Abstract

发明公开了一种海水养殖用网箱防污涂料,由以下成分制成:丙烯酸丁酯、甲基硅树脂、芦竹碱、松香、纳米氧化锌、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、引发剂。本发明的网箱防污涂料低毒、高效、符合环保要求,稳定性强、使用方便、施涂简单、性价比高、附着力好、防污性能好;本发明通过对丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂经过预混处理,采用羟基硅油对混合物进行改性,再配合膨润土进行混合研磨,极大的提高了其结构组织性能,提升了与其它成分的相容性,延长了涂料的使用寿命;通过对松香和氧化锌进行预混处理,提高了松香的内聚力,增强了其成膜性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及渔具防污领域,特别是涉及一种海水养殖用网箱防污涂料。
背景技术
海洋环境是一个腐蚀、生物污损严重的环境。船舶附着生物后,将明显地增加表面航行摩擦阻力,降低船速,增加燃料消耗,并增加进坞维修次数。而用来养殖的深海网箱被大量的海生物附着后,将使得网孔堵塞、影响网箱内外海水的对流、减少溶解氧的含量和食物的供应,导致养殖的海产品发育不良甚至死亡,严重影响海产品养殖的产量和质量。之前采用人工或者机械敲打去除海生物的工作量大、重复次数多,易损坏网箱,也影响海产品的养殖周期,因此急需一种深海网箱用防污涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种海水养殖用网箱防污涂料,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种海水养殖用网箱防污涂料,按重量份计由以下成分制成:丙烯酸丁酯25份、甲基硅树脂30份、芦竹碱3份、松香8份、纳米氧化锌2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份、引发剂1份。
进一步地,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化锌的粒度为30-50nm。
进一步地,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂经过预混处理:将丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂进行混合,添加混合物二十分之一重量的羟基硅油,混合均匀后,进行加热至65-80℃时,添加与羟基硅油同等质量的膨润土,混合均匀后,进行研磨1-1.5小时。
进一步地,所述松香与纳米氧化锌进行混合预处理:将松香加热至150-170℃时,将纳米氧化锌缓慢添加到松香中,以150r/min速度搅拌,直至将纳米氧化锌完全添加完,继续搅拌30分钟。
一种海水养殖用网箱防污涂料的制作方法,包括:
1)按重量份称取以下成分:丙烯酸丁酯25份、甲基硅树脂30份、芦竹碱3份、松香8份、纳米氧化锌2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份、引发剂1份;
2)在快速分散机中添加经过处理的丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂,10分钟后,再添加芦竹碱、领苯二甲酸二辛酯,15分钟后,添加经过预混处理的松香与纳米氧化锌,期间,不间断的以300r/min转速搅拌;
3)向2)中原料添加到引发剂,加热至80℃,以150r/min速度搅拌1小时后,静置即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的网箱防污涂料低毒、高效、符合环保要求,稳定性强、使用方便、施涂简单、性价比高、附着力好、防污性能好;本发明通过对丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂经过预混处理,采用羟基硅油对混合物进行改性,再配合膨润土进行混合研磨,极大的提高了其结构组织性能,提升了与其它成分的相容性,延长了涂料的使用寿命;通过对松香和氧化锌进行预混处理,提高了松香的内聚力,增强了其成膜性能。
具体实施方式
一种海水养殖用网箱防污涂料,按重量份计由以下成分制成:丙烯酸丁酯25份、甲基硅树脂30份、芦竹碱3份、松香8份、纳米氧化锌2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份、引发剂1份。
进一步地,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化锌的粒度为30-50nm。
进一步地,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂经过预混处理:将丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂进行混合,添加混合物二十分之一重量的羟基硅油,混合均匀后,进行加热至65-80℃时,添加与羟基硅油同等质量的膨润土,混合均匀后,进行研磨1-1.5小时。

本发明网箱防污涂料防污涂层的水接触角为115°,表面能为5.46mJ/m2。

1.一种海水养殖用网箱防污涂料,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成:丙烯酸丁酯25份、甲基硅树脂30份、芦竹碱3份、松香8份、纳米氧化锌2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份、引发剂1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海水养殖用网箱防污涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化锌的粒度为30-50nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海水养殖用网箱防污涂料,其特征在于,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种海水养殖用网箱防污涂料,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂经过预混处理:将丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂进行混合,添加混合物二十分之一重量的羟基硅油,混合均匀后,进行加热至65-80℃时,添加与羟基硅油同等质量的膨润土,混合均匀后,进行研磨1-1.5小时。
