本发明公开了一种强韧耐磨的沥青绝缘漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:E-22环氧树脂18-25、甲基硅树脂7-9、亚甲基双苯二胺3-5、酞菁蓝0.5-1.0、纳米碳酸钙3-5、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2、玉石粉2-3、高岭土2-3、玻璃纤维2-4、氯化稀土0.5-1.0、油酸甲酯1-2、改性沥青33-39、改性废弃树脂砂5-7、二甲苯14-16、醋酸丁酯6-8、多聚磷酸铵5-7;本发明的油漆以改性沥青为主体,添加多种树脂协同作用,提高油漆的耐热性、防腐性和耐磨性等性能,添加的玻璃纤维具有绝缘性好、防腐性好、耐热性好和强度高的特点,添加的玉石粉具有抑菌抗菌、阻段燃烧的作用,且无放射性,健康环保,并能够克服涂层起皮剥落的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆及其制备方法,特别是一种强韧耐磨的沥青绝缘漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
沥青漆是一种适用于高温、化学、空气污染及海边盐分高等易于腐蚀环境之钢铁结构、电化铁路系统、船舶、桥梁及各类镀锌器材铁管、浪板、镀锌钢架构造物的防护涂料,目前多用于地下管道防腐工程,由于种类较繁多,从而导致了一些沥青漆不具有很好的耐热性。环氧漆的主要优点是对水泥、金属等无机材料的附着力很强,涂料本身非常耐腐蚀,机械性能优良,耐磨,耐冲击,耐有机溶剂,耐热,耐水,涂膜无毒。缺点是耐候性不好,日光照射久了有可能出现粉化现象,主要用于地坪涂装、汽车底漆、金属防腐、化学防腐等方面。
树脂砂是由硅砂、树脂和硬化剂等混合配制而成。大量堆积的废弃树脂砂里面含有的各种有机树脂或有机无机化合物,分解速度慢,给土壤带来严重的危害,并且能够酸化土壤土质,一些化合物会随着雨淋流入江河,污染水源,人们一旦饮用,会给人们的身体带来严重的损害。针对这一情况,本发明将废弃树脂砂进行改性,不仅解决了环境污染,而且添加到油漆中提高了油漆的抗污防尘、耐老化和防火等作用。

本发明的目的是提供一种强韧耐磨的沥青绝缘漆及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种强韧耐磨的沥青绝缘漆,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:E-22环氧树脂18-25、甲基硅树脂7-9、亚甲基双苯二胺3-5、酞菁蓝0.5-1.0、纳米碳酸钙3-5、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2、玉石粉2-3、高岭土2-3、玻璃纤维2-4、氯化稀土0.5-1.0、油酸甲酯1-2、改性沥青33-39、改性废弃树脂砂5-7、二甲苯14-16、醋酸丁酯6-8、多聚磷酸铵5-7;
所述改性沥青是由下列重量份的原料制成:沥青78-84、硫磺0.4-1.0、聚丙烯蜡0.4-0.8、纳米硅藻土0.5-1.0、二氨基二苯甲烷0.3-0.7、活性炭1-2、氯醋树脂8-12、马来酸酐4-6、十二水硫酸铝钾0.3-0.6、四氢呋喃7-9、异辛酸锆0.2-0.4、过氧化二苯甲酰0.05-0.12、木质素磺酸钠0.4-0.8、纳米玻璃鳞片0.4-0.7;制备方法是将沥青加热至熔融,在氮气的保护下缓慢加入马来酸酐和过氧化二苯甲酰,将温度控制在170-180°C,在600-800转/分下搅拌0.5-1小时后得到改性沥青,将氯醋树脂、四氢呋喃、异辛酸锆、二氨基二苯甲烷、聚丙烯蜡混合加热至130-150°C,然后将与改性沥青混合均匀,再加入其余剩余物质并以800-1200转/分下搅拌研磨1-1.5小时即可。
本发明所述一种强韧耐磨的沥青绝缘漆,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将E-22环氧树脂、甲基硅树脂、改性沥青、多聚磷酸铵、醋酸丁酯、亚甲基双苯二胺、二甲苯投入反应釜中搅拌,反应温度控制在200-250°C,以600-800转/分下搅拌2-3小时;
(2)在相同的转速下加入改性废弃树脂砂、高岭土、纳米碳酸钙、玉石粉、玻璃纤维、氯化稀土、硅烷偶联剂KH550搅拌30-50分钟,温度降低至50-80°C再加入其余剩余的成分,在反应釜内搅拌、分散,将分散后的物料加到砂磨机中研磨分散均匀,并在1200-1400转/分下搅拌20-30分钟;
(3)将分散均匀的物料加到过滤机中进行过滤,过滤后得到细度为20-40μm的物料,将过滤后的物料包装即可。
本发明所述改性废弃树脂砂,制备方法是将废弃的树脂砂加到落砂机中进行落砂,除去表面的金属杂物及附着物,再将废弃树脂砂通过震荡机、离心机的作用,除去表面的粘结剂,再将废砂通过球磨机磨成400-600目细粉,加入废砂重量12%的纳米凹凸棒土、5%的纳米氧化锌、0.4%的六偏磷酸钠、0.2%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、8%的硅溶胶和0.5-1%的硅烷偶联剂KH560混合研磨均匀即可。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的油漆以改性沥青为主体,添加多种树脂协同作用,提高油漆的耐热性、防腐性和耐磨性等性能,添加的玻璃纤维具有绝缘性好、防腐性好、耐热性好和强度高的特点,添加的玉石粉具有抑菌抗菌、阻段燃烧的作用,且无放射性,健康环保,并能够克服涂层起皮剥落的作用。

