本发明涉及一种用于包装塑料片材中的物品的包装机。包装通常具有热成型的包装腔,该腔填充有物品,然后用盖子,更具体地用盖片材,封闭该腔。盖子通常密封在包装腔上。在密封操作之前能够在包装腔中进行气体交换。同样地,盖片材可以是热成型的。
通常,在热成型站,包装腔形成在平面的片材网中。将该片材网沿包装机传送,优选循环地,特别是通过链的方式。然后,包装腔在密封站被填充并且被盖片材封闭。然后,以这种方式完成的包装在切割装置中被分开。
根据本发明,至少一个站具有上部和固定在上部的工具。可选地,该工具能够被更换。为此目的,工具必须从上部被移除。
根据本发明,然后,工具或上部具有引导装置,首先工具沿着该引导装置能够基本水平地被引入上部,并且引导装置抬高工具。因此,首先工具能够基本水平地引入上部并且在最后部分中被抬高,这缩短了在上部和工具之间的距离。为了移除,首先将工具降低,然后将工具基本水平地拉出上部。

Claims (5)
