Abstract

Description
本申请是基于申请号为201180012216.4(国际申请号为PCT/EP2011/001012),申请日为2011年03月02日,发明名称为“过滤装置”的中国专利申请提出的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于流体、尤其用于燃料、如柴油的过滤装置。
背景技术
上述类型的过滤装置是已知的。这种过滤装置通常应用在用于内燃机的燃料系统中,以便保护敏感部件、尤其是喷射系统不受在燃料中携带的污物的损害。为了保证设置在过滤器下游的系统在其整个运行时间期间无故障地运行,必须对过滤装置的功能可靠性提出高的要求。功能可靠性在很大程度上受到在端盖和元件承接座之间的连接的特性影响。相关的过滤元件必须借助元件承接座精确地定位在过滤器壳体中,也必须确保形成至过滤器空腔的可靠的紧密密封的流体连接。此外必须确保,在过滤元件的在运行时间期间所需的更换过程中在装入新过滤元件时可靠地实现在端盖和元件承接座之间没有问题的连接。
发明内容
鉴于该技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种过滤装置,该过滤装置能特别好地符合在运行性能方面考虑的要求。
按照本发明,该目的通过一种在整体上具有如下所述特征的过滤装置达到。
按照本发明的过滤装置带有限定纵轴线的过滤器壳体,该过滤器壳体具有作为流体入口的壳体接口和作为流体出口的壳体接口并且在该过滤器壳体中能承接至少一个过滤元件,该过滤元件的包围内部过滤器空腔的过滤介质在过滤过程中能被流过,其中,所述过滤元件在其朝向过滤器壳体底部部分的下端部通过一端盖围框住,该端盖具有形成至内部过滤器空腔的流体连接的通路并且能固定在过滤器壳体的元件承接座上,元件承接座具有位于过滤器壳体的底部部分上的、朝过滤元件敞开的承接接管,通向流体出口的流体通道通入该承接接管中,其中,过滤元件的端盖具有连接接管,该连接接管可承接在承接接管中并且在一具有轴向长度的支撑区域上可固定在该承接接管中,其中,承接接管具有开口及密封装置,该开口形成至通入元件承接座中的流体通道的流体连接,该密封装置相对于承接接管的敞开的端部密封所述开口,所述承接接管在其内侧上具有朝敞开的端部发散的插入斜部,所述密封装置通过密封元件形成,这些密封元件以相当于所述支撑区域长度的轴向距离相互间隔开地设置在所述连接接管的外侧上,并且这些密封元件通过贴靠在所述元件承接座的承接接管的内侧上将连接接管固定在该元件承接座中,并且所述插入斜部在这两个密封元件之间延伸,所述密封元件与连接接管的向上方和下方同插入斜部连接的圆柱形壁部段贴靠。通过过滤元件经由端盖的连接接管在一支撑区域上固定在元件承接座中,该支撑区域在一轴向长度区域上延伸,一方面保证了过滤元件在过滤器壳体中没有问题的定位和位置固定。另一方面,连接接管以与元件承接座的承接接管共同作用的方式经由连接接管中的开口形成流体导引部,该流体导引部将内部的过滤器空腔与配设的壳体接口连接,其中,借助位于连接接管上的密封装置形成了可靠密封的流体路径。因此,通过将连接接管插入到元件承接座的承接接管中,在过滤元件的更换过程中实现了过滤元件的端盖和元件承接座之间可靠的联接。
支撑区域的轴向长度优选不小于承接接管的直径的四分之一。
如果按照一种有利的实施例承接接管在其内侧上具有朝敞开的端部发散的插入斜部,则特别简单地并且可靠地构造端盖和元件承接座之间的联接。
在特别有利的实施例中,密封装置通过密封元件形成,这些密封元件以限定支撑区域长度的轴向距离相互间隔开地设置在连接接管的外侧上并且通过贴靠在元件承接座的承接接管的内侧上将连接接管固定在该元件承接座中。
特别有利地,端盖的连接接管可以在其要承接在元件承接座中的端部具有一封闭的底部,其中,连接接管的壁中的、通向流体通道的开口位于该底部的上方。由此,连接接管以其封闭的下端部在底部和位于壁中的开口之间形成收集腔,在取出过滤元件时可能从内部的过滤器空腔中滴落的剩余流体保留在该收集腔中,使得在取出过滤元件时污染环境的危险得以减小。
在特别优选的实施例中,元件承接座的承接接管也在其下端部通过一底部封闭,该底部形成作为过滤器壳体的最深位置的凹陷部。由此,也在过滤器壳体的底部部分中形成了用于在更换过滤器时滴落的剩余流体或可能掉落的污物颗粒的收集腔,其中,这些物质聚集保留在壳体的最深位置处、也就是在从元件承接座通向所属的壳体接口的流体通道下方。
在过滤过程中,过滤元件的过滤介质优选能被从其外部的未过滤侧朝内部的、形成净化侧的过滤器空腔流过,使得通入元件承接座的承接接管中的流体通道通向用作流体出口的壳体接口。

