Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
在发动机变速器领域,对于工作性能、换档平滑性和环境协调性提出越来越高的要求。这例如适用于无级变速器或双离合器式变速器。这为自动换档变速器,它允许使用两部分变速器来实现完全自动换档而不会发生牵引力中断。在这种类型的变速器中,浸油离合器可以与具有大扭矩的发动机一起使用。在换档和启动过程中产生的废热通过冷却油流来消散。典型地,变速器本身用作油槽。因此,油既被用于冷却离合器,也用于润滑轮副。为了平稳运行,要求所使用的油具有高纯度。
为了提高油的纯度,吸油过滤器及压油过滤器被使用。当前可用的过滤器运行良好且可靠,然而,用于例如具有多重过滤介质的压油过滤器的制造投入通常非常高。此外,如果可以在所获得的油纯度不受损失的同时进一步减小这种类型的压油过滤器的重量,这将很理想。就简单再利用而言,压油过滤器应具有简单构造,且可重复利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于过滤流体的过滤器装置,通过使用该过滤器装置可获得高的油纯度;该过滤器装置重量轻,易于制造,占空间小,且可重复利用。
上述目的通过根据独立权利要求的主题的过滤器装置来实现。本发明的有益改进为从属权利要求的主题。
根据本发明的用于过滤流体的过滤器装置,特别是油过滤器,具有至少一个第一过滤介质和一个第二过滤介质,所述第一过滤介质比所述第二过滤介质具有更强的过滤作用,并且所述过滤介质被折叠成褶皱形并具有多个折叠,且所述第一过滤介质和所述第二过滤介质沿所述折叠的纵向相互连接。
通过上述褶皱式实施例和两种不同的过滤介质,可在小空间内获得高的油纯度。过滤介质沿纵向的连接仅需要很少或不需要附加组件,因此可保持较低的所需重量和空间。过滤介质沿折叠的纵向连接易于制造。通过此方法,过滤介质的不同性能,例如流阻和过滤能力,可被很好地相互组合在单一过滤器装置中。
所述过滤器装置被实施为,使得流动通过一流入口的流体首先投射到具有比第二过滤介质更强的过滤作用的第一过滤介质上,以使所述流体的第一部分渗透第一过滤介质,所述流体的第二绝大部分环绕第一过滤介质流动以便渗透第二过滤介质,从而实现所述过滤器装置的均匀渗透。按照这种方式,由过滤介质的总流阻所引起的压降,小于仅含有具有更强的过滤作用的第一过滤介质的过滤器装置中的压降。然而,同时,由于流入油中的大部分首先实现渗透第一过滤介质,所以高质量的油的过滤相对快速地发生。
所述流入口被优选设置为,使得流体的最短流动路径从过滤器装置的流入口通过第一过滤介质延伸到过滤器装置的流出口。这自动导致流体首先投射在更致密的第一过滤介质上。
在进一步有益的实施例中,与流入口接合的流入部的纵向轴线与过滤器装置的纵向轴线成10°到80°之间,优选在30°到60°之间,的锐角α。因而还获得有益的流动导向。
此外,相互连接的过滤介质可在它们的前侧连接到端盖,所述端盖包括流体密封的第一端盖和具有供过滤后的流体流出的开口的第二端盖。所述流体密封的端盖允许与过滤介质简单组装,流体流易于与第二端盖结合而被导向。进一步,尽管使用了两种不同的过滤介质,但仅两个端盖是必须的。根据本发明的过滤器装置的一种构造,其中每个过滤介质分立地布置在两个端盖之间,多个过滤介质在过滤器装置中串联设置,从而实现阶梯式过滤,这种构造可以避免现有的较高的附加制造费用和获得的相对较高的重量。

如果相互连接的过滤介质形成过滤星(filter star),过滤器装置的制造将更简单。这样,可用空间连同最大的潜在过滤区域被充分利用。

具体实施方式
图1和图2分别展示用于根据本发明的过滤器装置100的过滤星10的侧视图和透视图。过滤星10具有第一过滤介质1和第二过滤介质2,且该第一过滤介质1比第二过滤介质2具有更强的过滤作用。第一过滤介质1和第二过滤介质2均被实施为褶皱形且具有多个折叠7。过滤介质1的褶皱形以例如半圆形3的形式设置于图1所示的过滤星中,过滤介质2也以类似的方式大体上实施为半圆形4。过滤介质1和2沿折叠7的纵向实施成在面5和6上相互接触。所述过滤介质在接触面5和6上相互连接。上述连接可通过例如夹紧元件(夹子)8、粘合剂或超声波焊接来实现。过滤介质1和2以这样的方式连接,其中每个过滤介质均实施成半圆形3和4,这样便形成一个完整的圆。在侧视图中,过滤介质1和2于是形成星形轮廓,该轮廓因而可被称为过滤星。

在图3所示的过滤器装置的实施例中,中空圆柱体11在一端与第二端盖14一体式实现。通过此一体或整体式实施例,可以节省工作步骤及减少生产成本。因此,在组装过程中,过滤星可在中空圆柱体11上被推动,直到该过滤星停靠在第二端盖14上。随后,第一端盖13可被放置在中空圆柱体11的相反端,如图3中的实施例所示,第一端盖13在中心区域具有塞孔17,中空圆柱体11可利用例如卡扣连接18与该塞孔17接合。

过滤器盖20具有流入口21,流体30通过该流入口流入过滤器装置100。流体30首先经槽式流入部26流到第一过滤介质1,见短划线和箭头22,并沿着较长的流动路径流到第二过滤介质2,见箭头23。流入部26的纵向轴线27和过滤器装置100的纵向轴线28形成10°到80°之间,优选在30°到60°之间,的锐角α。流体30渗透过滤介质1和2并到达中空圆柱体11,然后该流体通过通道口12渗透到中空圆柱体11的内部。由于第一端盖13是流体密封的,所以流体向着第二端盖14的方向流动,见箭头24,并从该第二端盖流到装配管嘴19。流体到达过滤器盖20的流出口25,便可离开过滤器装置。
由于第一过滤介质1比第二过滤介质2具有更强的过滤作用,于是流体首先渗透相对较大致密的过滤介质,因此可获得高质量的过滤。由于还有一部分流体到达较小致密的第二过滤介质2,所以总流阻小于只含有非常致密的过滤介质的过滤器装置的流阻。
进一步,根据本发明的过滤器装置具有如下优点,虽然仅有具有相关联的胶接15的一个第一端盖13和一个第二端盖14,该过滤器装置仍可容纳两种不同的过滤介质。通过沿折叠的纵向连接过滤介质,产生过滤星,该过滤星可与由单一过滤介质构成的过滤星一样简单地放置到中空圆柱体上。然而,根据本发明的具有两种不同过滤介质的过滤器装置,相比仅使用第二过滤介质的过滤器装置,可实现更高水平的过滤。但是该过滤器装置中存在的压降,低于仅含有第一过滤介质的过滤器装置中存在的压降。
作为上述实施例的一种改进,可将两种以上的具有不同过滤特性的过滤介质组装成过滤星。
Claims (8)
1、一种用于过滤流体(30)的过滤器装置(100),特别是油过滤器,所述过滤器装置(100)具有至少一个第一过滤介质(1)和一个第二过滤介质(2),所述第一过滤介质(1)具有与所述第二过滤介质(2)不同的过滤特性,并且所述过滤介质(1,2)被折叠成褶皱形并具有多个折叠(7),且所述第一过滤介质(1)和所述第二过滤介质(2)沿所述折叠(7)的纵向相互连接,其特征在于,所述过滤器装置(100)被实施为,使得流动通过一流入口(21)的流体(30)首先投射到具有比所述第二过滤介质(2)更强的过滤作用的所述第一过滤介质(1)上,以使所述流体(30)的第一部分渗透所述第一过滤介质(1),且所述流体(30)的第二绝大部分环绕所述第一过滤介质(1)流动以便渗透所述第二过滤介质(2),从而实现所述过滤器装置(100)的均匀渗透。
2、根据权利要求1所述的过滤器装置(100),
其特征在于,所述流入口(21)被设置为,使得所述流体(30)的最短流动路径从所述过滤器装置(100)的流入口(21)通过所述第一过滤介质(1)延伸到所述过滤器装置(100)的流出口(25)。
3、根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的过滤器装置(100),
其特征在于,与所述流入口(21)接合的流入部(26)的纵向轴线(27)与所述过滤器装置(100)的纵向轴线(28)成10°到80°之间,优选在30°到60°之间,的锐角α。
4、根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的过滤器装置(100),
其特征在于,相互连接的所述过滤介质(1,2)在它们的前侧连接到端盖(13,14),所述端盖包括流体密封的第一端盖(13)和具有供过滤后的流体(30)流出的开口的第二端盖(14)。
5、根据权利要求4所述的过滤器装置(100),
其特征在于,所述过滤器装置(100)具有中空圆柱体(11),该中空圆柱体(11)上提供有通道口(12),且所述过滤介质(1,2)设置在该中空圆柱体(11)的侧表面上,所述中空圆柱体(11)与所述第二端盖(14)整体式形成。
6、根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的过滤器装置(100),
其特征在于,所述第一过滤介质(1)和所述第二过滤介质(2)通过夹子、超声波焊接、或胶粘而沿所述折叠(7)的纵向相互连接。
7、根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的过滤器装置(100),
其特征在于,所述第一过滤介质(1)为超细过滤介质,所述第二过滤介质(2)为细过滤介质。
8、根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的过滤器装置(100),
其特征在于,相互连接的所述过滤介质(1,2)形成过滤星(10)。
