Abstract

La présente invention a ainsi pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau de friction (1), notamment pour disque de friction, comprenant les étapes suivantes : - disposer d'une matrice comprenant au moins un polymère susceptible de libérer du formaldéhyde lors d'une réticulation, - ajouter un agent de captation de formaldéhyde dans la matrice, - réticuler la matrice, procédé dans lequel, lors de la réticulation, l'agent de captation réagit avec au moins une partie du formaldéhyde libéré lors de la réticulation.
