实施例3:将山鸡重约7.5斤,蛋15枚、红枣12个,枸杞30粒,党参1.5克、胡椒1.2克、花椒0.9克、食盐30克、生姜0.6克、水3300毫升。温度控制在93度以上熬制约25分钟,将熬制好的汤用7500ml的盆汤中,供20-25位共同用餐。
