技术领域
本说明一般涉及机械/电装置的操作、监控和诊断,更具体而言,涉及自动向操作员提醒重型燃气涡轮机的异常行为的系统和方法。
背景技术
监控机械健康并向操作员警告异常机械状况是操作一个或者多个机器的重要部分。具体而言,监控选择的辅助系统过程参数对于燃气涡轮机辅助系统的健康监控是重要的。当前没有用于大多数辅助系统过程参数的在线估计的已知的监控系统,并且仅监控测量的参数。不通过将测量值与期望值比较,定义警报阈值的动态基线和物理见解是未知的。没有该计算,仅基于与预设值的恒定偏差的静态阈值是可用的。此外,没有辅助系统过程参数的估计,阻碍了故障排除。例如,可以对偏差的源是否在期望值与测量值之间进行确定。此外,快速改变的可操作状况或者非常慢改变的可操作状况可能使得操作员难以识别异常状况或者可以做出什么可操作改变来减轻异常状况。

便携振动监控器244可以直接或者经由计算机输入端口、诸如在工作站222或者客户端系统204包含的端口间歇地耦接至LAN。典型地,振动数据在路由中收集,以例如每月或者其他周期的周期基础从机器的预定的列表收集数据。振动数据还可以结合故障排除、保养和调试活动来收集。此外,振动数据可以以实时或者近实时基础连续地收集。该数据可以对LMDS 213的算法提供新的基线。过程数据可以类似地以路由基础、或者在故障排除、保养和调试活动期间收集。此外,一些过程数据可以以实时或者近实时基础连续地收集。某些过程参数可能没有永久地用仪器装备并且便携过程数据收集器245可以被用于收集可以经由工作站222下载到DCS 201的过程参数数据,以便其可被LMDS 213访问。其他过程参数数据、诸如过程流体成分分析器和污染排放分析器可以经由多个在线监控器246提供给DCS 201。
供应给各种机器或者由工厂中发电机产生的电力可以由与各机器关联的马达保护中继器248监控。典型地,该中继器248位于远离所监控装置的马达控制中心(MCC)或者向机器供电的开关设备250中。此外,对于保护中继器248,开关设备250还可以包含监控和数据采集系统(SCADA),该SCADA向LMDS 213提供电源或者电力输送系统(未示出)装置,其例如位于在开关站、或者远程传输线断路器和行参数的工厂。

在操作中,规则集280以软件开发工具创建,其提示用户输入282与输出284之间的关系。输入282可以接收代表例如数字信号、模拟信号、波形、经处理信号、手动键入的和/或配置参数、以及来自其他规则集的输出的数据。规则集280内的规则可以包含逻辑规则、数值算法、波形和信号处理技术的应用、专家系统和人工智能算法、统计工具、以及可以使输出284与输入282相关的任何其他表达式。输出284可以映射至存储器中的相应的位置,该位置储备并配置为接收各输出284。LMDS 213和DCS 201然后可以使用存储器中的位置来完成任何监控,以及/或者LMDS 213和DCS 201的控制功能可以被编程来执行。规则集280的规则独立于LMDS 213和DCS 201而操作,尽管输入282可以被供应至规则集280,并且输出284可以被供应至规则集280,其中供应是直接的或者经由中介设备的间接的。

图4是依据本公开的示例性实施例的规则构建工具400的屏幕截图。在示例性实施例中,工具400使用代表编程的操作的对象,其容易操纵来产生对于要监控的各辅助系统参数特定的规则集。对象在操作选择区域402中选择,其由操作符选择标签404访问。功能选择标签406、热动力学算法标签408、以及构造标签410也可用于选择。对象被拖动到工作区域412,与标签关联的操作对象在工作区域412建立逻辑,来从测量的或者推断的参数产生输出。
图5是示出对于示例性辅助系统过程参数、即罐差压过程参数的逻辑流程的分层流程图500。图500包含症状行502,用于列出可以由规则集表明需要注意的症状。列出担忧的症状源的标签以及符合产生咨询的参数或者状况。图500还包含行504,用于列出行502列出的症状潜在原因。动作行506列出诊断工程师遵循的指令,便于隔离出并可能地校正该源。在各种实施例中,诊断工程师是远程监控燃气涡轮机的操作的第三方。推荐行508列出对燃气涡轮机的操作员的推荐,其可以比传输给诊断工程师的动作更深入或者要求更多介入。

Claims (9)

1.一种计算机实现的方法,用于监控并诊断燃气涡轮机的辅助系统中的异常,所述方法使用耦接至用户界面和存储器设备的计算机设备来实现,所述方法包括:
将多个规则集存储在所述存储器设备中,所述规则集与所述燃气涡轮机的所述辅助系统有关,所述规则集包含表达为实时数据输出相对于实时数据输入的关系表达式的至少一个规则,所述关系表达式特定于与所述燃气涡轮机的所述辅助系统关联的参数;
从与所述燃气涡轮机关联的状况监控系统接收实时和历史数据输入,所述数据输入涉及与所述燃气涡轮机的所述辅助系统关联的过程参数;以及
使用接收的输入,对与所述燃气涡轮机的所述辅助系统关联的参数的至少一些估计值。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
将与所述辅助系统关联的所述参数的估计值与相应的实际测量值比较;以及
使用所述比较来产生咨询消息,所述咨询消息包含涉及影响的一个或更多所述辅助系统的故障排除活动。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,还包括接收代表过程参数的输入,所述过程参数涉及轴承径向振动系统、轴承金属温度系统、矿物润滑油系统、液压油系统、涡轮机的轮距、压缩器的放泄阀、燃烧扩散、排气温度系统和通风系统中的至少一个。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,接收代表涉及矿物润滑油系统的过程参数的输入包括接收代表所述矿物润滑油系统的传感器仪器故障、漏油、泵故障、以及汽/油分离器异常中的至少一个的输入。
5.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,接收代表涉及液压油系统的过程参数的输入包括接收代表传感器仪器故障、漏油、泵故障、和阀问题中的至少一个的输入。
6.一种用于燃气涡轮机的辅助系统的监控和诊断系统,所述燃气涡轮机包括流连通的轴流压缩机和低压力涡轮机,所述系统包括涉及所述辅助系统的多个规则集,所述规则集各包含实时数据输出相对于实时数据输入的关系表达式,所述关系表达式特定于涉及所述辅助系统的相应过程参数的输入,
其中,所述规则集被配置为使用涉及正被估计的所述辅助系统过程参数值的实时数据输入和历史数据输入来确定估计的辅助系统过程参数值。
7.如权利要求6所述的系统,其中,所述规则集被配置为接收代表过程参数的输入,所述过程参数涉及轴承径向振动系统、轴承金属温度系统、矿物润滑油系统、液压油系统、涡轮机的轮距、压缩器的放泄阀、燃烧扩散、排气温度系统和通风系统中的至少一个。
