Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆的部件加工设备,所述用于车辆的部件加工设备通过自动地选择适用于不同材料的部件的工具通常可应用至用于许多类型的车辆的不同材料和形状的汽车部件。
背景技术
通常,发动机部件(例如气缸盖或气缸体)和许多汽车部件(例如自动变速器)安装在车辆上。这些部件根据车辆的类型具有不同的形状和尺寸,特别地,它们根据车辆类型由例如铸铁(Fc)或铝(Al)的材料制得。
这些机动部件通过部件加工设备根据它们的材料进行加工,在所述部件加工设备上安装各种工具。在加工完成后,它们被传输至车身组装工序。
然而,上述常规的用于车辆的部件加工设备存在如下问题:由于增加的安装区域而造成的狭窄空间、复杂的装置布局、和增加的安装成本,如果在装配线中安装单独的部件加工设备从而制造汽车部件,则需要根据车辆的类型适用于不同材料、尺寸和形状的加工。
另外,使用单个部件加工设备需要替换托盘和用于不同材料的专用工具,在所述托盘上放置不同形状和材料的汽车部件,所述专用工具用于加工汽车部件,其结果是需要额外的时间替换专用工具和托盘。这造成了生产率下降的问题,因为用于此工序的整体周期增加。

发明内容
本发明的各个方面旨在提供一种用于车辆的部件加工设备,其可以通过单件装置加工不同材料的汽车部件,由此通过由减少用于工具替换的时间来减少整体周期、在生产线内减少安装区域并削减安装成本来改进生产率,因为所述部件加工设备通过自动地选择适用于不同材料的汽车部件的工具通常可应用至用于许多类型的车辆的不同材料和形状的汽车部件。
在本发明的一个方面,一种用于车辆的部件加工设备,其可以包括底架、加工头、工具替换单元、夹具单元,所述加工头安装在所述底架的顶部上的一侧上从而与安装在其上的专用工具旋转的同时加工汽车部件,所述工具替换单元安装在所述加工头上方,并装配有多个用于不同材料的汽车部件的专用工具,并在加工所述汽车部件时将所选的专用工具供应至所述加工头,所述夹具单元安装在所述底架的顶部上的另一侧上,面向所述加工头,并可以包括对应用于不同车辆类型的具有不同形状的汽车部件的两个放置托盘从而通过选择性旋转将汽车部件固定在向着所述加工头的位置中。
在所述底架的外侧周围安装有用于覆盖安装在所述底架的顶部上的所述加工头、工具替换单元和所述夹具单元的盖架。
对应于所述加工头的空气喷嘴安装至所述盖架的内侧上部,以去除在汽车部件的加工过程中产生的屑。
所述夹具单元可以包括回转电机、旋转台和空气供应器,所述回转电机安装在所述底架的顶部上的另一侧上,所述旋转台安装在回转电机的转轴的顶部上,其可以包括两个放置托盘,在所述两个放置托盘上放置汽车部件并将其夹住,所述两个放置托盘安装在所述旋转台的上表面的任一侧上,并根据所述回转电机是否启动来选择性地旋转,所述空气供应器设置在所述旋转台下方,在相对于所述回转电机的所述加工头的一侧,并构造成将高压空气喷至汽车部件从而去除在汽车部件的处理过程中产生的屑。
所述空气供应器可以包括喷洒喷嘴、至少一个联接件、吹帽,所述喷洒喷嘴将高压空气喷至汽车部件,所述汽车部件通过两个放置托盘置于并夹至所述旋转台的顶部,所述至少一个联接件沿着在喷洒喷嘴周围的圆周方向设置,并固定定位在所述喷洒喷嘴的顶部上的所述旋转台,所述吹帽安装在所述喷洒喷嘴和每个联接件之间的喷洒喷嘴的顶部上,从而通过使喷自所述喷洒喷嘴的空气的一部分分布至每个联接件来防止屑进入每个联接件。
所述吹帽可以具有向着所述喷洒喷嘴的外侧向下倾斜的圆锥形。
空气供应器的外侧通过圆柱形盖外壳包围。
工具替换单元可以包括安装架、旋转传送器、工具安装头和工具供应器,所述安装架安装在所述加工头上,所述旋转传送器通过致动驱动电机在所述安装架的中心沿着纵向方向选择性地旋转,所述工具安装头沿着所述旋转传送器的外圆周表面以规律间距设置,供应至所述加工头的专用工具安装至所述工具安装头,所述工具供应器安装在对应于所述加工头的位置,与所述驱动电机间隔开,并将通过设置在所述旋转传送器上的所述工具安装头安装的所述专用工具中的需要加工的专用工具供应至所述加工头。
用于不同材料的汽车部件的所述专用工具分别在旋转传送器的长度方向的任一侧上安装至所述工具安装头。
所述专用工具准备用于加工铸钢(Fc)和铝(Al)材料。
