本发明公开了一种桔红心白菜补中益气蔬果汁,其特征在于:它是由下列重量份数的原料制成:桔红心白菜 40-70 份、南瓜 20-40 份、芝麻 10-25 份、白鹤灵芝草 3-10 份、西洋参 5-15 份、地果 5-20 份。制作方法包含如下工序: A 、将上述主要原料中桔桔红心白菜、南瓜、芝麻、白鹤灵芝草、西洋参、地果经过精细挑选后,进行清洗,清洗后在 80 ℃下烘干 10-20 分钟,将其中的水分含量干燥至 90-95% , B 、将上述干燥好的原料分别研磨成浆,将浆液按照上述重量配比混合搅匀; C 、将上述混合好的浆液中加入其质量 3 倍的纯净水搅匀,然后过滤去除杂质,然后再加入总质量比三分之一的蔗糖脂肪酸酯羧、总质量比五分之一的甲基纤维素钠、总质量比十分之一的果胶酶和纤维酶; D 、将上述混合后的所有原料,除菌抽真空包装。

桔红心白菜新品种填补了国内红心白菜的空白,是一种科技含量高,高营养成份、食用一种蔬菜能同时摄取两种蔬菜营养成份,受到了广大消费者的欢迎,经检测桔红心白菜中胡萝卜素含量是普通白菜的4.5倍,维生素C的含量是普通白菜的1.8倍,糖含量是普通白菜的3.5倍。
目前,市场上的蔬菜汁及相关饮品只是起到一种口味调节和烹饪添加调料,对填补身体营养、能量补充和身体机能调节保健的产品较少,并且没有以桔红心白菜为主要原料的相关饮品,不能满足市场需求。所以,市场上非常需要一种具有补中益气功效,并且容易保存,有益人体的桔红心白菜补中益气蔬果汁。

本发明的目的是提供一种具有补中益气的功效,并且容易保存,能长时间保存汤料口感与鲜味一种桔红心白菜补中益气蔬果汁。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种桔红心白菜补中益气蔬果汁,其特征在于:它是由下列重量份数的主原料制成:桔红心白菜40-70份、南瓜20-40份、芝麻10-25份、白鹤灵芝草3-10份、西洋参5-15份、地果5-20份。
所述主原料优选的重量份数是:桔红心白菜60份、南瓜30份、芝麻20份、白鹤灵芝草5份、西洋参10份、地果15份。
其制作工艺包含如下工序:
A、将上述主要原料中桔红心白菜、南瓜、芝麻、白鹤灵芝草、西洋参、地果经过精细挑选后,进行清洗,清洗后在80℃下烘干10-20分钟,将其中的水分含量干燥至90-95%,
B、将上述干燥好的原料分别研磨成浆,将浆液按照上述重量配比混合搅匀;
C、将上述混合好的浆液中加入其质量3倍的纯净水搅匀,然后过滤去除杂质,然后再加入总质量比三分之一的蔗糖脂肪酸酯羧、总质量比五分之一的甲基纤维素钠、总质量比十分之一的果胶酶和纤维酶;
D、将上述混合后的所有原料,除菌抽真空包装。
