述的一种降血脂保健固体蜂蜜粉,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)配置浓度为6-8%的盐水,煮沸后,加入人参、柚子皮、萝卜皮、黄精,漂烫20-30秒钟后,取出、过冰水4-6秒,取出,沥干水分,磨碎,再加入液体蜂蜜,以及适量水分,熬煮1-3小时,得复配蜂蜜备用;
(2)木棉花、木薯,酸模、决明子炒干,磨粉,过40-80目筛,再与复配降血脂保健果酱搅拌均匀,得复配果酱备用;
(3)复配蜂蜜、复配果酱以及其余原料混匀后,搅拌10-20分钟,放入微波干燥器,80-90℃干燥5-8分钟,取出,即得。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明原料组配和配比合理,口感好,而且添加杏仁、柚子皮、木棉花、决明子等原料,使得本发明具有很好的降血脂作用,加入脱脂牛奶,给蜂蜜增加了蛋白质等营养元素,同时不含有脂肪,特别适合高血脂人群食用。
具体实施方式
一种降血脂保健固体蜂蜜粉,其是由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:
复配降血脂保健果酱6,液体蜂蜜120、脱脂牛乳20、海藻粉0.2、木棉花1、木薯2,芝麻2,人参5、柚子皮2、萝卜皮1、黄精1、酸模1、决明子2;
复配降血脂保健果酱由下述重量份的原料制得:
甘蔗2,甘蔗叶3,莴笋叶2、锁阳1、刺山柑1、红糖18、蜂王浆14、苹果1、鸭跖草2、玉米1、菊花3、红花1、淡竹叶1、杏仁2、绿萼梅1、柠檬酸0.7、柠檬酸钠0.4、卡拉胶1、椰子汁30;
复配降血脂保健果酱的制备方法为:
(1)甘蔗叶、莴笋叶、锁阳、刺山柑混匀后,于食醋中浸泡4小时,取出去离子水洗净干燥后,研磨过200目筛得中药粉,备用;
(2)甘蔗、玉米、鸭跖草、苹果混匀后,榨汁去渣,得复配果蔬汁备用;
(3)菊花、红花、淡竹叶混匀后,水提去渣,得中药提取物备用;
(4)椰子汁、复配果蔬汁加入锅中煮沸后,加入红糖熬化后,再加入中药粉、中药提取物以及其余原料,边搅拌边加热30分钟后,冷却,即得。
所述的一种降血脂保健固体蜂蜜粉,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)配置浓度为7%的盐水,煮沸后,加入人参、柚子皮、萝卜皮、黄精,漂烫20秒钟后,取出、过冰水6秒,取出,沥干水分,磨碎,再加入液体蜂蜜,以及适量水分,熬煮1小时,得复配蜂蜜备用;
(2)木棉花、木薯,酸模、决明子炒干,磨粉,过80目筛,再与复配降血脂保健果酱搅拌均匀,得复配果酱备用;
(3)复配蜂蜜、复配果酱以及其余原料混匀后,搅拌15分钟,放入微波干燥器,80℃干燥5分钟,取出,即得。

复配降血脂保健果酱4-8,液体蜂蜜100-120、脱脂牛乳10-20、海藻粉0.1-0.5、木棉花1-2、木薯1-2,芝麻1-2,人参2-5、柚子皮2-5、萝卜皮1-2、黄精1-2、酸模1-2、决明子1-3;
复配降血脂保健果酱由下述重量份的原料制得:
甘蔗1-2,甘蔗叶1-3,莴笋叶1-2、锁阳1-2、刺山柑1-3、红糖10-20、蜂王浆10-20、苹果1-3、鸭跖草2-4、玉米1-2、菊花3-5、红花1-2、淡竹叶1-2、杏仁1-2、绿萼梅1-3、柠檬酸0.5-0.7、柠檬酸钠0.2-0.4、卡拉胶1-2、椰子汁20-30;
复配降血脂保健果酱的制备方法为:
