关注的是如果翻板222以足够的力向后枢转注射器壳体从而弯曲针216,然后尖端232可以再暴露而生成针刺危害。例如,在图2b和图2c中,如果针216向左弯曲至在翻板222和壳体之间的开放空间而没有任何保护的机构,则人可能被针刺,如果他将他的手指推在翻板下方,如图2c所示。实施方式210包括引导件和夹,以偏转并且遮蔽针216并且防止例如,如图2c’示出的这类针刺。
图2c’是翻板222的示例性实施方式的放大切开视图。具体地,图2c’示出了在翻板222的塌陷情况中防止针216再暴露的可选的引导件252和可选的夹254和可选的安全空间256。具体地,当翻板222塌陷时,引导件252将针216推到安全空间256内。可选地,夹254遮蔽安全空间256。(参考图4和图4’,参见引导件252、夹254、和空间252的示例性实施方式的以下更详细的论述。)
图2d示出了翻板222的透视图。
在图3a-c中,示出的实施方式210在保护位置中。在完成药供给之后,实施方式210通常提升并离开接受者的身体。随着注射器提高,偏置装置227将翻板222从设备的底座推开。翻板222枢转到保护位置中。在图3a-c中,示出的翻板222在保护位置中,并覆盖着尖端232。
例如,如图3c所示,随着翻板222从暴露位置(图2a、a’)移动至保护位置(图2b、3a-c),针开口229可选地跟随弧形轨迹330(在图3c中向下并且向右)。随着开口229沿着轨迹330移动,针216可选地向右弹性地弯曲。当开口229经过尖端232下方时,针216可选地弹回向左至它的无应力形状。例如,如图3c所示,在它的无应力形状,针216可选地保持锁定成突出离开壳体。针216不再与针开口229对齐。针216可选地用作支柱,防止翻板222返回至暴露位置。翻板222用做阻挡尖端232的保护器。
在图3d、d’中,可以看出,在示例性实施方式210中,开口229可选地是非圆形的。在一些实施方式中,可以将针开口229的形式选择成用于调整翻板222从暴露位置(图2a、a’、3d、d’)枢转至保护位置(图3a-c)的阻力。另外地或可替换地,可以将针开口229的形式选择成用于调整翻板222在保护位置中的稳定性。
在实施方式210中,开口229可选地包括线性管道240。在实施方式210中,管道240可选地指向与翻板222的枢转轴线242呈接近于55°的角度220。
在示例性实施方式210中,随着翻板222从暴露位置(例如,如图2a、a’、3d、d’所示)枢转至保护位置(例如,如图3a-c所示),针216沿着管道240滑动弯曲,以保持在开口229中。一旦翻板222枢转足够远,则尖端232穿过开口229并且针216返回至它的无应力形状(例如,如图3c所示)。
在实施方式210中,随着针216需要的弯曲增加,翻板222枢转的阻力可能增加。针216需要的弯曲可以取决于管道240的长度和角度220。通常,随着角度220从0°增加至90°,阻力可以降低。
在实施方式210保护的模式中(图3a-c),尽管尖端232不与开口229对齐,但是针216作为支柱以稳定翻板222。随着角度220从0°增加至90°,尖端232无意地与开口229再对齐的可能性可能增加。
可选地,角度220可以在5°和85°之间变动。在许多实施方式中,角度220可以在40°和80°之间变动。在一些实施方式中,管道240可以是弧形的和/或具有非均一的宽度。可选地,开口229可以具有不同的形式。更普遍地,针216需要的弯曲可以取决于在针216的无应力位置与在最大弯曲尖端处之间的针216和开口229之间的接触点之间的角度和距离。更普遍地,在保护位置中,在针216和开口229之间的无意对齐的可能性可以取决于在保护位置中在尖端232的无应力位置和开口229最近边缘之间的距离。
图3c示出了可选的引导件252和可选的封闭件、安全夹254的示例性实施方式。引导件252可选地整合到翻板222中。例如,引导件252可以附接至翻板222和/或它可以整合至翻板222。
在一些条件下,翻板222可以塌陷。例如,强力可以引起翻板222塌陷并且朝向设备的底座枢转。随着翻板222枢转,引导件252将尖端232偏转至夹254的安全空间256(如图4和图4’所示),以防止针刺危害。
在一些实施方式中,夹254可选地遮蔽安全空间256。另外地或可替换地,夹254可以抓紧尖端232。
在图3a-c的保护位置中,引导件252可选地布置成与针216和尖端232的轴线呈接近于45°角度318。在一些实施方式中,引导件可以相对于尖端232布置为5°和85°之间变动的角度318。
图4示出了在翻板222塌陷之后的实施方式210。图4’示出了圆形B的放大图。在图4和图4’中,引导件252将尖端232偏转至保护的安全空间256内。在实施方式210中,引导件252可选地配置成,使得偏转在沿远离在翻板222和注射器壳体之间的接头的方向上。在替换的实施方式中,针可以朝向接头偏转和/或相对于枢转连接呈角度地偏转。
