本发明涉及圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
以往,在组装圆锥滚子轴承时,首先,从保持架的内周面插入圆锥滚子,然后,沿轴向将内圈插入。此时,为了防止保持架与圆锥滚子分离,通过夹紧加工而使保持架小径侧支柱变形,使得能够利用内圈的小挡边和保持架来保持圆锥滚子。由此,内圈、保持架、圆锥滚子成为不能分离的一体件,通过进一步装入外圈,完成圆锥滚子轴承。
但是,若通过夹紧加工而使保持架小径侧支柱变形,则有可能由于保持架的塑性变形而使尺寸精度下降。因此,对于无需进行夹紧加工就能够组装的圆锥滚子轴承,提出了各种各样的构成(例如,参照专利文献1、2)。

发明内容
本发明欲解决的技术问题
专利文献1所示的圆锥滚子轴承通过将内圈的小挡边的滚到面侧外周面和端面侧外周面的外形形状设置成椭圆形状,无需进行夹紧加工就能够组装。但是,在专利文献1所示的圆锥滚子轴承中,存在为了加工成该形状而导致制造成本上升的问题。
另外,专利文献2所示的圆锥滚子轴承通过将保持架的兜孔的一部分设置为异型构造、将圆锥滚子的一部分设置为异型圆锥滚子、以及在内圈的小挡边上设置缺口、等等,抑制圆锥滚子与内圈的分离,无需进行夹紧加工就能够组装。但是,在专利文献2所示的圆锥滚子轴承中,也存在由于加工成异型形状而导致制造成本上升的问题。另外,在专利文献2所示的圆锥滚子轴承中,由于将内圈倾斜地插入,所以还存在组装时的姿态不稳定的问题。
本发明是鉴于上述情形而完成的,其目的在于,提供不会增加制造成本就能够容易地进行组装的圆锥滚子轴承。
本发明的所述目的可由下述的构成来达成。
(1)一种圆锥滚子轴承,具有,
内圈,其在外周面上形成有圆锥状的内圈滚道面,并在小径侧具有小挡边;
外圈,其在内周面上形成有圆锥状的外圈滚道面;
圆锥滚子,其在所述内圈滚道面与所述外圈滚道面之间自由滚动地沿周向配置有多个;以及
保持架,其利用形成在多个支柱与小径侧圆环部及大径侧圆环部之间的多个兜孔保持所述圆锥滚子,其中,所述小径侧圆环部及大径侧圆环部沿轴向并列地配置,所述多个支柱将所述大径侧圆环部与小径侧圆环部沿轴向连结,并沿周向大致等间距地设置,
所述圆锥滚子轴承的特征在于,
所述保持架的所述小径侧圆环部的截面参数与所述大径侧圆环部的截面参数的比值为0.5以上1.5以下。
(2)为(1)所述的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于,
所述保持架的所述小径侧圆环部具有向从所述的支柱远离的方向并向径向内侧弯曲地延伸的弯曲部,
所述弯曲部的径向终端部位于比所述圆锥滚子的中心轴线靠径向外侧的位置。

以下,根据附图,对本发明的圆锥滚子轴承的各实施方式进行详细的说明。
(第1实施方式)
参照图1~7,对本发明的第1实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承进行说明。在图1中,示出了具有内圈10、保持架20、多个圆锥滚子30及外圈40的圆锥滚子轴承1的轴向截面。
内圈10例如由钢构成,在外周面上形成有圆锥状的内圈滚道面11,并且,在大径侧的一侧端部上具有大挡边12,在小径侧的另一侧端部上设有小挡边13。外圈40在内周面上形成有圆锥状的外圈滚道面41。
保持架20例如由钢铁材料构成,其具有在轴向上同轴排列地配置的大径侧圆环部22、小径侧圆环部23、以及将大径侧圆环部22与小径侧圆环部23连结的多个支柱24。由大径侧圆环部22、小径侧圆环部23、以及在周向上相邻的2根支柱24形成用于收容圆锥滚子30的兜孔。
圆锥滚子30具有大径侧端面32和小径侧端面33。大径侧端面32以及小径侧端面33配置在同心线上,圆锥滚子30形成有大致圆锥状的滚动面31,该滚动面31是通过使将两端面连结起来的周面从大径侧端面32侧向小径侧端面33侧去逐渐缩径而成的。圆锥滚子30被一个一个地转动自由地分别保持在保持架20的多个兜孔中。
在对圆锥滚子轴承进行组装时,首先,将圆锥滚子配置在保持架的各兜孔中。然后,从保持架的大径侧圆环部侧压入内圈。此时,圆锥滚子被内圈推向径向外侧,如图9所示,在现有的圆锥滚子轴承的中,由于对圆锥滚子130进行限位的保持架120不怎么变形,因此,难以将内圈110插入。另外,有可能由于内圈110的小挡边113会与圆锥滚子130的滚动面131发生碰撞,而导致在圆锥滚子130的滚动面131上产生伤痕。
这里,在本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1中,将保持架20形成为使保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值为0.5以上1.5以下。保持架20是利用冲头、冲模等加工的,在设计上,保持架20能够采用的尺寸受到限制。难以制作使保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值为0.5以下那样的保持架20。另外,该比值为0.5以下的保持架20因底部变窄,所以在精度上会产生问题。因此,0.5是保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值的下限。另外,如果保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值超过1.5,则小径侧圆环部23的刚性变大,在组装轴承时,因在将内圈10插入时的保持架20的弹性变形量小,所以担心在圆锥滚子30上产生装入伤痕。因此,1.5是保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值的上限。此外,更优选保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值为0.6以上1.0以下。
图2是表示保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值同保持架刚性之间的关系的图。图2所示的本实施方式(第1实施方式)的圆锥滚子轴承1中,小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值为1.5以下的值0.76,与现有的圆锥滚子轴承进行比较,刚性为0.7倍。由此,可以知道,采用本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承,能够降低保持架应力
这里,为了证实本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承的效果,使用现有的圆锥滚子轴承和本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1,实施了自由落体冲击载荷的试验。在试验里,对于内圈内径140mm、外圈外径250mm、组装宽度45.75mm的单列圆锥滚子轴承(N S K制造、轴承型号HR30228J),使用了具有现有的结构轴承(现有的圆锥滚子轴承)和本实施方式的构成的轴承(本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承A、B、C)。在本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承A、B、C中,保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值分别被设置为0.76、1.04、1.5。在现有的圆锥滚子轴承中,保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值被设置为3.87。通过使这些圆锥滚子轴承强制地自由落体,使圆锥滚子轴承以冲击加速度165G冲击钢板,在每达到10万次的冲击时,确认了在圆锥滚子轴承(保持架)上是否发生了破损、开裂等损伤。
图3是表示该自由落体冲击载荷试验结果的图。在图3中,将在现有的圆锥滚子轴承上发生了损伤时的冲突次数设为1,将在本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承A、B、C的每一个上发生了损伤时的冲突次数以比来表示。根据图3可知,与现有的圆锥滚子轴承相比,保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值为0.76的本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承A的强度提高了大约1.4倍。另外,与此相同,与现有的圆锥滚子轴承相比,保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值为1.5的本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承C的强度提高了大约1.2倍。另外,与现有的圆锥滚子轴承相比,保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值为1.04的本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承B的强度提高了大约3倍。这样,可知,若如本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1那样,保持架20的小径侧圆环部23的截面参数与大径侧圆环部22的截面参数的比值为0.5以上1.5以下,则能够提高保持架20的强度,进而提高圆锥滚子轴承1的强度。
在本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1的组装时,在将内圈10插入时,如图4所示,随着内圈10向着保持架20的小径侧圆环部23侧行进,内圈10的小挡边13与圆锥滚子30的滚动面31相接触,圆锥滚子30被小挡边13推向径向外侧。因为本实施方式的保持架20的弹性变形量大,所以,被推到圆锥滚子30上的保持架20发生弹性变形而向径向的外侧膨胀,从而兜孔被暂时挤压扩张,能够将内圈10插入。与现有的结构相比,该内圈10的插入所需的力为大约40%,另外,因能够将内圈10沿着轴向垂直地插入,所以能够容易地进行组装。
另外,在本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1中,通过设置为小挡边13的外径D>滚子内切圆直径d,使得内圈10、保持架20以及圆锥滚子30不会分离。据此,免去夹紧加工,并且也不需要对内圈、兜孔的形状进行变更,因此,不会增加制造成本就能够容易地进行组装。另外,除此之外,通过将过盈量(小挡边13的外径D与滚子的内切圆直径d之差)设定为适当的值,能够防止保持架20的破裂、圆锥滚子30的损伤。
另外,图5所示,在内圈10的小挡边13的外径面15上,设置有直线部16。直线部16形成为,从外径面15以接触角θ倾斜,且轴向长度1为1mm以下。由此,能进一步提高内圈10的插入性,能够防止圆锥滚子30的损伤。
另外,小挡边13的轴向内侧端面17形成为以角度γ倾斜,使得在小挡边13的轴向内侧端面17与圆锥滚子30的小径侧端面33之间保持适当的间隙g。由此,能够在内圈10、保持架20、圆锥滚子30的组装之后防止圆锥滚子30爬越内圈10的小挡边13而分离。
可是一般来说,圆锥滚子轴承是通过油浴或者润滑脂润滑而被润滑的。此时,在如图10所示的现有的圆锥滚子轴承中,保持架120的小径侧圆环部122向径向内侧延伸,小径侧圆环部122的径向端面126与小挡边113的外径面之间的间隙小。在如此的构造中,从小径侧导入润滑剂的另一方面是,难以将多余的润滑剂从小径侧排出,因此,存在轴承内部的润滑剂变多而搅拌阻力增大这种问题。
这里,在本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1中,如图6所示,在保持架20的小径侧圆环部23上,形成有从支柱24远离的方向且向径向内侧弯曲延伸的弯曲部25。弯曲部25在径向上形成得短,使得径向端面26位于比圆锥滚子30的中心轴线靠径向外侧的位置。也就是说,小径侧圆环部23的轴向截面以与保持架20的板厚相比略长地向径向内侧突出方式,具有曲率地延伸到径向内侧。由此,能够增大径向端面26与小挡边13的外径面之间的间隙,因此,与从小径侧进行的润滑剂的导入并行地,将多余的润滑剂从小径侧排出。因此,根据本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1,能够抑制过多的润滑剂被吸入到轴承的内部,因此,能够减小搅拌阻力,能够抑制发热。
这里,使用现有的圆锥滚子轴承与本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1,进行了热效应试验。在本试验里,对于内圈内径85mm、外圈外径130mm、组装宽度29mm的单列圆锥滚子轴承(NS K制造、轴承型号H R 32017X J),使用了具有现有的结构的轴承(现有的圆锥滚子轴承)、具有本实施方式的结构的轴承(本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1)。在现有的圆锥滚子轴承和本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1上,施加了300kgf的径向载荷以及900kgf的轴向载荷,在以润滑油(VG68)进行强制润滑的条件下,以内圈旋转的方式进行了运转。运转速度为3000min-1。然后,测量了经过预定时间后的外圈的温度,作为轴承温度。
图7是表示该热效应试验结果的图,实线表示本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1的结果,虚线表示现有的圆锥滚子轴承的结果。通过图7上可知,现有的圆锥滚子轴承的轴承温度为82.5℃,相对于此,本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1的轴承温度为78.1℃。这样,可知,根据本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1,与现有的圆锥滚子轴承相比,能够使轴承温度降低3~5℃,能够取得抑制发热的效果。
这样,采用第1实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1,不会增加制造成本就能够容易地进行组装。
(第2实施方式)
参照图8对本发明的第2实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承进行说明。需要说明的是,因内圈、保持架以及外圈的构成和第1实施方式相同,所以在这里省略说明。
除了第1实施方式的各构成之外,在第2实施方式中,将圆锥滚子形成为,圆锥滚子的滚动面的算术平均粗糙度R a为0.05μm以下。由此,圆锥滚子的滚动面变得平滑,能够降低滚动摩擦阻力,因此,能够进一步延长圆锥滚子轴承的寿命。
为了证实本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承的效果,使用了现有的圆锥滚子轴承和本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承,进行了热效应器试验。在试验里,对于内圈内径85mm、外圈外径130mm、组装宽度29mm的单列圆锥滚子轴承(N S K制造、轴承型号H R 32017X J),使用了具有现有的构成的轴承(现有的圆锥滚子轴承)和具有本实施方式的构成的轴承(本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承)。在现有的圆锥滚子轴承和本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承1上,施加了300kgf的径向载荷以及900kgf的轴向载荷,在以润滑油(VG68)进行强制润滑的条件下,以内圈旋转的方式进行了运转。运转速度为3000min-1。然后,测量了经过预定时间后的外圈的温度,作为轴承温度。
图8是表示该试验结果的图,实线表示本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承的结果,虚线表示现有的圆锥滚子轴承的结果。通过图8可以明确地看到,现有的圆锥滚子轴承的轴承温度为82.5℃,相对于此,本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承的轴承温度为71.6℃。这样,可知,根据本实施方式的圆锥滚子轴承,与现有的圆锥滚子轴承相比,能够使轴承温度降低8~12℃,能够降低摩擦阻力。
以上,对本发明的实施方式以及实施例进行了说明,然而,本发明并不局限于所述的实施方式,能够在权利要求书记载的范围内进行各种变更来实施。本申请以2013年1月25日提出的日本申请(日本特愿2013-012418)以及2013年12月27日提出的日本特许申请(日本特愿2013-273050)为基础,并在这里作为参照,引入了其内容。
产业上的可利用性
本发明能够适合于用作在一般的工业机械、在汽车中所使用的圆锥滚子轴承。

Claims (3)

1.一种圆锥滚子轴承,具有,
内圈,其在外周面上形成有圆锥状的内圈滚道面,并在小径侧具有小挡边;
外圈,其在内周面上形成有圆锥状的外圈滚道面;
圆锥滚子,其在所述内圈滚道面与所述外圈滚道面之间自由滚动地沿周向配置有多个;以及
保持架,其利用形成在多个支柱与小径侧圆环部及大径侧圆环部之间的多个兜孔保持所述圆锥滚子,其中,所述小径侧圆环部及大径侧圆环部沿轴向并列地配置,所述多个支柱将所述大径侧圆环部与小径侧圆环部沿轴向连结,并沿周向等间距地设置,
所述圆锥滚子轴承的特征在于,
所述保持架的所述小径侧圆环部的截面参数与所述大径侧圆环部的截面参数的比值为0.5以上1.5以下。
2.如权利要求1所述的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于,
所述保持架的所述小径侧圆环部具有向从所述的支柱远离的方向并向径向内侧弯曲地延伸的弯曲部,
所述弯曲部的径向终端部位于比所述圆锥滚子的中心轴线靠径向外侧的位置。
3.如权利要求1或者2所述的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于,
所述圆锥滚子的滚动面的算术平均粗糙度R a为0.05μm以下。