一种强韧耐磨的沥青绝缘漆,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:E-22环氧树脂22、甲基硅树脂7、亚甲基双苯二胺4、酞菁蓝0.6、纳米碳酸钙3、硅烷偶联剂KH5501、玉石粉2、高岭土2、玻璃纤维2、氯化稀土0.5、油酸甲酯1、改性沥青33、改性废弃树脂砂5、二甲苯15、醋酸丁酯8、多聚磷酸铵5;
所述改性沥青是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:沥青82、硫磺0.6、聚丙烯蜡0.5、纳米硅藻土0.8、二氨基二苯甲烷0.4、活性炭1、氯醋树脂9、马来酸酐4、十二水硫酸铝钾0.4、四氢呋喃8、异辛酸锆0.2、过氧化二苯甲酰0.07、木质素磺酸钠0.5、纳米玻璃鳞片0.5;制备方法是将沥青加热至熔融,在氮气的保护下缓慢加入马来酸酐和过氧化二苯甲酰,将温度控制在170-180°C,在600-800转/分下搅拌0.5-1小时后得到改性沥青,将氯醋树脂、四氢呋喃、异辛酸锆、二氨基二苯甲烷、聚丙烯蜡混合加热至130-150°C,然后将与改性沥青混合均匀,再加入其余剩余物质并以800-1200转/分下搅拌研磨1-1.5小时即可。
本发明所述一种强韧耐磨的沥青绝缘漆,由以下具体步骤制成:

(2)在相同的转速下加入改性废弃树脂砂、高岭土、纳米碳酸钙、玉石粉、玻璃纤维、氯化稀土、硅烷偶联剂KH550搅拌30-50分钟,温度降低至50-80°C再加入其余剩余的成分,在反应釜内搅拌、分散,将分散后的物料加到砂磨机中研磨分散均匀,并在1200-1400转/分下搅拌20-30分钟;
(3)将分散均匀的物料加到过滤机中进行过滤,过滤后得到细度为20-40μm的物料,将过滤后的物料包装即可。
本发明所述改性废弃树脂砂,制备方法是将废弃的树脂砂加到落砂机中进行落砂,除去表面的金属杂物及附着物,再将废弃树脂砂通过震荡机、离心机的作用,除去表面的粘结剂,再将废砂通过球磨机磨成400-600目细粉,加入废砂重量12%的纳米凹凸棒土、5%的纳米氧化锌、0.4%的六偏磷酸钠、0.2%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、8%的硅溶胶和0.5-1%的硅烷偶联剂KH560混合研磨均匀即可。
本发明的油漆漆膜外观平整光滑,附着力实验(≥3Mpa)6h,耐盐水(3%的NaCl、27°C ±6°C、24h)漆膜不起泡,不脱落,不生锈,耐水性(27°C ±6°C、240h)不起泡,不脱落,耐盐雾性能(1000h)漆膜不起泡,不脱落,不生锈,人工加速老化性能(1000h)漆膜无粉化,无变色,无裂纹,耐油性(96#汽油,120h)不起泡,不软化,不脱落,耐磨擦(750g、500转)/mg 9。

1.一种强韧耐磨的沥青绝缘漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:E-22环氧树脂18-25、甲基硅树脂7-9、亚甲基双苯二胺3-5、酞菁蓝0.5-1.0、纳米碳酸钙3-5、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2、玉石粉2-3、高岭土2-3、玻璃纤维2-4、氯化稀土0.5-1.0、油酸甲酯1-2、改性沥青33-39、改性废弃树脂砂5-7、二甲苯14-16、醋酸丁酯6-8、多聚磷酸铵5-7;
所述改性沥青是由下列重量份的原料制成:沥青78-84、硫磺0.4-1.0、聚丙烯蜡0.4-0.8、纳米硅藻土0.5-1.0、二氨基二苯甲烷0.3-0.7、活性炭1-2、氯醋树脂8-12、马来酸酐4-6、十二水硫酸铝钾0.3-0.6、四氢呋喃7-9、异辛酸锆0.2-0.4、过氧化二苯甲酰0.05-0.12、木质素磺酸钠0.4-0.8、纳米玻璃鳞片0.4-0.7;制备方法是将沥青加热至熔融,在氮气的保护下缓慢加入马来酸酐和过氧化二苯甲酰,将温度控制在170-180°C,在600-800转/分下搅拌0.5-1小时后得到改性沥青,将氯醋树脂、四氢呋喃、异辛酸锆、二氨基二苯甲烷、聚丙烯蜡混合加热至130-150°C,然后将与改性沥青混合均匀,再加入其余剩余物质并以800-1200转/分下搅拌研磨1-1.5小时即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种强韧耐磨的沥青绝缘漆,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将E-22环氧树脂、甲基硅树脂、改性沥青、多聚磷酸铵、醋酸丁酯、亚甲基双苯二胺、二甲苯投入反应釜中搅拌,反应温度控制在200-250°C,以600-800转/分下搅拌2-3小时;
(2)在相同的转速下加入改性废弃树脂砂、高岭土、纳米碳酸钙、玉石粉、玻璃纤维、氯化稀土、硅烷偶联剂KH550搅拌30-50分钟,温度降低至50-80°C再加入其余剩余的成分,在反应釜内搅拌、分散,将分散后的物料加到砂磨机中研磨分散均匀,并在1200-1400转/分下搅拌20-30分钟;
(3)将分散均匀的物料加到过滤机中进行过滤,过滤后得到细度为20-40μm的物料,将过滤后的物料包装即可。
