Abstract
发明公开了一种渔具用防污涂料,由以下成分制成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氨酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基硅树脂、硅酸钠、环氧甲萘醌、吡啶硫酮锌、纳米铜粒子、纳米氧化亚铜粒子、水凝胶、引发剂、乳化剂。本发明的渔具防污涂料低毒、高效、符合环保要求,稳定性强、使用方便、施涂简单、性价比高、附着力好、防污性能好;本发明通过纳米氧化亚铜粒子和纳米铜粒子进行复合处理,采用水凝胶作为载体,极大的提高本发明在海洋防污综合性能,增强了其耐生物附着性能;通过添加经过改性后的硅酸钠,能够提高其分散性,均化各成分,提高涂料涂膜的柔韧性和抗开裂性。

技术领域
本发明涉及渔具防污领域,特别是涉及一种渔具用防污涂料。
背景技术
海洋环境是一个腐蚀、生物污损严重的环境。用来养殖的深海渔具被大量的海生物附着后,将使得网孔堵塞、影响渔具内外海水的对流、减少溶解氧的含量和食物的供应,导致养殖的海产品发育不良甚至死亡,严重影响海产品养殖的产量和质量。之前采用人工或者机械敲打去除海生物的工作量大、重复次数多,易损坏渔具,也影响海产品的养殖周期,因此急需一种深海渔具用防污涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种渔具用防污涂料,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种渔具用防污涂料,按重量份计由以下成分制成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、聚氨酯50份、丙烯酸丁酯25份、甲基硅树脂15份、硅酸钠8份、环氧甲萘醌4份、吡啶硫酮锌1份、纳米铜粒子2份、纳米氧化亚铜粒子2份、水凝胶6份、引发剂1份、乳化剂1份。
进一步地,所述纳米铜粒子的粒度为15-20nm,纳米氧化亚铜粒子的粒度为15-20nm。
进一步地,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
进一步地,所述纳米氧化亚铜粒子和纳米铜粒子经过预处理:将纳米氧化亚铜粒子和纳米铜粒子添加到水凝胶中,加热至65-70℃,以180r/min速度搅拌40分钟。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂经过预混处理:将丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂进行混合,添加混合物二十分之一重量的羟基硅油,混合均匀后,进行加热至65-80℃时,添加与羟基硅油同等质量的膨润土,混合均匀后,进行研磨1-1.5小时。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为聚丙烯酰胺乳化剂。
进一步地,所述硅酸钠经过改性处理:将硅酸钠与重量份为1份的硬脂酸混合,加热至60℃,同时配合超声波处理,持续30分钟。
一种渔具用防污涂料的制作方法,包括:
1)按重量份称取以下成分:甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、聚氨酯50份、丙烯酸丁酯25份、甲基硅树脂15份、硅酸钠8份、环氧甲萘醌4份、吡啶硫酮锌1份、纳米铜粒子2份、纳米氧化亚铜粒子2份、水凝胶6份、引发剂1份、乳化剂1份;
2)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯与聚氨酯进行混合,混合均匀后,添加乳化剂进行复合乳化,并且加热至65-80℃时,添加经过改性处理后的纳米氧化亚铜粒子和纳米铜粒子与水凝胶混合物,混合均匀后,进行以150r/min速度搅拌40分钟。
3)在快速分散机中添加2)中的所得原料,10分钟后,再添加吡啶硫酮锌、经过改性后的硅酸钠,15分钟后,添加环氧甲萘醌,期间,不间断的以300r/min转速搅拌;
4)向3)中原料添加到引发剂和经过处理的丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂混合物,加热至80℃,以150r/min速度搅拌1小时后,静置即可。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的渔具防污涂料低毒、高效、符合环保要求,稳定性强、使用方便、施涂简单、性价比高、附着力好、防污性能好;本发明通过对丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂经过预混处理,采用羟基硅油对混合物进行改性,再配合膨润土进行混合研磨,极大的提高了其结构组织性能,提升了与其它成分的相容性,延长了涂料的使用寿命;本发明通过纳米氧化亚铜粒子和纳米铜粒子进行复合处理,采用水凝胶作为载体,极大的提高本发明在海洋防污综合性能,增强了其耐生物附着性能;通过添加经过改性后的硅酸钠,能够提高其分散性,均化各成分,提高涂料涂膜的柔韧性和抗开裂性。
具体实施方式
一种渔具用防污涂料,按重量份计由以下成分制成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、聚氨酯50份、丙烯酸丁酯25份、甲基硅树脂15份、硅酸钠8份、环氧甲萘醌4份、吡啶硫酮锌1份、纳米铜粒子2份、纳米氧化亚铜粒子2份、水凝胶6份、引发剂1份、乳化剂1份。
进一步地,所述纳米铜粒子的粒度为15-20nm,纳米氧化亚铜粒子的粒度为15-20nm。
