一种树脂基摩擦材料,属于摩擦材料技术领域。本发明的树脂基摩擦材料,以苯并噁嗪为原料,多组分协同作用,使得本发明树脂基摩擦材料具有稳定性好硬度高、耐摩擦性能优异等优点;各组分协同作用,使得本发明不仅硬度高,韧性也较好;制备方法工艺流程简便,提高了生产效率,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种摩擦材料,具体地,涉及一种树脂基摩擦材料。
背景技术
现有的摩擦材料通常包括粘结剂、增强材料、摩擦性能调节剂、填料和混合料几部分,其中粘结剂一般采用酚醛树脂做原料,其存在的缺点是:耐热性差,热分解温度低,不适合高温摩擦片的生产;树脂的内聚强度低,造成摩擦制品的磨损率高,使用寿命短;树脂的韧性差,车辆在刹车时会产生噪音,摩擦片易碎损坏;游离酚含量高,所生产的摩擦片致密性较差。该类摩擦材料已经不能满足市场要求。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种具有良好硬度、耐热性、热稳定性、耐水性、粘结性的树脂基摩擦材料。
本发明树脂基摩擦材料由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
苯并噁嗪树脂 40-60份;
硬脂酸锌 5-10份;
轻质碳酸钙 6-9份;
刚玉 5-10份;
炭黑 4-6份;
玻璃纤维 10-15份。
其中所述的苯并噁嗪树酯是通过以下方法合成的:
在室温下,依次向反应釜加入0.8-1kg4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷、2-3L二甲苯、0.5-0.8kg多聚甲醛,搅拌1-2h后升温至80-100℃,反应4-5h后,倒入减压蒸馏装置,经减压蒸馏除去多余溶剂,倒出冷却硬化后,用磨粉机磨粉待用。
所述硬脂酸锌、轻质碳酸钙、刚玉、炭黑均为市售200-300目产品。
所述玻璃纤维为20-30cm短纤维。
本发明树脂基摩擦材料制备工艺如下:
将苯并噁嗪树酯及其他组分依次加入JJ-5型胶砂机混合均匀,后经热压机180-220℃下热压6-10h成型,即得本发明摩擦材料。
本发明所具有的有益效果是:
1、本发明所用苯并噁嗪树酯耐热性好,硬度高,耐摩擦性能优异;
2、各组分协同作用,使得本发明不仅硬度高,韧性也较好;
3、合成工艺路线简单易操作。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,具体实施例不限制本发明。
实施例1:本发明提供了一种树脂基摩擦材料,由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
苯并噁嗪树脂 40份;
硬脂酸锌 5份;
轻质碳酸钙 6份;
刚玉 5份;
炭黑 4份;
玻璃纤维 10份。
其制备工艺如下:
(1)苯并噁嗪树酯合成:在室温下,依次向反应釜加入0.8kg4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷、2L二甲苯、0.5kg多聚甲醛,搅拌1h后升温至80℃,反应4h后,倒入减压蒸馏装置,经减压蒸馏除去多余溶剂,倒出冷却硬化后,用磨粉机磨粉待用。
(2)将苯并噁嗪树酯及其他组分依次加入JJ-5型胶砂机混合均匀,后经热压机180℃热压10h成型,即得本发明摩擦材料。
实施例2:本发明提供了一种树脂基摩擦材料,由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
苯并噁嗪树脂 50份;
硬脂酸锌 8份;
轻质碳酸钙 8份;
刚玉 8份;
炭黑 5份;
玻璃纤维 12份。
其制备工艺如下:
(1)苯并噁嗪树酯合成:在室温下,依次向反应釜加入0.9kg4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷、2.5L二甲苯、0.6kg多聚甲醛,搅拌1.5h后升温至90℃,反应4.5h后,倒入减压蒸馏装置,经减压蒸馏除去多余溶剂,倒出冷却硬化后,用磨粉机磨粉待用。
(2)将苯并噁嗪树酯及其他组分依次加入JJ-5型胶砂机混合均匀,后经热压机200℃热压8h成型,即得本发明摩擦材料。
实施例3:本发明提供了一种树脂基摩擦材料,由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
苯并噁嗪树脂 60份;
硬脂酸锌 10份;
轻质碳酸钙 9份;
刚玉 10份;
炭黑 6份;
玻璃纤维 15份。
其制备工艺如下:
(1)苯并噁嗪树酯合成:在室温下,依次向反应釜加入1kg4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷、3L二甲苯、0.8kg多聚甲醛,搅拌2h后升温至100℃,反应5h后,倒入减压蒸馏装置,经减压蒸馏除去多余溶剂,倒出冷却硬化后,用磨粉机磨粉待用。
(2)将苯并噁嗪树酯及其他组分依次加入JJ-5型胶砂机混合均匀,后经热压机220℃热压6h成型,即得本发明摩擦材料。

1.一种树脂基摩擦材料,由下述原料构成,所述份数均为重量份:
苯并噁嗪树脂 40-60份
硬脂酸锌 5-10份
轻质碳酸钙 6-9份
刚玉 5-10份
炭黑 4-6份
玻璃纤维 10-15份。
2.权利要求1的一种树脂基摩擦材料,其特征在于:所述硬脂酸锌、轻质碳酸钙、刚玉、炭黑均为市售200-300目产品。
