金枪鱼肉190-220、娃娃菜4-7、芦笋5-6、豆干7-8、灵芝孢子粉5-6、山楂糕8-10、牛蒡酱5-7、酸梅肉7-8、魔芋片8-9、桃肉干5-7、玉米油4-5、白刺花0.8-1、车桑子根2-3、女贞子3-4、熟地4-6、兰石草果2-4、 白酒适量、营养添加液6-8；
所述的营养添加液由以下重量份的原料制成：
蜂蛹10-12、鲜花椒3-4、锅巴6-8、干丁香花4-6、菠萝醋5-6、薏仁油6-8、干藕片5-8、胡黄连1-2、土豆皮2-3、橄榄叶1-2、紫河车3-4、麦门冬4-5；
制备方法为：（1）将胡黄连、土豆皮、橄榄叶、紫河车、麦门冬混合，水提2-3次，过滤，合并滤液；
（2）将薏仁油置于锅中，烧至七成热，倒入蜂蛹、鲜花椒炒制7-9分钟，出料，去除鲜花椒，将蜂蛹与锅巴、干藕片混合置于烤箱中烘干，磨粉；

（2）将魔芋片、桃肉干的表面抹上牛蒡酱后置于蒸锅中隔水蒸20-40分钟，出料，置于烤箱中烘干；
（3）将娃娃菜、芦笋、豆干、山楂糕混合，加步骤（1）中所得滤液打浆，所得浆液中加入灵芝孢子粉搅拌均匀，将所得的液体混合物与金枪鱼肉混合，静置浸渍20-40分钟；
（4）将步骤（2）、（3）中处理后的物料以及剩余除白酒以外的各原料混合后在50-60℃下进行灭菌处理，最后置于白酒中密封浸泡3-5天，即得。

一种熟地金枪鱼养生酒，由以下重量份的原料制成：
金枪鱼肉220、娃娃菜7、芦笋6、豆干8、灵芝孢子粉6、山楂糕10、牛蒡酱7、酸梅肉8、魔芋片9、桃肉干7、玉米油5、白刺花1、车桑子根3、女贞子4、熟地6、兰石草果4、 白酒适量、营养添加液8；
所述的营养添加液由以下重量份的原料制成：
蜂蛹12、鲜花椒4、锅巴8、干丁香花6、菠萝醋6、薏仁油8、干藕片8、胡黄连2、土豆皮3、橄榄叶2、紫河车4、麦门冬5；
制备方法为：（1）将胡黄连、土豆皮、橄榄叶、紫河车、麦门冬混合，水提3次，过滤，合并滤液；
（2）将薏仁油置于锅中，烧至七成热，倒入蜂蛹、鲜花椒炒制9分钟，出料，去除鲜花椒，将蜂蛹与锅巴、干藕片混合置于烤箱中烘干，磨粉；

（3）将娃娃菜、芦笋、豆干、山楂糕混合，加步骤（1）中所得滤液打浆，所得浆液中加入灵芝孢子粉搅拌均匀，将所得的液体混合物与金枪鱼肉混合，静置浸渍20-40分钟；
（4）将步骤（2）、（3）中处理后的物料以及剩余除白酒以外的各原料混合后在50-60℃下进行灭菌处理，最后置于白酒中密封浸泡3-5天，即得。