所述工具供应器可以包括安装托架、致动筒,所述安装托架安装在对应于所述加工头的安装台的一侧上,在通过所述安装台安装的所述驱动电机的一侧上,所述致动筒可以包括致动杆,并安装在所述安装托架上以将所选的专用工具向着所述加工头向下移动。
如上所述,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的部件加工设备可以通过单件装置加工不同材料的汽车部件,由此通过由减少用于工具替换的时间来减少整体周期、在生产线内减少安装区域并削减安装成本来改进生产率,因为所述部件加工设备通过自动地选择适用于不同材料的汽车部件的工具通常可应用至用于许多类型的车辆的不同材料和形状的汽车部件。因此,所述部件加工设备可以通常用于许多车辆类型的不同材料的汽车部件。
此外,通过由减少放置托盘和专用工具根据汽车部件的材料和形状替换的时间来减少整个周期时间,可以实现产率的提高。
此外,由于仅有单件装置安装在生产线中,这可以减少生产线中的安装区域,简化装置的布局,并削减安装成本。

参考附图,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的部件加工设备1具有这样的结构:其可以通过单件装置加工不同材料的汽车部件P,由此通过由减少用于工具替换的时间来减少整体周期、在生产线内减少安装区域并削减安装成本来改进生产率,因为部件加工设备1通过自动地选择适用于不同材料的汽车部件的工具通常可应用至用于许多类型的车辆的不同材料和形状的汽车部件P。
为此,如图1和图2所示,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的用于车辆的部件加工设备1包括底架10、加工头20、工具替换单元30和夹具单元40。
首先,底架10安装在用于此生产线的工作场所的地面上。
用于覆盖安装在底架10的顶部上的加工头20、工具替换单元30和夹具单元40的盖架11安装在底架10的外侧周围,并防止产生自汽车部件P的屑在加工过程中散落至外侧。
空气喷嘴13可以安装在盖架11的内侧上部,对应于加工头20,从而防止在汽车部件P的加工过程中产生的屑进入汽车部件P或夹具单元40。
空气喷嘴13的功能在于使在使用安装在加工头20上的专用工具T加工汽车部件P的过程中喷洒高压空气时产生的屑从盖架11的内侧落在工作场所的地面上,并防止屑进入汽车部件P、加工头20和夹具单元40。
在本示例性的实施方案中,加工头20安装在底架10的顶部的一侧上从而在与安装在其上的专用工具T旋转的同时加工汽车部件。
加工头10进行加工操作,例如在需要加工的汽车部件P上钻、铣、打孔、敲击、锪孔和端铣。
在本示例性实施方案中,工具替换单元30安装在加工头20上方,装配有多个用于不同材料的汽车部件P的专用工具T,并在加工汽车部件P时将所选的专用工具T供应至加工头20,如图3和4所示。
工具替换单元30包括安装架31、旋转传送器33、工具安装头35和工具供应器37。
首先,安装架31安装在加工头20的上方。
在本示例性实施方案中,旋转传送器33通过致动驱动电机32在安装架31的中心沿着纵向方向选择性地并可旋转地安装。
工具安装头35沿着旋转传送器33的外圆周表面以相等间距设置,提供至加工头20的专用工具T分别安装至工具安装头35。
用于不同材料的汽车部件P的专用工具T可以分别在旋转传送器33的长度的任一侧安装至所述工具安装头35。
同时,在本示例性实施方案中,专用工具T可以准备用于加工铸钢(Fc)和铝(Al)材料,以对应由铸钢(Fc)和铝(Al)材料形成的汽车部件,例如气缸体。
工具供应器37安装在对应于加工头20的位置,与驱动电机32间隔开,并将通过设置在旋转传送器33上的工具安装头35安装的专用工具T中需要加工的专用工具T供应至加工头20。
工具供应器37包括安装托架38、致动筒39,所述安装托架38安装在对应于所述加工头20的安装台36的一侧上,在通过安装台36安装的所述驱动电机32的一侧上,所述致动筒39包括致动杆R,并安装在安装托架38上以将所选的专用工具T向着加工头20向下移动。
亦即,具有上述构造的工具替换单元30通过致动驱动电机32旋转旋转传送器33,使得安装在工具安装头35上的专用工具T中根据待加工的车辆部件P的材料并根据加工方法(例如钻、铣、打孔、敲击、锪孔和端铣)所选的一个T固定在工具供应器37的位置中。
然后,一旦所选的专用工具T固定在工具供应器37的位置中,致动筒39的致动杆R下降并将安装在工具安装头35上的专用工具T移动至加工头,经移动的专用工具T安装在加工头20上。
