本发明涉及合成革制造领域,特别涉及一种柔软PU/PVC套色合成革及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:将配制好的聚氨酯面层一浆料涂覆在离型纸上,形成聚氨酯面层一;将配制好的聚氨酯面层二浆料涂覆在聚氨酯面层一上,形成聚氨酯面层二;将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料涂覆在聚氨酯面层二上,形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;将配制好的聚氨酯粘合料涂覆在聚氯乙烯发泡层上,再贴合基布,温度控制在100‐150℃烘干后形成聚氨酯粘合层和基布层;去除离型纸,得到柔软PU/PVC套色合成革。本发明利用聚氨酯面层一浆料与聚氨酯面层二浆料中两种色粉的性能差异以及颜色深浅度、鲜艳度的差异形成不同的套色效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及合成革制造领域,特别涉及一种柔软PU/PVC套色合成革及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的PU/PVC套色合成革,由聚氨酯面层、聚氯乙烯发泡层、聚氨酯粘合层和基布层,聚氨酯处理剂层组成,请参照图1所示,其具体制备方法如下:
步骤1、材料准备:配制聚氨酯面层浆料;配制聚氯乙烯发泡浆料;配制聚氨酯粘合料;选择基布和离型纸;
步骤2、将配制好的聚氨酯面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,烘干后形成聚氨酯面层;
步骤3、将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料涂覆在聚氨酯面层上,发泡后形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;
步骤4、将配制好的聚氨酯粘合料涂覆在聚氯乙烯发泡层上,再贴合基布经过烘干后形成聚氨酯粘合层和基布层;
步骤5、去除离型纸,得到PU/PVC人造革半成品;
步骤6、配制聚氨酯处理剂,将配制好的聚氨酯处理剂经过印刷轮转印在PU/PVC人造革半成品的表面,经温度在100-140℃烘箱烘干后形成PU/PVC人造革套色产品。
上述生产PU/PVC套色合成革方法具有以下缺陷:1、方法复杂,生产效率低,能耗高;2、产品质量差(耐折只达到2万次);3、表面套印效果不自然,干湿摩擦色牢度只达到2-3级。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种简化工艺程序,生产效率高,产品质量好的柔软PU/PVC套色合成革制备方法及柔软PU/PVC套色合成革。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种柔软PU/PVC套色合成革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、配制聚氨酯面层一浆料;配制聚氨酯面层二浆料;配制聚氯乙烯发泡浆料;配制聚氨酯粘合料;选择基布和离型纸;
所述“配制聚氨酯面层一浆料”的方法为:将如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂100份,溶剂80-100份,有机色粉2-5份,流平剂1-2份混合后搅拌20-30分钟,配制成聚氨酯面层一浆料;
所述“配制聚氨酯面层二浆料”的方法为:将如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂100份,溶剂100-130份,无机色粉5-10份,流平剂0.5-1.0份混合后搅拌20-30分钟,配制成聚氨酯面层二浆料;
步骤2、将配制好的聚氨酯面层一浆料涂覆在离型纸上,温度控制在90-150℃烘干后形成聚氨酯面层一;
步骤3、将配制好的聚氨酯面层二浆料涂覆在聚氨酯面层一上,温度控制在90-150℃烘干后形成聚氨酯面层二;
步骤4、将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料涂覆在聚氨酯面层二上,温度控制在170-190℃发泡后形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;
步骤5、将配制好的聚氨酯粘合料涂覆在聚氯乙烯发泡层上,再贴合基布,温度控制在100-150℃烘干后形成聚氨酯粘合层和基布层;
步骤6、去除离型纸,得到柔软PU/PVC套色合成革。
本发明的另一技术方案为提供一种上述柔软PU/PVC套色合成革的制备方法制备的柔软PU/PVC套色合成革。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明柔软PU/PVC套色合成革的制备方法制备的产品特点在于聚氨酯面层一浆料中选用鲜艳度高,透明性好,着色力强的有机色粉,聚氨酯面层二浆料中选用遮盖力强的无机色粉,利用这两种色粉的性能差异以及聚氨酯面层一浆料与聚氨酯面层二浆料颜色深浅度、鲜艳度的差异形成不同的套色效果。同时增加产品的耐刮度(耐折可达到5万次)。套印有立体感,干湿摩擦色牢度达到4级。

步骤1、材料准备:配制聚氨酯面层一浆料;配制聚氨酯面层二浆料;配制聚氯乙烯发泡浆料;配制聚氨酯粘合料;选择基布和离型纸;
所述“配制聚氨酯面层一浆料”的方法为:将如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂100份,溶剂80‐100份,有机色粉2‐5份,流平剂1‐2份混合后搅拌20‐30分钟,控制粘度在1000‐1500CPS,配制成聚氨酯面层一浆料;
所述溶剂可选择二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、丁酮(MEK)等。
所述有机色粉优选为如下重量份的原料组成:透明棕HP‐601B 2份、HP‐5677红1份和炭黑(2609C)0.5份。
所述流平剂为:BYK‐9565;
所述“配制聚氨酯面层二浆料”的方法为:将如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂100份,溶剂100‐130份,无机色粉5‐10份,流平剂0.5‐1.0份混合后搅拌20‐30分钟,控制粘度在600‐1000CPS,配制成聚氨酯面层二浆料;