进一步地,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
进一步地,所述纳米氧化亚铜粒子和纳米铜粒子经过预处理:将纳米氧化亚铜粒子和纳米铜粒子添加到水凝胶中,加热至65-70℃,以180r/min速度搅拌40分钟。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂经过预混处理:将丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂进行混合,添加混合物二十分之一重量的羟基硅油,混合均匀后,进行加热至65-80℃时,添加与羟基硅油同等质量的膨润土,混合均匀后,进行研磨1-1.5小时。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为聚丙烯酰胺乳化剂。
进一步地,所述硅酸钠经过改性处理:将硅酸钠与重量份为1份的硬脂酸混合,加热至60℃,同时配合超声波处理,持续30分钟。
一种渔具用防污涂料的制作方法,包括:

2)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯与聚氨酯进行混合,混合均匀后,添加乳化剂进行复合乳化,并且加热至65-80℃时,添加经过改性处理后的纳米氧化亚铜粒子和纳米铜粒子与水凝胶混合物,混合均匀后,进行以150r/min速度搅拌40分钟。
3)在快速分散机中添加2)中的所得原料,10分钟后,再添加吡啶硫酮锌、经过改性后的硅酸钠,15分钟后,添加环氧甲萘醌,期间,不间断的以300r/min转速搅拌;
4)向3)中原料添加到引发剂和经过处理的丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂混合物,加热至80℃,以150r/min速度搅拌1小时后,静置即可。本发明渔具防污涂料防污涂层的水接触角为132°,表面能为4.18mJ/m²。
Claims (8)
1.一种渔具用防污涂料,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、聚氨酯50份、丙烯酸丁酯25份、甲基硅树脂15份、硅酸钠8份、环氧甲萘醌4份、吡啶硫酮锌1份、纳米铜粒子2份、纳米氧化亚铜粒子2份、水凝胶6份、引发剂1份、乳化剂1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用防污涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米铜粒子的粒度为15-20nm,纳米氧化亚铜粒子的粒度为15-20nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用防污涂料,其特征在于,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用防污涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化亚铜粒子和纳米铜粒子经过预处理:将纳米氧化亚铜粒子和纳米铜粒子添加到水凝胶中,加热至65-70℃,以180r/min速度搅拌40分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用防污涂料,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂经过预混处理:将丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂进行混合,添加混合物二十分之一重量的羟基硅油,混合均匀后,进行加热至65-80℃时,添加与羟基硅油同等质量的膨润土,混合均匀后,进行研磨1-1.5小时。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用防污涂料,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为聚丙烯酰胺乳化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔具用防污涂料,其特征在于,所述硅酸钠经过改性处理:将硅酸钠与重量份为1份的硬脂酸混合,加热至60℃,同时配合超声波处理,持续30分钟。
8.一种渔具用防污涂料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
1)按重量份称取以下成分:甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、聚氨酯50份、丙烯酸丁酯25份、甲基硅树脂15份、硅酸钠8份、环氧甲萘醌4份、吡啶硫酮锌1份、纳米铜粒子2份、纳米氧化亚铜粒子2份、水凝胶6份、引发剂1份、乳化剂1份;
2)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯与聚氨酯进行混合,混合均匀后,添加乳化剂进行复合乳化,并且加热至65-80℃时,添加经过改性处理后的纳米氧化亚铜粒子和纳米铜粒子与水凝胶混合物,混合均匀后,进行以150r/min速度搅拌40分钟。
3)在快速分散机中添加2)中的所得原料,10分钟后,再添加吡啶硫酮锌、经过改性后的硅酸钠,15分钟后,添加环氧甲萘醌,期间,不间断的以300r/min转速搅拌;
4)向3)中原料添加到引发剂和经过处理的丙烯酸丁酯与甲基硅树脂混合物,加热至80℃,以150r/min速度搅拌1小时后,静置即可。
