Description
Claims (8)
- 水分不純物で汚染された流体向けに意図され内部に少なくとも1つのフィルタエレメント(9)を収容できるフィルタハウジングを含むフィルタにおいて、濾過プロセス中その濾材(11)を通してその外部未濾過側(13)から濾過済み側(19)を形成する内部フィルタキャビティ(17)内へと流れが発生し、未濾過側(13)と内部フィルタキャビティ(17)との間には、水分離装置(26)と分離された水のための分離空間(27)が存在し、フィルタエレメント(19)が、フィルタハウジング(1)の底面部分(5)に面するその下端部で、濾過済み側(19)を形成するフィルタキャビティ(17)から出現する流体用の通路としてのパイプ連結器(35)とこの通路を少なくとも部分的にとり囲み分離空間(27)に対し開放している水通路(39)とを有するエンドキャップ(23)によって封じ込められており、このエンドキャップは、濾過済み側から出現する流体のためハウジング(1)から通じる流体出口(37)を形成しフィルタハウジング(1)の底面上にある集水空間(31)より上にあるフィルタハウジング(1)のエレメントリテーナ(29)上にしっかり固定可能である、フィルタにおいて、
エンドキャップ(23)のパイプ連結器(35)内部の水通路(39)は、フィルタエレメント(9)の作動位置においてフィルタエレメント(9)の内部濾過済み側(19)とハウジング(1)の流体出口(37)との間の連結部を形成するもう一方の流体経路(55)とは別個の流体経路(51)を形成していること、エレメントリテーナ(29)が集水空間(31)への貫通流路(59)を形成し、パイプ連結器(35)の外側でエンドキャップ(23)のパイプ連結器(35)と貫通流路との間にあるシール装置(83、87)が、ハウジング(1)の流体出口(37)にもう1本の流体経路(55)を連結する連結用空間(36)を形成すること、を特徴とするフィルタ。 - パイプ連結器(35)内部で濾過済み側(19)と流体出口(37)との間に流体経路を形成するため、エンドキャップ(23)が、内部パイプ本体(73)を有しており、このパイプ本体の入口端部(71)が、濾過済み側(19)を形成するフィルタキャビティ(17)内へと延在し、その一方、出口端部(79)でパイプ連結器(35)の外側にある連結用空間(36)に対し開放していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- エンドキャップ(23)のパイプ連結器(35)が、集水空間(31)に対し開放する自由下端部(53)を有し、内部パイプ本体(73)の外側とパイプ連結器(35)の内側との間で、自由空間が分離空間(27)から集水空間(31)までの流体経路を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタ。
- パイプ連結器(35)と内部パイプ本体(73)は、それらの端部がフィルタエレメント(9)の内側(17)に面している状態で、それぞれの連結用同心リング(67、69)を形成し、そのうち外部リング(67)は分離空間(31)内に突出し、外側で濾材(11)の支持管(25)と接触しており、内部リング(69)は内部フィルタキャビティ(17)内に突出し、外側で、水分離装置の一部を成し濾過済み側(19)をとり囲む疎水性スクリーン(26)の内側と接触していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ。
- エンドキャップ(23)のパイプ連結器とエレメントリテーナ(29)の貫通流路(59)との間のシール装置が、各々の場合において、パイプ連結器(35)の環状溝(81、85)内にあるOリング(83、87)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ。
- 濾過済み側(19)に属する内部パイプ本体(73)の出口端部(79)と集水空間(31)との間の封止用のOリング(87)が、パイプ連結器(35)の自由下端部(53)の近辺に位置設定されており、エレメントリテーナ(29)の中間底面(57)の未濾過側(13)に属する上面側とパイプ連結器(35)上の濾過済み側との間の封止用のOリング(83)が内部パイプ本体(73)の出口端部(79)より上に位置設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ。
- 内部パイプ本体(73)がT−パイプの形で整形され、内部連結用リング(69)上に放出する軸線方向に延在する入口部分(75)は、パイプ連結器(35)の外側で2つの相対する点において連結用空間(36)に放出する2つの出口端部(79)を形成する横方向流路(77)内へと通過していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ。
- 濾過プロセスのためその外部未濾過側(13)から濾過済み側(19)を形成する内部フィルタキャビティ(17)内へと内部で流れが発生する濾材(11)を伴う請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ内で使用するように意図されたフィルタエレメント(9)において、未濾過側(13)と内部フィルタキャビティ(17)との間には、水分離装置(26)と分離された水のための分離空間(27)が存在し、フィルタエレメント(19)が、フィルタハウジング(1)の底面部分(5)に面するその下端部で、パイプ連結器(35)を有するエンドキャップ(23)によって封じ込められており、このエンドキャップは、濾過済み側から出現する流体のためハウジング(1)から通じる流体出口(37)を形成し、フィルタハウジング(1)の底面上にある集水空間(31)より上にあるフィルタハウジング(1)のエレメントリテーナ(29)上にしっかり固定可能である、フィルタエレメントであって、エンドキャップ(23)のパイプ連結器(35)内で、別個の流体経路(55、51)が作られ、そのうち一本(55)は、フィルタエレメント(9)の作動位置において、フィルタエレメント(9)の内部濾過済み側(19)とハウジング(1)の流体出口(37)との間の連結部を形成し、もう一本の流体経路(51)は、フィルタエレメント(9)の分離空間(27)から集水空間(31)までの連結部を形成していることを特徴とするフィルタエレメント。
