本发明公开了一种杂粮养生药膳粥及其制备方法,所述杂粮养生药膳粥的原料成分的重量配比为:大米50~60份、小米10~20份、大豆5~7份、绿豆5~7份、红豆5~7份、黑豆5~7份、花生5~7份、板栗3~5份、玉米6~8份、山楂6~10份、丁葵草8~10份、大枣6~8份、余甘子10~12份、枸杞子1~3份、茶叶5~7份、水400~600份。其生产工艺流程为:选料→蒸煮→烘干→炒熟→磨粉→混合→包装→杀菌。本发明味道鲜美,又富含蛋白质和人体所需的氨基酸,搭配合理,还可以增进食欲,粥的主料为五谷,能补充人体所需的淀粉和糖类,营养丰富。

背景技术
粥可调节胃口,增进食欲,补充身体需要的水分。它味道鲜美、润喉易食,营养丰富又易于消化,实在是养生保健的佳品。由于粥是通过慢火、长时间熬出来的,有利于减少对蛋白质、脂肪的分解破坏,减少一些维生素的流失,并使一些矿物质能够溶于汤中,这样可使粥更具营养价值。而且粥有一个最大的特点是,除主要原料为粮食外,还辅以具有药用价值的各种配料,如中药、肉质,或是深色蔬菜和水果。在经过不同的加工方法熬制后,使其不仅营养丰富、味道鲜美,而且更具有滋补、祛病和养身之功效。
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种杂粮养生药膳粥及其制备方法。

本发明还提供杂粮养生药膳粥的制备方法,制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将山楂、丁葵草、大枣、余甘子、枸杞子、茶叶清洗后加水浸泡20~30分钟后,在90~100度温度下加热40~50分钟,过滤,得到第一次提取液,将滤渣加水,再在90~100度温度下,煮制10~20分钟,过滤,得到第二次提取液,将两次提取液混合,得到提取液;
(2)将大豆、绿豆、红豆、黑豆洗净,加水浸泡10~12小时,用豆浆机榨制豆浆,与(1)所述提取液,得混合液;
(3)将花生、板栗、玉米和(2)所述的提取液混合放入高压锅,在100~120度温度下,煮制20~30分钟,得到混合汤料;
(4)将大米、小米加水浸泡5~6小时后,与(3)所述的混合汤料,放入锅中,搅拌均匀,加入水,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
本发明有益效果:
(1)味道鲜美,又富含蛋白质和人体所需的氨基酸,搭配合理;
(2)增进食欲,能补充人体所需的淀粉和糖类,营养丰富。

实施例三:
一种杂粮养生药膳粥,原料成分的重量配比如下:大米50~60份、小米10~20份、大豆5~7份、绿豆5~7份、红豆5~7份、黑豆5~7份、花生5~7份、板栗3~5份、玉米6~8份、山楂6~10份、丁葵草8~10份、大枣6~8份、余甘子10~12份、枸杞子1~3份、茶叶5~7份、水400~600份。
其制备方法步骤为:
(1)将山楂、丁葵草、大枣、余甘子、枸杞子、茶叶清洗后加水浸泡20~30分钟后,在90~100度温度下加热40~50分钟,过滤,得到第一次提取液,将滤渣加水,再在90~100度温度下,煮制10~20分钟,过滤,得到第二次提取液,将两次提取液混合,得到提取液;

5.一种制备权利要求1所述的杂粮养生药膳粥的方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)将山楂、丁葵草、大枣、余甘子、枸杞子、茶叶清洗后加水浸泡20~30分钟后,在90~100度温度下加热40~50分钟,过滤,得到第一次提取液,将滤渣加水,再在90~100度温度下,煮制10~20分钟,过滤,得到第二次提取液,将两次提取液混合,得到提取液;
(2)将大豆、绿豆、红豆、黑豆洗净,加水浸泡10~12小时,用豆浆机榨制豆浆,与(1)所述提取液,得混合液;
(3)将花生、板栗、玉米和(2)所述的提取液混合放入高压锅,在100~120度温度下,煮制20~30分钟,得到混合汤料;
(4)将大米、小米加水浸泡5~6小时后,与(3)所述的混合汤料,放入锅中,搅拌均匀,加入水,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
