本发明属保健食品领域,具体涉及一种具有降血糖作用的保健食品及其制备方法。本发明是由金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到发酵液干粉50-60重量份,金耳子实体醇提物干粉20-30重量份,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉15-20重量份组成。将上述三种提取物原料按配方重量百分比称量,混合均匀后过60目筛,加入医学上可以接受的辅料制成液体或固体剂型,即本发明的保健食品。该保健食品具有降血糖功效。

本发明涉及一种具有降血糖作用的保健食品及其制备方法,属保健食品领域。
背景技术
当前,随着我国经济的快速发展,人们的饮食结构和生活方式发生了巨大的改变。饮食结构的不合理以及运动的减少是糖尿病的主要病因之一。我国糖尿病的患病率正逐年增长,在某些大城市糖尿病的患病率高达10%。目前治疗糖尿病药物主要包括化学合成药物、胰岛素和中药,然而在开发具有降血糖作用的保健食品方面仍存在空白。食用及药用真菌是我国的传统资源,许多真菌都已被报道具有降低血糖等功效。并且利用真菌生产降糖食品没有化学合成的污染、消旋和毒副作用等问题,又不受资源限制,有着广阔的前景。
茶树菇属担子菌纲,粪锈伞科,田菇属,又名茶菇、油茶菇、神菇。是近年来发展起来的一种食用菌新品种。茶树菇营养丰富,蛋白质含量高,含有人体必需的氨基酸,并且有丰富的B族维生素和钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锌等矿质元素。中医认为该菇性平、甘温、无毒,具有较高的药用价值,有清热、平肝、明目、健脾的功效。是一种集营养、保健、理疗于一身的绿色食品。
金耳,俗称脑耳,隶属于担子菌亚门,银耳目、银耳科、银耳属,主要分布于我国云贵高原。是一种稀有的珍贵食用菌和药用菌,金耳胶质细腻,清润可口,其滋补营养价值,优于银耳、黑木耳等其他胶质菌,含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、矿物质、维生素、胶质等营养成分,特别是人体必需8种氨基酸的含量较高,维生素、矿物质含量也较丰富,并含有对人体很重要的硒和锗。据报道无论子实体提取物还是发酵液浓缩物均具有显著的降低血糖血脂作用。
将金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到发酵液干粉以及金耳子实体和茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉混合均匀,再加入医学上可以接受的辅料制成液体或固体剂型,即本发明的保健食品,现在市面上还没有该产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全,有效,生产工艺简单,质量可控,具有降血糖功效的产品。以及这种产品的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案为:
它是由金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到发酵液干粉50-60重量份,金耳子实体醇提物干粉20-30重量份,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉15-20重量份配伍制作而成。优选为:金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到发酵液干粉55份,金耳子实体醇提物干粉25份,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉20份。所述剂型为医学上可以接受的液体或固体剂型。
金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到的发酵液干粉,金耳子实体醇提物干粉,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉的制备方法为:
(1)发酵液干粉的制备
分别将保藏于PDA斜面基中的金耳和茶树菇菌种用接种铲分割成黄豆大的小块,各取3-4块接种到含有马铃薯20g,葡萄糖2g,磷酸二氢钾0.3g,硫酸镁0.15g,VB11mg的100mL液体发酵培养基中进行混合发酵。发酵条件为起始pH自然,温度25-28℃、摇床转速120-160r/min,时间7-10d。发酵结束后,离心收集上清发酵液,浓缩,透析,冷冻干燥后得到发酵液干粉,备用。
(2)金耳子实体醇提物干粉,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉的制备
将金耳子实体原料分选,破碎,过80目筛,第一次加入4-5倍无水乙醇,25℃下回流提取,第二次加入4-5倍70%乙醇,25℃下回流提取;每次回流提取4-6h,滤纸过滤,合并提取液,滤液低温减压浓缩至恒重,冷冻干燥,粉碎,制成金耳子实体醇提物干粉,备用。
茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉的制备方法与金耳子实体醇提物干粉的制备方法相同。
具有降血糖作用的保健食品的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)发酵液干粉,金耳子实体醇提物干粉,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉按以上金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到的发酵液干粉,金耳子实体醇提物干粉,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉的制备方法获得;
(2)将上述三种提取物原料,按配方重量百分比称量,混合均匀后过60目筛,加入医学上可以接受的辅料制成液体或固体剂型,即为本发明的保健食品。
采用上述技术方案的优点在于:1发酵液干粉的制备过程中采用金耳与茶树菇菌种混合发酵工艺,节省了设备的损耗,减少了染菌的风险。2将真菌发酵液成分与子实体提取的成分混合,保证了降血糖有效成分的完整性,增加了其协同作用力,保健作用强,效果明显。3本发明原料来源充足,所需设备简单,投资较少,操作中所需控制的参数少。