进一步的,上述的柔软PU/PVC套色合成革的制备方法中,所述“配制聚氨酯粘合料”具体为:将如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯粘合树脂100份,有机溶剂10‐30份混合后搅拌20‐25分钟,控制粘度在6000‐9000CPS,配制成聚氯乙烯发泡浆料。

实施例2
本发明生产的柔软PU/PVC套色合成革是由聚氨酯面层一、聚氨酯面层二、聚氯乙烯发泡层、聚氨酯粘合层和基布层组成,具体制备方法如下:
步骤1、配制聚氨酯面层一浆料,添加聚氨酯树脂100份,溶剂80‐100份,有机色粉2‐5份,流平剂1‐2份混合后充分搅拌20‐30分钟,粘度在1000‐1500CPS,配制成聚氨酯面层一浆料;
配制聚氨酯面层二浆料,添加聚氨酯树脂100份,溶剂100‐130份,无机色粉5‐10份,流平剂0.5‐1.0份混合后充分搅拌20‐30分钟,粘度在600‐1000CPS,配制成聚氨酯面层二浆料;
配制聚氯乙烯发泡浆料,添加聚氯乙烯树脂,增塑剂,填充料,稳定剂,发泡剂充分搅拌20‐40分钟,粘度在2000‐3000CPS,配制成聚氯乙烯发泡浆料;
配制聚氨酯粘合料:添加聚氨酯粘合树脂100份,有机溶剂10‐30份混合后充分搅拌20‐25分钟,粘度在6000‐9000CPS;
选择基布和离型纸;
步骤2、将配制好的聚氨酯面层一浆料涂覆在选择的离型纸上,进入烘箱,烘箱温度控制在90‐150℃烘干后形成聚氨酯面层一;
步骤3、将配制好的聚氨酯面层二浆料涂覆在聚氨酯面层一上,进入烘箱,烘箱温度控制在90‐150℃烘干后形成聚氨酯面层二;
步骤4、将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料涂覆在聚氨酯面层二上,进入烘箱,烘箱温度控制在170‐190℃发泡后形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;
步骤5、将配制好的聚氨酯粘合料涂覆在聚氯乙烯发泡层上,再贴合选择的基布,经过烘箱,烘箱温度控制在100‐150℃烘干后形成聚氨酯粘合层和基布层;
步骤6、去除离型纸,得到PU/PVC人造革成品;
综上所述,本发明提供的柔软PU/PVC套色合成革的制备方法中在聚氨酯面层一浆料中选用鲜艳度高,透明性好,着色力强的有机色粉,聚氨酯面层二浆料中选用遮盖力强的无机色粉,利用这两种色粉的性能差异以及氨酯面层一浆料与聚氨酯面层二浆料色水深浅度.鲜艳度的差异形成不同的套色效果。同时本发明柔软PU/PVC套色合成革耐刮度好(耐折可达到5万次),套印有立体感,干湿摩擦色牢度达到4级。

所述“配制聚氨酯面层一浆料”的方法为:将如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂100份,溶剂80‐100份,有机色粉2‐5份,流平剂1‐2份混合后搅拌20‐30分钟,配制成聚氨酯面层一浆料;
所述“配制聚氨酯面层二浆料”的方法为:将如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂100份,溶剂100‐130份,无机色粉5‐10份,流平剂0.5‐1.0份混合后搅拌20‐30分钟,配制成聚氨酯面层二浆料;
步骤2、将配制好的聚氨酯面层一浆料涂覆在离型纸上,温度控制在90‐150℃烘干后形成聚氨酯面层一;
步骤3、将配制好的聚氨酯面层二浆料涂覆在聚氨酯面层一上,温度控制在90‐150℃烘干后形成聚氨酯面层二;
步骤4、将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料涂覆在聚氨酯面层二上,温度控制在170‐190℃,发泡后形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;
步骤5、将配制好的聚氨酯粘合料涂覆在聚氯乙烯发泡层上,再贴合基布,温度控制在100‐150℃,烘干后形成聚氨酯粘合层和基布层;
步骤6、去除离型纸,得到柔软PU/PVC套色合成革。

4.根据权利要求1所述的柔软PU/PVC套色合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述“配制聚氯乙烯发泡浆料”具体为:将聚氯乙烯树脂,增塑剂,填充料,稳定剂,发泡剂搅拌20‐40分钟,控制粘度在2000‐3000CPS,配制成聚氯乙烯发泡浆料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔软PU/PVC套色合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述“配制聚氨酯粘合料”具体为:将如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯粘合树脂100份,有机溶剂10‐30份混合后搅拌20‐25分钟,控制粘度在6000‐9000CPS,配制成聚氯乙烯发泡浆料。
6.根据权利要求1‐5任一项柔软PU/PVC套色合成革的制备方法制备的柔软PU/PVC套色合成革。
