技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种藕粉桃花散寒蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜是蜜蜂采集植物的花蜜和分泌物,通过充分酿造,储藏在巢脾里的一种黏稠状的营养物质,蜂蜜具有改善人脑循环、增强人体免疫力和应激力的功效。可是市场上的蜂蜜已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的饺子越来越受到消费者的青睐,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种藕粉桃花散寒蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种藕粉桃花散寒蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
枇杷蜜90-110、葡萄籽粉10-20、猕猴桃20-25、营养添加剂7-8、百合珠芽7-8、萝卜干1-2、红酒6-7、桂圆8-10、黄原胶0.3-0.5、黄鱼干3-4、芦笋4-5、纯藕粉7-8、鲜鸭肉6-7、千年健0.2-0.7、伸筋草1-2、瑞连草2.5-3、大腹皮0.2-0.8、桃花2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
玄参叶2-2.8、溪黄草2-3.2、花荵2.2-3、半夏曲1.9-2.7、康乃馨花茶3-4、酒心巧克力4-5、糯米12-13、荷叶、小根蒜适量;
制备方法为:(1)将玄参叶、溪黄草、花荵、半夏曲洗净烘干研磨成粉得中药粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)糯米洗净,拌切碎的小根蒜以及精盐,再兑康乃馨花茶并用荷叶包裹严实,上上笼屉用中药汁熏蒸10-15分钟,取出晾凉,得熟米;
(3)用少量熟米包裹各个酒心巧克力,做成多个丸状,上烤箱烘烤8-10分钟,取出烘干研磨成粉,即得;

(1)将所述重量份的千年健、伸筋草、瑞连草等中草药用5-6倍水浸提后浓缩,冷却待用;
(2)纯藕粉兑红酒、黄原胶搅拌均匀入锅,再丢入黄鱼干、桃花,大火煮沸,再换小火熬煮5-6分钟,取出黄鱼,得香糊,桂圆去核,滚香糊,上烤炉烘烤1-2分钟,取出烘干;
(3)猕猴桃、百合珠芽切片,烘干磨粉;芦笋榨浆滤得汁液,鲜鸭肉与萝卜干混合剁碎,拌入葡萄籽粉、营养添加剂,兑芦笋汁,小火焖煮10-20分钟,取出烘干研磨成粉;
(4)将枇杷蜜与步骤(1)(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起使之充分调配均匀,再进行灌装、封口、灭菌处理,最后封装入库即可。
本发明的优点是:
本发明添加的桂圆、猕猴桃、瑞连草、秦皮等食材、药材,丰富了蜂蜜的口感和保健新功效,使其味呈甘醇、清甜,具有清热除湿、活血行气、祛风散寒、舒筋活络效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种藕粉桃花散寒蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
枇杷蜜110、葡萄籽粉20、猕猴桃25、营养添加剂8、百合珠芽8、萝卜干2、红酒7、桂圆10、黄原胶0.5、黄鱼干4、芦笋5、纯藕粉8、鲜鸭肉7、千年健0.7、伸筋草2、瑞连草2.5、大腹皮0.8、桃花3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
玄参叶2.8、溪黄草2、花荵2.2、半夏曲1.9、康乃馨花茶3、酒心巧克力4、糯米12、荷叶、小根蒜适量;
制备方法为:(1)将玄参叶、溪黄草、花荵、半夏曲洗净烘干研磨成粉得中药粉,用5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)糯米洗净,拌切碎的小根蒜以及精盐,再兑康乃馨花茶并用荷叶包裹严实,上上笼屉用中药汁熏蒸10分钟,取出晾凉,得熟米;
(3)用少量熟米包裹各个酒心巧克力,做成多个丸状,上烤箱烘烤8分钟,取出烘干研磨成粉,即得;

(2)纯藕粉兑红酒、黄原胶搅拌均匀入锅,再丢入黄鱼干、桃花,大火煮沸,再换小火熬煮6分钟,取出黄鱼,得香糊,桂圆去核,滚香糊,上烤炉烘烤1-2分钟,取出烘干;
(3)猕猴桃、百合珠芽切片,烘干磨粉;芦笋榨浆滤得汁液,鲜鸭肉与萝卜干混合剁碎,拌入葡萄籽粉、营养添加剂,兑芦笋汁,小火焖煮20分钟,取出烘干研磨成粉;
(4)将枇杷蜜与步骤(1)(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起使之充分调配均匀,再进行灌装、封口、灭菌处理,最后封装入库即可。

1.一种藕粉桃花散寒蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
枇杷蜜90-110、葡萄籽粉10-20、猕猴桃20-25、营养添加剂7-8、百合珠芽7-8、萝卜干1-2、红酒6-7、桂圆8-10、黄原胶0.3-0.5、黄鱼干3-4、芦笋4-5、纯藕粉7-8、鲜鸭肉6-7、千年健0.2-0.7、伸筋草1-2、瑞连草2.5-3、大腹皮0.2-0.8、桃花2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
玄参叶2-2.8、溪黄草2-3.2、花荵2.2-3、半夏曲1.9-2.7、康乃馨花茶3-4、酒心巧克力4-5、糯米12-13、荷叶、小根蒜适量;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种藕粉桃花散寒蜜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的千年健、伸筋草、瑞连草等中草药用5-6倍水浸提后浓缩,冷却待用;
(2)纯藕粉兑红酒、黄原胶搅拌均匀入锅,再丢入黄鱼干、桃花,大火煮沸,再换小火熬煮5-6分钟,取出黄鱼,得香糊,桂圆去核,滚香糊,上烤炉烘烤1-2分钟,取出烘干;