下面的实例将具体说明本发明的操作方法,但不能作为对本发明的限定。
实例一
具有降血糖作用的保健食品,由金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到发酵液干粉55重量份,金耳子实体醇提物干粉25重量份,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉20重量份配伍制作而成。所述剂型为医学上可以接受的液体制剂。
上述金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到的发酵液干粉,金耳子实体醇提物干粉,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉的制备方法为:
(1)发酵液干粉的制备

分别将保藏于PDA斜面基中的金耳和茶树菇菌种用接种铲分割成黄豆大的小块,各取3块接种到含有马铃薯20g,葡萄糖2g,磷酸二氢钾0.3g,硫酸镁0.15g,VB1 1mg的100mL液体发酵培养基中进行混合发酵。发酵条件为起始pH自然,温度28℃、摇床转速120r/min,时间10d。发酵结束后,离心收集上清发酵液,浓缩,透析,冷冻干燥后得到发酵液干粉,备用。
(2)金耳子实体醇提物干粉,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉的制备
将金耳子实体原料分选,破碎,过80目筛,第一次加入5倍无水乙醇,25℃下回流提取,第二次加入5倍70%乙醇,25℃下回流提取;每次回流提取5h,滤纸过滤,合并提取液,滤液低温减压浓缩至恒重,冷冻干燥,粉碎,制成金耳子实体醇提物干粉,备用。
茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉的制备方法与金耳子实体醇提物干粉的制备方法相同。
本实例具有降血糖作用的保健食品的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到的发酵液干粉,金耳子实体醇提物干粉,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉按上述所述制备方法获得;
(2)将上述三种提取物原料,按配方重量百分比称量,混合均匀后过60目筛,加入医学上可以接受的辅料制成冲剂剂型,即为本发明的保健食品。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有降血糖作用的保健食品,其特征在于:它是由金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到发酵液干粉50-60重量份,金耳子实体醇提物干粉20-30重量份,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉15-20重量份配伍制作而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有降血糖作用的保健食品,其特征在于:金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到发酵液干粉55份,金耳子实体醇提物干粉25份,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有降血糖作用的保健食品,其特征在于:所述剂型为医学上可以接受的液体或固体制剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的具有降血糖作用的保健食品,其特征在于:金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到的发酵液干粉,金耳子实体醇提物干粉,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉的制备方法为:
(1)发酵液干粉的制备
分别将保藏于PDA斜面基中的金耳和茶树菇菌种用接种铲分割成黄豆大的小块,各取3-4块接种到含有马铃薯20g,葡萄糖2g,磷酸二氢钾0.3g,硫酸镁0.15g,VB1 1mg的100mL液体发酵培养基中进行混合发酵;发酵条件为起始pH自然,温度25-28℃、摇床转速120-160r/min,时间7-10d;发酵结束后,离心收集上清发酵液,浓缩,透析,冷冻干燥后得到发酵液干粉,备用;
(2)金耳子实体醇提物干粉,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉的制备
将金耳子实体原料分选,破碎,过80目筛,第一次加入4-5倍无水乙醇,25℃下回流提取,第二次加入4-5倍70%乙醇,25℃下回流提取;每次回流提取4-6h,滤纸过滤,合并提取液,滤液低温减压浓缩至恒重,冷冻干燥,粉碎,制成金耳子实体醇提物干粉,备用;
茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉的制备方法与金耳子实体醇提物干粉的制备方法相同。
5.具有降血糖作用的保健食品的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)金耳和茶树菇混合发酵得到的发酵液干粉,金耳子实体醇提物干粉,茶树菇子实体醇提物干粉按权利要求4所述制备方法获得;
(2)将上述三种提取物原料,按配方重量百分比称量,混合均匀后过60目筛,加入医学上可以接受的辅料制成液体或固体剂型,即为本发明的保健食品。
