一种造鞋用PU合成革及其制备方法,所述PU合成革包括:基布层及涂覆在所述基布层上的树脂层、粘合剂层及离型纸,所述树脂层的制备包括如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂40‑60%、增稠剂1.5‑3.5%、色粉2‑6%、溶剂40‑60%,所述粘合剂层是由有机二异氰酸酯或多异氰酸酯与二羟基或多羟基化合物加聚而成,所述离型纸是PVC壁纸。其制备简单,其不会造成环境污染、无重金属元素带入,不会给人们的健康带来影响,而且具有优良的耐曲折性。

一种造鞋用PU合成革及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及合成革制造领域,尤其涉及一种造鞋用PU合成革及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内人造合成革的制造过程中,无论基材或面皮的制造均使用了大量的有机溶剂,PU树脂通过甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、二甲基甲酰胺等作为主要溶剂以溶剂聚合法制得,这些有机溶剂都是有害物质,据统计,一条合成革生产线日均需消耗 10 吨左右的溶剂型PU树脂,其中占溶剂型树脂总用量 60%以上的是溶剂,虽然湿法生产线中85%左右的溶剂被回收,但湿法生产线中仍有15%左右、干法95% 的溶剂无法回收,将通过水和空气排放到周边的河流和天空中,其会造成严重的环境污染,给人们的生命健康构成重大威胁。如湿式合成革使用的溶剂中含有二甲基甲酰胺,可经由皮肤吸收或由肺吸入会导致中毒,依规定采用这种方法合成革工厂必须设有废气和废水处理的设备,工厂必须随时进行监控和记录其处理过程,废气和废水的处理相当费时费力,而且成本较高,稍有不慎就会造成严重的污染后果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种造鞋用PU合成革及其制备方法,其制备简单,其不会造成环境污染、无重金属元素带入,不会给人们的健康带来影响,而且具有优良的耐曲折性。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种造鞋用PU合成革及其制备方法,所述PU合成革包括:基布层及涂覆在所述基布层上的树脂层、粘合剂层及离型纸,所述树脂层的制备包括如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂40-60%、增稠剂1.5-3.5%、色粉2-6%、溶剂40-60%,所述粘合剂层是由有机二异氰酸酯或多异氰酸酯与二羟基或多羟基化合物加聚而成,所述离型纸是PVC壁纸。
优选地所述造鞋用PU合成革的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将配比的聚氨酯树脂、增稠剂、色粉及溶剂混合搅拌,制备树脂层;
(2)将步骤(1)中制备的树脂层刮涂在离型纸上,进行加温固化,然后过水冷却,蒸汽烘干,温度控制在80-130℃;
(3)将粘合剂层刮涂在经过步骤(2)后的图层上,温度控制在90-110℃烘干;
(4)将基布层贴合在经过步骤(3)后的图层上,温度控制在90-160℃,烘干后形成树脂层和基布层;
(5)去除离型纸,再冷风冷却,定型,收卷,包装得到 PU合成革。
优选地,所述溶剂为乙烯乙二醇醚。
优选地,所述色粉为钛白粉。
优选地,所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯类。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所述的环保型PU合成革具有防水、耐压等优点,而且不会造成环境污染,不会对人体健康带来危害,得到的PU合成革质量高,经久耐用,质量稳定,而且生产效率高。

实施例1:一种造鞋用PU合成革及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述PU合成革包括:基布层及涂覆在所述基布层上的树脂层、粘合剂层及离型纸,所述树脂层的制备包括如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂40%、增稠剂1.5%、色粉2%、溶剂40%,所述粘合剂层是由有机二异氰酸酯或多异氰酸酯与二羟基或多羟基化合物加聚而成,所述离型纸是PVC壁纸。
所述造鞋用PU合成革的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将配比的聚氨酯树脂、增稠剂、色粉及溶剂混合搅拌,制备树脂层;
(2)将步骤(1)中制备的树脂层刮涂在离型纸上,进行加温固化,然后过水冷却,蒸汽烘干,温度控制在80℃;
(3)将粘合剂层刮涂在经过步骤(2)后的图层上,温度控制在90℃烘干;
(4)将基布层贴合在经过步骤(3)后的图层上,温度控制在100℃,烘干后形成树脂层和基布层;

实施例2:一种造鞋用PU合成革及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述PU合成革包括:基布层及涂覆在所述基布层上的树脂层、粘合剂层及离型纸,所述树脂层的制备包括如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂50%、增稠剂2.5%、色粉4%、溶剂50%,所述粘合剂层是由有机二异氰酸酯或多异氰酸酯与二羟基或多羟基化合物加聚而成,所述离型纸是PVC壁纸。
所述造鞋用PU合成革的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将配比的聚氨酯树脂、增稠剂、色粉及溶剂混合搅拌,制备树脂层;
(2)将步骤(1)中制备的树脂层刮涂在离型纸上,进行加温固化,然后过水冷却,蒸汽烘干,温度控制在90℃;
(3)将粘合剂层刮涂在经过步骤(2)后的图层上,温度控制在100℃烘干;
(4)将基布层贴合在经过步骤(3)后的图层上,温度控制在140℃,烘干后形成树脂层和基布层;
(5)去除离型纸,再冷风冷却,定型,收卷,包装得到 PU合成革。
实施例3:一种造鞋用PU合成革及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述PU合成革包括:基布层及涂覆在所述基布层上的树脂层、粘合剂层及离型纸,所述树脂层的制备包括如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂60%、增稠剂3.5%、色粉6%、溶剂60%,所述粘合剂层是由有机二异氰酸酯或多异氰酸酯与二羟基或多羟基化合物加聚而成,所述离型纸是PVC壁纸。
所述造鞋用PU合成革的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将配比的聚氨酯树脂、增稠剂、色粉及溶剂混合搅拌,制备树脂层;
(2)将步骤(1)中制备的树脂层刮涂在离型纸上,进行加温固化,然后过水冷却,蒸汽烘干,温度控制在130℃;
(3)将粘合剂层刮涂在经过步骤(2)后的图层上,温度控制在110℃烘干;
(4)将基布层贴合在经过步骤(3)后的图层上,温度控制在160℃,烘干后形成树脂层和基布层;
(5)去除离型纸,再冷风冷却,定型,收卷,包装得到 PU合成革。
所述溶剂为乙烯乙二醇醚。所述色粉为钛白粉。所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯类。

1.一种造鞋用PU合成革及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述PU合成革包括:基布层及涂覆在所述基布层上的树脂层、粘合剂层及离型纸,所述树脂层的制备包括如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂40-60%、增稠剂1.5-3.5%、色粉2-6%、溶剂40-60%,所述粘合剂层是由有机二异氰酸酯或多异氰酸酯与二羟基或多羟基化合物加聚而成,所述离型纸是PVC壁纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种造鞋用PU合成革及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述造鞋用PU合成革的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将配比的聚氨酯树脂、增稠剂、色粉及溶剂混合搅拌,制备树脂层;
(2)将步骤(1)中制备的树脂层刮涂在离型纸上,进行加温固化,然后过水冷却,蒸汽烘干,温度控制在80-130℃;
(3)将粘合剂层刮涂在经过步骤(2)后的图层上,温度控制在90-110℃烘干;
(4)将基布层贴合在经过步骤(3)后的图层上,温度控制在90-160℃,烘干后形成树脂层和基布层;
(5)去除离型纸,再冷风冷却,定型,收卷,包装得到 PU合成革。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种造鞋用PU合成革及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述溶剂为乙烯乙二醇醚。