在一些实施方式中,夹254可以可选地配置成用于抓紧弯曲的针216,从而确保保护翻板222在关闭位置中。在关闭位置中,翻板222可以遮蔽尖端232。在一些实施方式中,夹254可以将尖端232保留在安全空间256的内部。例如,夹254可以抓紧针216和/或尖端232(利用抓紧力)。可替换地或另外地,夹254可以封闭并且遮蔽尖端232,但不紧握针216或尖端232。
夹254和/或引导件252的组分可以包括塑料、金属、纸、木头和/或另一个适宜的材料。
图5a、b示出了设备的另一个示例性实施方式510。在实施方式510中,当可选的保护翻板522的塌陷时,针516枢转到安全空间556内。
在实施方式510中,针516可选地安装在枢转支撑件558上。图5a示出了在保护位置中的实施方式510。图5b示出了在翻板522塌陷之后的实施方式510。
在图5a中,尖端532通过翻板522被覆盖。可选的引导件552相对于尖端532以角度518可选地倾斜。翻板522通过可选偏置装置527并且通过针516保持在保护位置中。
在一些条件下,可以迫使翻板522向后枢转至设备的底座。随着翻板522枢转至设备的底座,引导件552将尖端532偏转至安全空间556内。首先,枢转支撑件558允许针516枢转而不用弯曲。随着翻板522进一步塌陷,如图5b所示,尖端532与可选的夹554的后侧碰撞以迫使针516弯曲。
图6a、b示出了根据本发明的具有故障安全针保护器设备的另一个示例性实施方式610。可选地,在实施方式610中,当翻板622塌陷时,尖端632偏转到在设备的翻板622和壳体之间的接头处形成的安全空间656内。
在图6a、b中,针616安装在可选的滑动枢转支撑件658上。支撑件658的枢转和平移允许尖端632偏转到安全空间656中而不用弯曲针616。
图6a示出了在保护位置中的实施方式610。图6b示出了在可选的保护翻板622塌陷之后的实施方式610。
在图6a中,尖端632由翻板622覆盖。翻板622通过最佳的偏置装置627并且通过针616保持在保护位置中。可选的引导件652相对于尖端632以一种角度618可选地保持倾斜。在实施方式610中,引导件652的倾斜与翻板622的倾斜可选地相对。
有时可能迫使翻板622向后枢转至设备的底座。随着翻板622向后枢转至设备的底座,引导件652将尖端632偏转远离在设备的翻板622和底座之间的开口。尖端632偏转至由在翻板622和壳体基座之间的接头形成的安全空间656。支撑件658可选地沿着可选的轨道660枢转并且平移,以允许针616朝向安全空间656枢转。随着翻板622继续塌陷,尖端632被引导件652推动。最终,针616枢转而不用弯曲直至它抵靠与设备的底座并行的引导件652平躺。在图6b中,尖端632位于由设备的底座和翻板622遮蔽的安全空间656中。
图7是保护翻板722的另一示例性实施方式的放大透视图。在附图中可见的是枢转轴线742和针开口729和引导件752和遮蔽夹754和安全空间756以及偏置元件727的示例性实施方式。实施方式722也包括形成用于在翻板722的塌陷期间防止针侧向扭曲的通道的屏障件762。
图8是引导件852的示例性实施方式的放大透视图。在附图中可见的是针开口829和遮蔽夹854和安全空间856和用于将针的尖端引导至安全空间856和/或在保护翻板的塌陷期间防止针侧向扭曲的通道860。可替换地或另外地,通道860可以具有非矩形形状(例如,它可以具有楔形形状)。可替换地或另外地,通道860可以具有非矩形横截面(例如,它可以具有V形横截面)。可替换地或另外地,通道860可以由凹形引导件856形成。

Claims (35)
1.一种用于防止从接受者能佩带的用于将药传输给所述接受者的设备的壳体伸出的针的尖端再暴露的装置,所述装置包括:
a)翻板,所述翻板能移动地安装至所述设备的所述壳体,所述翻板具有保护位置,在所述保护位置中所述翻板覆盖所述尖端;
b)安全空间,以及
c)引导件,所述引导件整合到所述翻板中,所述引导件相对于所述尖端而定位,使得当所述翻板塌陷时,所述引导件将所述尖端偏转至所述安全空间内,从而当所述塌陷时防止所述尖端的再暴露。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,在所述保护位置中,所述引导件布置在相对于所述针的斜面处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述斜面相对于所述针具有5至85度之间的角度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,进一步包括:
d)遮蔽所述安全空间的夹。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,在所述塌陷之后,所述安全空间被选自如下的组中的至少一个目标遮蔽,所述组由夹、所述翻板、在所述翻板和所述壳体之间的接头组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,进一步包括:
d)枢轴,所述枢轴联接所述针和所述壳体,所述枢轴定位成当所述偏转时旋转。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,进一步包括:
d)平移支撑件,所述平移支撑件联接所述针和所述壳体,所述平移支撑件定位成当所述偏转时平移。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述引导件定位成当所述偏转时弯曲所述针。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述引导件包括通道,所述通道定位成用于将所述尖端引导向所述安全空间。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述引导件包括屏障件,所述屏障件定位成用于将所述尖端引导向所述安全空间。
11.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述翻板枢转地连接到所述壳体。
12.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述翻板具有暴露位置,在所述暴露位置中所述针通过所述翻板中的开口突出。
13.根据权利要求12所述的装置,进一步包括:
c)偏置装置,所述偏置装置用于将所述翻板从所述暴露位置移动至所述保护位置。
14.根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述开口是非圆形的。
15.根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,在所述保护位置中,所述开口不与所述尖端对齐。
16.一种用于防止从接受者能佩带的用于将药传输给所述接受者的设备的壳体伸出的针的尖端再暴露的装置,所述装置包括:
a)翻板,所述翻板能移动地安装至所述设备的所述壳体,所述翻板具有:
i)暴露位置,在所述暴露位置中所述针通过所述翻板中的开口突出;
ii)保护位置,在所述保护位置中,所述翻板覆盖所述尖端并且所述尖端不与所述开口对齐;
iii)塌陷位置;
b)安全位置,所述安全位置位于所述塌陷位置中,以及
c)引导件,所述引导件整合到所述翻板中,所述引导件相对于所述尖端定位,使得当所述翻板从所述保护位置移动至所述塌陷位置时,所述引导件将所述尖端偏转至所述安全空间内,从而当所述移动时,防止所述尖端的再暴露。
17.根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,在所述保护位置中,所述引导件布置在倾相对于所述针的斜面处。
18.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述斜面相对于所述针具有5至85度之间的角度。
19.根据权利要求16所述的装置,进一步包括:
d)夹,所述夹遮蔽所述安全空间。
20.根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,在所述塌陷之后,所述安全空间被选自如下组中的至少一个目标遮蔽,所述组由夹、所述翻板、所述翻板和所述壳体之间的接头组成。
21.根据权利要求16所述的装置,进一步包括:

27.根据权利要求16所述的装置,进一步包括:
d)偏置装置,所述偏置装置用于将所述翻板从所述暴露位置移动至所述保护位置。
28.根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述开口是非圆形的。
29.一种用于防止当保护翻板塌陷时从便携式注射设备的壳体伸出的针的尖端再暴露的方法,所述方法包括:
a)在使用所述设备之后通过将所述保护翻板移动至保护位置而覆盖所述尖端,以及
b)当所述保护翻板塌陷时将所述尖端偏转至安全空间内以防止所述尖端的再暴露。
30.根据权利要求29所述的方法,进一步包括:
c)将所述安全空间遮蔽。
31.根据权利要求29所述的方法,进一步包括:
c)当所述偏转时,将针围绕针支撑件枢转,所述针支撑件用于联接所述针和所述壳体。
32.根据权利要求29所述的方法,进一步包括:
c)当所述偏转时,使针支撑件平移,所述针支撑件用于联接所述针和所述壳体。
33.根据权利要求29所述的方法,进一步包括:
c)当所述偏转时,将所述针弯曲。
34.根据权利要求29所述的方法,进一步包括:
c)将所述保护翻板从暴露位置枢转至所述保护位置,在所述暴露位置中所述针通过所述保护翻板中的开口突出。
35.一种用于防止被从接受者能佩带的用于将药传输给所述接受者的设备的壳体伸出的针的尖端针刺的装置,所述装置包括:
a)翻板,所述翻板能移动地安装至所述设备的所述壳体;
b)所述翻板中的非圆形的开口,当所述翻板在暴露位置中时所述针通过所述非圆形的开口伸出,以及
c)偏置机构,所述偏置机构用于将所述翻板移动至保护位置,在所述保护位置中所述翻板覆盖所述尖端并且所述非圆形的开口不与所述尖端对齐。
