背景技术
随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,我国饮料工业发展迅猛,特别是饮料品种,已经由上世纪70年度以前单一的瓶装汽水,发展到今天碳酸饮料、天然饮料等百花争艳的局面。但现有市面上专门针对女性的保健饮料品种还很少,研发新型女性保健美容饮料具有重大的意义。经检索,现并无与本发明相同或相似的技术和产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种女性保健美容饮料,它由铁皮石斛、柠檬、罗汉果、蜂蜜加工制成。
所用原料重量份配比为:铁皮石斛1‐2份、柠檬5‐10份、罗汉果3‐5份、蜂蜜3‐5份。
本发明的女性保健美容饮料的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
1)、采取新鲜的罗汉果进行清洗、高温消毒,然后降到常温;
2)将新鲜的铁皮石斛进行清洗、消毒,切成2‐3㎝每段;
3)将新鲜的柠檬进行清洗。消毒,并切成片状;
4)按照上述重量份配比将步骤1)处理后的罗汉果、步骤2)处理后的铁皮石斛和步骤3)中处理后的柠檬片放到榨汁机中进行榨汁,得罗汉果、铁皮石斛及柠檬混合汁液;
5)将步骤4)中榨汁后的原料渣放入超声波多功能提取罐中,加入与原料重量一样的纯净水,搅拌均匀,开启超声波发生器,超声波产生作用,使纯净水和残留汁液相互融合;
6)用离心分离机把超声波萃取液的溶液分离出来,得罗汉果、铁皮石斛及柠檬水溶液;
7)将步骤4)中得到的罗汉果、铁皮石斛及柠檬混合汁液,加入到步骤6)得到的罗汉果、铁皮石斛及柠檬水溶液中,按照原料配比加入一定量的蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;

步骤9)中灭菌温度为60‐65℃。
上述原料中:
铁皮石斛能滋养肌肤:人体进入中年后,由于体内的阴液日益减少,从而加速了皮肤老化,使之变黑或变皱。铁皮石斛含有的黏液质,对人体皮肤有滋润营养作用。
柠檬是世界上最有药用价值的水果之一,它富含维生素C、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸奎宁酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、橙皮苷、柚皮苷、香豆精、高量钾元素和低量钠元素等,对人体十分有益。维生素C能维持人体各种组织和细胞间质的生成,并保持它们正常的生理机能。人体内的母质、粘合和成胶质等,都需要维生素C来保护。当维生素C缺少了,细胞之间的间质——胶状物也就跟着变少。这样,细胞组织就会变脆,失去抵抗外力的能力,人体就容易出现坏血症;它还有很多用途,如预防感冒、刺激造血和有助于降低多种癌症的风险等作用。柠檬是高度碱性食品,具有很强的抗氧化作用,对促进肌肤的新陈代谢、延缓衰老及抑制色素沉着等十分有效。
罗汉果主要产于广西壮族自治区桂林市永福县龙江乡、龙胜和百寿等镇,果实营养价值很高,含丰富的维生素C(每100克鲜果中含400毫克~500毫克)以及糖甙、果糖、葡萄糖、蛋白质、脂类等,罗汉果有清热润肺的功效,但中医文献中未记载罗汉果有养阴之功效。现代医学研究证实,罗汉果含一种比蔗糖甜300倍的甜味素,但它不产生热量,所以是糖尿病、肥胖等不宜吃糖者的理想替代饮料。含丰富的维生素C,有抗衰老、抗癌及益肤美容作用;有降血脂及减肥作用,可辅助治疗高脂血症,改善肥胖者的形象,是爱美女性的必选水果。
蜂蜜富含维生素B、维生素D、维生素E、果糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖、优质蛋白质、钾、钠、铁、天然香料、乳酸、苹果酸、淀粉酶、氧化酶等多种元素,能刺激皮肤的血液循环,改善营养状况,提高新陈代谢水平,促进细胞生长,延缓衰老,使皮肤的弹性和韧性增强,表面更加光滑润泽。蜂蜜还可消灭表皮的细菌、病毒及其他微生物,对面部的干涩、起皱、疖子、痱子、痤疮等具有一定的治疗作用。
本发明的有益效果是采用纯天然原料,安全无公害,且其制备方法简单,经济实惠。

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1
一种女性保健美容饮料的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
1)、将3千克新鲜的罗汉果进行清洗、高温消毒,然后降到常温;
2)将1千克新鲜的铁皮石斛进行清洗、消毒,切成2‐3㎝每段;
3)将5千克新鲜的柠檬进行清洗。消毒,并切成片状;
4)按照上述重量份配比将步骤1)处理后的罗汉果、步骤2)处理后的铁皮石斛和步骤3)中处理后的柠檬片放到榨汁机中进行榨汁,得罗汉果、铁皮石斛及柠檬混合汁液;
5)将步骤4)中榨汁后的原料渣放入超声波多功能提取罐中,加入与原料重量一样的纯净水,搅拌均匀,开启超声波发生器,超声波产生作用,使纯净水和残留汁液相互融合;
6)用离心分离机把超声波萃取液的溶液分离出来,得罗汉果、铁皮石斛及柠檬水溶液;
7)将步骤4)中得到的罗汉果、铁皮石斛及柠檬混合汁液,加入到步骤6)得到的罗汉果、铁皮石斛及柠檬水溶液中,按照原料配比加入3千克的蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
8)将步骤7)中得到的混合液与纯净水按照1:2的比例混合均匀,得饮料汁液;
9)用自动灌装机将饮料汁液装入铝制灌装瓶内,封盖,用巴氏灭菌法灭菌,灭菌温度为60℃,灭菌后冷却至常温,放入冷库保存。
实施例2
一种女性保健美容饮料的制备方法,包含以下步骤:

一种女性保健美容饮料的制备方法,包含以下步骤:

2)将2千克新鲜的铁皮石斛进行清洗、消毒,切成2‐3㎝每段;
3)将10千克新鲜的柠檬进行清洗。消毒,并切成片状;

Claims (4)
1.一种女性保健美容饮料,其特征在于其由铁皮石斛、柠檬、罗汉果、蜂蜜加工制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种女性保健美容饮料,其特征在于所用原料重量份配比为:铁皮石斛1‐2份、柠檬5‐10份、罗汉果3‐5份、蜂蜜3‐5份。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述的女性保健美容饮料的制备方法,其包含以下步骤:
1)、采取新鲜的罗汉果进行清洗、高温消毒,然后降到常温;
2)将新鲜的铁皮石斛进行清洗、消毒,切成2‐3㎝每段;
3)将新鲜的柠檬进行清洗。消毒,并切成片状;
4)按照上述重量份配比将步骤1)处理后的罗汉果、步骤2)处理后的铁皮石斛和步骤3)中处理后的柠檬片放到榨汁机中进行榨汁,得罗汉果、铁皮石斛及柠檬混合汁液;
5)将步骤4)中榨汁后的原料渣放入超声波多功能提取罐中,加入与原料重量一样的纯净水,搅拌均匀,开启超声波发生器,超声波产生作用,使纯净水和残留汁液相互融合;

9)用自动灌装机将饮料汁液装入铝制灌装瓶内,封盖,用巴氏灭菌法灭菌,灭菌后冷却至常温,放入冷库保存。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种女性保健美容饮料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤9)中灭菌温度为60‐65℃。
