本发明公开了一种西洋参果保健酒的制备方法,用西洋参果,西洋参,山茱萸果,红景天为原料,按一定比例混合,粉碎成60目,加入3倍质量的纯净水,1.5%果胶酶,保温45℃酶解12H,灭酶。再加入10倍质量40度纯粮食酒,超声波辅提30min,浸泡15D,过滤。滤渣再加入5倍60度纯粮食酒超声浸提30min,浸泡15D后过滤,合并两次浸提液,加入4%食用糖,低温陈化稳定,澄清超滤,配成45度保健酒。西洋果保健酒色泽棕红,澄清透亮,西洋参香气浓郁,无西洋参的苦味。该保健酒具有抗缺氧,抗疲劳,提高人体免疫力,延缓衰老的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及西洋参果保健酒的制备方法,利用西洋参果、山茱萸、红景天为原料,通过加入纯粮食酒,超声波浸提、加入食用糖,低温陈酿,超滤而制备西洋参果保健酒。
背景技术
西洋参(Panax quinquefoium L)系五加科人参属多年生药用植物,原产于北美洲,后传入中国,是一种名贵滋补药品。西洋参味苦微甘,入心、肺、胃三经,有大补元气、益血生津、降压解热等作用。西洋参果含人参皂苷,蛋白质、多肽、氨基酸、多糖、微量元素、挥发油等,具有抗衰老,抗缺氧,对人体的保健具有重要作用。山茱萸富含多种皂苷、多糖,多种氨基酸,具有强心、抗氧化、降血脂等功效。红景天的主要有效成分为红景天苷,苷元酪醇,17种氨基酸,多种微量元素,种黄酮类化合物,具有抗缺氧,提高身体活力的作用。三种保健食品原料不仅可以增加果酒的保健效果,还可形成保健酒的自然本色。

利用西洋参果,西洋参,山茱萸果,红景天为原料,按一定比例混合,粉碎成60目,加入3倍质量的纯净水,1.5%果胶酶,保温45℃酶解12H,灭酶。再加入10倍质量40度纯粮食酒,超声波辅提30min,浸泡15D,过滤。滤渣再加入5倍60度纯粮食酒超声浸提30min,浸泡15D后过滤,合并两次浸提液,加入4%食用糖,低温陈酿稳定,澄清超滤,配成45度保健酒。该保健酒具有抗缺氧,抗疲劳,提高人体免疫力,延缓衰老的作用。
因此,利用本工艺生产西洋参果保健酒,西洋果保健酒色泽棕红,澄清透亮,西洋参香气浓郁,无西洋参的苦味。该保健酒具有抗缺氧,抗疲劳,提高人体免疫力,延缓衰老的作用。

实施例子
原料:西洋参果、山茱萸、红景天,粮食酒,食用糖。
粉碎:按一定比例将西洋参果,山茱萸、红景天混匀粉碎成60目。
酶解:粉碎原料加入3倍质量纯净水,加入1.5%果胶酶,保温45℃,酶解12H,灭酶。
超声波浸提:分别加入原料10倍和5倍质量粮食酒,超声波提30min,浸泡15D后,合并浸提酒过滤。
调糖:加入4%食用糖,低温陈化稳定。
超滤:澄清酒经过超滤,过滤澄清。
作用:该保健酒具有抗缺氧,抗疲劳,提高人体免疫力,延缓衰老的作用。

2.再加入10倍质量40度纯粮食酒,超声波辅提30min,浸泡15D,过滤。
3.滤渣再加入5倍60度纯粮食酒超声浸提30min,浸泡15D过滤,合并两次浸提液,加入4%食用糖,低温陈酿稳定,澄清超滤,配成45度保健酒。
4.该保健酒具有抗缺氧,抗疲劳,提高人体免疫力,延缓衰老的作用。
5.按照权利要求l所述生产的西洋参果保健酒,其特征在于:含有西洋参果、山茱萸和红景天的有效成份,在功能上具有协同作用。
6.按照权利要求l或2所述的西洋参果保健酒,其特征在于:西洋果保健酒色泽棕红,澄清透亮,西洋参香气浓郁,无西洋参的苦味。
7.按照权利要求l所述生产的西洋参果保健酒,其特征在于:有抗缺氧,抗疲劳,提高人体免疫力,延缓衰老的作用。
