粥,是中华民族的传统美食之一,有文字记载的历史就有四千多年了,从现代医学观点来看,粥作为一种半流质的食品,可以调整食欲,养生健体,粥是将“食用”、“药用”高度融合的食品之一。粥与中国人的关系,正像粥本身一样,稠粘绵密,相濡以沫。由于制作粥的原料众多,除口味不同外,其营养价值也各不相同。除少部分药用粥需要利用中药为原料外,大部分粥的原料基本以天然谷物和豆类为主,也有用花生、核桃、枸杞子、葡萄干等为添料的,用于增加口感。豆类含有多种人体所需的蛋白质、氨基酸等,是上好的滋补食物。
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种五豆保健粥及其制备方法。

本发明还提供五豆保健粥的制备方法:制备方法步骤如下
(1)将大米、糯米用水浸泡5~6小时,取红枣、党参、何首乌、甘蓝、白术、黄芪清洗切片后,加水文火煮制20~30分钟,过滤得到提取液;
(2)将黄豆、黑豆、扁豆、红豆、芸豆洗净,放入高压锅中,加入(1)所述提取液和冰糖,蒸制20~30分钟;
(3)将羊心洗净,切丁,用食盐腌制15~20分钟后,用水冲洗干净,放入煮锅,加入水、生姜,加热至沸腾,在持续煮制5~10分钟,捞出,沥去水份;
(4)将(1)所述的浸泡后的大米、糯米,(2)所述的混合汤料和(3)所述的羊心,放入锅中,搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
本发明有益效果:
(1)具有养血补钙,调节免疫力的功能;
(2)通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。

5.一种制备权利要求1所述的五豆保健粥的方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)将大米、糯米用水浸泡5~6小时,取红枣、党参、何首乌、甘蓝、白术、黄芪清洗切片后,加水文火煮制20~30分钟,过滤得到提取液;
(2)将黄豆、黑豆、扁豆、红豆、芸豆洗净,放入高压锅中,加入(1)所述提取液和冰糖,蒸制20~30分钟;
(3)将羊心洗净,切丁,用食盐腌制15~20分钟后,用水冲洗干净,放入煮锅,加入水、生姜,加热至沸腾,在持续煮制5~10分钟,捞出,沥去水份;
(4)将(1)所述的浸泡后的大米、糯米,(2)所述的混合汤料和(3)所述的羊心,放入锅中,搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