具体实施方式
该装置具有一个过滤器壳体1,该过滤器壳体带有一个中空圆柱形的主要部分3和一个连接在该主要部分的下侧上的、封闭的底部部分5。在上端部,一个壳体盖7与主要部分3拧紧,该壳体盖为了安装和拆卸过滤元件9是可移除的。在此处将要描述的实施例中,过滤元件9可被从外向内流过。因此,位于承接在壳体1中的过滤元件9的外侧和壳体1的内壁之间的间隙在过滤过程中形成未过滤侧13。在图1中用14表示形成流体入口的、通向未过滤侧13的壳体接口。过滤元件9的过滤介质11通过一个成形为中空圆柱体的过滤垫形成,该过滤垫围绕一个流体能透过的支撑管15,通过该支撑管形成一个内部的过滤器空腔17,该过滤器空腔在过滤过程中形成净化侧16,净化过的流体位于该净化侧内。
以对于过滤元件常见的方式在其相应的各端部设置端盖19和21,所述端盖形成用于过滤介质11以及支撑管15的围框。通过下端盖21可以将在壳体1中位于工作位置的过滤元件9固定在壳体1中,该下端盖既形成锚固元件,借助该锚固元件可将过滤元件9锚固在过滤器壳体1的底部部分5上的元件承接座23中,也形成流体导引装置,该流体导引装置用于形成内部的过滤器空腔17和在当前的实例中构成流体出口的壳体接口24之间的流体连接。出于该目的,端盖21具有一个连接接管27,该连接接管形成朝向内部的过滤器空腔17的通路29。连接接管27从形成用于过滤介质11的下边缘的平坦支承面的端盖底部31既以一管段25沿轴向向上延伸到过滤器空腔17中,也远离端盖底部31沿轴向向下延伸,其中,这部分的轴向长度在所述的实例中大于管段25的直径。支撑管15以其内侧贴靠在连接接管27的伸入过滤器空腔17中的管段25的外侧上。端盖21通过端盖底部31的外周边缘33形成过滤介质11的外部围框。
元件承接座23在过滤器壳体1的底部部分5上具有一个承接接管35,该承接接管在朝向过滤元件9的上端部是敞开的并且承接处于工作位置的过滤元件9的连接接管27。承接接管35在其下端部通过一个底部部分49封闭。通向流体出口24的流体通道37在底部部分49的上方通入元件承接座23的承接接管35中,该流体通道横向于过滤器壳体1的纵轴线19延伸。元件承接座23的承接接管35在其内侧形成一插入斜部39,该插入斜部朝向承接接管35的敞开的端部发散并且使连接接管27插入到元件承接座23内变得容易。端盖21的连接接管27的要承接在承接接管35内的部分在外径方面这样地分级,使得在承接接管35和连接接管27之间形成一流体腔41,流体通道37通入该流体腔中。
连接接管27的可承接在承接接管35内的部分的轴向长度在所示的实例中大约相当于承接接管35的开口的直径大小。一个开口43位于承接接管27的壁内,该开口使连接接管27的内腔和由此经由通路29使过滤器空腔17经由流体通道37与流体出口24连通。因此,借助端盖21的连接接管27,形成了从位于过滤器空腔17内的净化侧16到流体出口24的流体导引部。流体腔41借助密封件45和47朝向元件承接座23的承接接管35的内侧密封,这些密封件带有轴向间距地位于连接接管27的外侧上,从而形成一相应大的轴向长度的支撑区域,用于在承接接管35中支撑连接接管27。
在所示的实例中,该支撑区域的轴向长度大约相当于承接接管35的开口的直径的一半。通过在一轴向区域上延伸的支撑,该轴向区域的长度也可以小于或大于承接接管35的开口直径的一半,保证了过滤元件9在元件承接座23中可靠的固定。同时,通过密封件45、47形成了在净化侧16和位于壳体1的主要部分3内的未过滤侧13之间的密封,其中,密封的流体腔41也属于净化侧,未过滤侧在该流体腔上方。在此,密封圈45配设有比密封圈47更大的直径,并且沿图2上的观察方向看锥形向下收缩的壁39(插入斜部)在过滤元件的安装状态下看在这两个密封圈45和47之间延伸,所述密封圈就此而言与向上方和下方同插入斜部39连接的圆柱形壁部段贴靠。由于这种布置,不需要在端盖21的外周边缘33和壳体内壁之间否则常见的密封,使得可以省略相应大的直径的密封装置并且取而代之可以使用较小直径的、形式为O形圈的密封元件作为连接接管27上的密封件45和47,因此在改善运行可靠性的同时实现了较小的安装力和较小的成本。
在此所示的实例中,元件承接座23的承接接管35的下端部以封闭的底部部分49形成过滤器壳体1的底部部分5上的最深位置。在取出要更换的过滤元件9时,壳体1的这样构成的、封闭的底部凹陷部形成一用于可能滴落的剩余流体或掉下的污物颗粒的承接腔。这些物质因此保留在通向流体出口24的流体通道37以下的“安全区”中。端盖21的连接接管27在与过滤器空腔17相对的下端部同样通过一个底部部分51封闭。由这些图可见,经由流体通道37朝向流体出口24延续流体路径的、在连接接管27的壁中的开口43位于所述底部部分51的上方,使得在连接接管27内部也形成一个承接腔,并且在取出过滤元件9时可能从内部的过滤器空腔17滴落的流体残余物保留在这个形成在端盖21上的腔内,使得在取出过滤元件9时丝毫没有残余流体会在过滤元件9的就此封闭的下端部上滴落并会污染环境。与所描述的通流方向相反,过滤装置必要时也可以通过少量的改造措施、沿相反的通流方向运行。
Claims (7)

5.如权利要求1或2所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述过滤元件(9)的过滤介质(11)在过滤过程中能从其外部的未过滤侧(13)朝向形成净化侧(16)的内部过滤器空腔(17)被流过,并且通入所述元件承接座(23)的承接接管(35)中的流体通道(37)通向用作流体出口(24)的壳体接口。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述流体是燃料。
7.如权利要求6所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述燃料是柴油。
