本发明提供了一种草菇口服液的制作方法。具体如下:按葡萄糖2.5%、微晶纤维素0.2%、低温豆粕粉3.5%、磷酸氢二钾0.2%、硫酸镁0.05%、维生素B11.5mg/100mL、用水补至100%的比例配置培养基,调pH值5.5-6,搅拌均匀,121℃灭菌15min,冷却至25℃,接种8%草菇菌液体种子,在温度23-25℃、转速120rpm条件下,培养8d,110℃灭菌15分钟,冷却至室温,胶体磨磨浆,按每100g浆液加入木糖醇5g、乳酸0.06g、阿斯巴甜0.03g、黄原胶0.02g,混合均匀,再经均质、灌装、85℃水浴杀菌15min、冷却,即为草菇口服液,其保持了草菇所特有的营养性和功能性。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工领域,涉及口服液,尤其涉及一种草菇口服液的制作方法。
背景技术
草菇是世界上第三大栽培食用菌。草菇营养丰富,味道鲜美。每100g鲜菇含207.7mg维生素C,2.6g糖分,2.68g粗蛋白,2.24g脂肪等。草菇蛋白质含18种氨基酸,其中必需氨基酸占40.47-44.47%。此外,还含有磷、钾、钙等多种矿质元素。草菇能消食祛热,护肝健胃,增强人体免疫力,是优良的食药兼用型的营养保健食品。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种草菇口服液的制作方法。
本发明的目的是下述方式实现的:按葡萄糖2.5%、微晶纤维素0.2%、低温豆粕粉3.5%、磷酸氢二钾0.2%、硫酸镁0.05%、维生素B1 1.5mg/100mL、用水补至100%的比例配置培养基,调pH值5.5-6,搅拌均匀,121℃灭菌15min,冷却至25℃,接种8%草菇菌液体种子,在温度23-25℃、转速120rpm条件下,培养8d,110℃灭菌15分钟,冷却至室温,胶体磨磨浆,按每100g浆液加入木糖醇5g、乳酸0.06g、阿斯巴甜0.03g、黄原胶0.02g,混合均匀,再经均质、灌装、85℃水浴杀菌15min、冷却,即制成草菇口服液。
所述的草菇菌液体种子是将经PDA斜面培养基活化的草菇菌接种于不加琼脂的液体PDA培养基中,在温度25℃、转速150rpm条件下,培养3d制得。
本发明的优点是廉价的原料,生产出了高档食用菌草菇菌丝体,并开发了草菇口服液,其保留了草菇所特有的营养性和功能性。
四、具体实施例
实施方式一
称取葡萄糖25g、微晶纤维素2g、低温豆粕粉35g、磷酸氢二钾2g、硫酸镁0.5g、维生素B1 15mg、溶于935mL水中,调pH值5.5-6,搅拌均匀,121℃灭菌15min,冷却至25℃,接种80mL草菇菌液体种子,在温度23-25℃、转速120rpm条件下,培养8d,110℃灭菌15分钟,冷却至室温,胶体磨磨浆,称取500g浆液加入木糖醇25g、乳酸0.3g、阿斯巴甜0.15g、黄原胶0.1g,混合均匀,再经均质、灌装、85℃水浴杀菌15min、冷却,即制成草菇口服液。
实施方式二
称取葡萄糖12.5g、微晶纤维素1g、低温豆粕粉17.5g、磷酸氢二钾1g、硫酸镁0.25g、维生素B1 7.5mg、溶于468mL水中,调pH值5.5-6,搅拌均匀,121℃灭菌15min,冷却至25℃,接种80mL草菇菌液体种子,在温度23-25℃、转速120rpm条件下,培养8d,110℃灭菌15分钟,冷却至室温,胶体磨磨浆,称取300g浆液加入木糖醇15g、乳酸0.18g、阿斯巴甜0.09g、黄原胶0.06g,混合均匀,再经均质、灌装、85℃水浴杀菌15min、冷却,即制成草菇口服液。

1.一种草菇口服液的制作方法,其特征是:按葡萄糖2.5%、微晶纤维素0.2%、低温豆粕粉3.5%、磷酸氢二钾0.2%、硫酸镁0.05%、维生素B1 1.5mg/100mL、用水补至100%的比例配置培养基,调pH值5.5-6,搅拌均匀,121℃灭菌15min,冷却至25℃,接种8%草菇菌液体种子,在温度23-25℃、转速120rpm条件下,培养8d,110℃灭菌15分钟,冷却至室温,胶体磨磨浆,按每100g浆液加入木糖醇5g、乳酸0.06g、阿斯巴甜0.03g、黄原胶0.02g,混合均匀,再经均质、灌装、85℃水浴杀菌15min、冷却。