如图5和图6所示,夹具单元40安装在底架10的顶部的另一侧上,面向加工头20,并包括两个放置托盘41,对应于不同车辆类型的具有不同形状的汽车部件P,所述两个放置托盘41用于将汽车部件P通过选择性的旋转固定在向着加工头20的位置中。
夹具单元40包括回转电机43、旋转台45和空气供应器47。
首先,回转电机43安装在底架10的顶部上的另一侧上。
在本示例性实施方案中,旋转台45的中心安装在回转电机43的转轴的顶部上,放置托盘41安装在旋转台45的上表面的任一侧上,在放置托盘41上放置并夹住汽车部件P,旋转台45根据回转电机43是否启动来选择性地旋转。
亦即,回转电机43选择性地旋转旋转台45,使得放置在放置托盘41上的汽车部件P中待加工的车辆部件P定位在加工头20上。
同时,放置在放置托盘41上的汽车部件P通过安装在放置托盘41上的夹子单元46固定,其根据汽车部件P的外观而采取不同的形式。
如图6和图7所示,空气供应器47设置在旋转台45下方,在相对于回转电机43的加工头20的一侧上,并将高压空气喷至汽车部件P从而去除在汽车部件P的处理过程中产生屑。
如图7所示,空气供应器47包括喷洒喷嘴49、联接件51和吹帽53。
首先,喷洒喷嘴49将高压空气喷至汽车部件P,汽车部件P通过放置托盘41置于并夹至旋转台45的顶部。
联接件51沿着喷洒喷嘴49周围的圆周方向设置多个,并根据是否供应操作压力来向前或向后移动,用以固定定位在喷洒喷嘴49的顶部上的旋转台45。
吹帽53安装在喷洒喷嘴49和每个联接件51之间的喷洒喷嘴的顶部上,从而通过使喷自喷洒喷嘴49的空气的一部分分布至每个联接件51来防止在汽车部件P的处理过程中产生的屑或杂质进入每个联接件51。
吹帽53可以具有向着所述喷洒喷嘴49的外侧向下倾斜的圆锥形。
因此,落在吹帽53的顶部上的屑向着吹帽53的外侧移动。
在此情况下,吹帽53通过防止由喷自喷洒喷嘴49喷至联接件51的空气的一部分产生的屑进入向前移动的用于固定旋转台45的联接件51来防止联接件51的误操作。
由此构造的空气供应器47的外侧可以通过圆柱形盖外壳55包围。
因此,由此构造的根据本发明的示例性实施方案的部件加工设备1使其可以通过单件装置加工不同材料的汽车部件P,由此通过由减少用于工具替换的时间来减少整体周期、在生产线内减少安装区域并削减安装成本来改进生产率,因为部件加工设备1通过自动地选择适用于不同材料的汽车部件P的工具T通常可应用至许多类型的车辆的不同材料和形状的汽车部件P。因此,部件加工设备1可以通常用于许多车辆类型的不同材料的汽车部件P。
此外,通过由减少放置托盘41和专用工具T根据汽车部件P的材料和形状替换的时间来减少整个周期时间。
此外,由于仅有单件装置安装在生产线中,这可以减少生产线中的安装区域,简化装置的布局,并削减安装成本。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于车辆的部件加工设备,所述设备包括:
底架;
加工头,所述加工头安装在所述底架的顶部上的一侧上,从而在与安装在其上的专用工具旋转的同时加工汽车部件;
工具替换单元,所述工具替换单元安装在所述加工头的上方,配备有多个用于不同材料的汽车部件的专用工具,并在加工汽车部件时将所选的专用工具供应至所述加工头;
夹具单元,所述夹具单元安装在所述底架的顶部上的另一侧上,面向所述加工头,并包括对应用于不同车辆类型的具有不同形状的汽车部件的两个放置托盘,从而将汽车部件通过选择性旋转来固定在向着加工头的位置中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的部件加工设备,其中在所述底架的外侧周围安装有用于覆盖安装在所述底架的顶部上的所述加工头、所述工具替换单元和所述夹具单元的盖架。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的部件加工设备,其中对应于所述加工头的空气喷嘴安装至所述盖架的内侧上部,以去除在汽车部件的加工过程中产生的屑。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的部件加工设备,其中所述夹具单元包括:
回转电机,所述回转电机安装所述底架的顶部上的另一侧上;
旋转台,所述旋转台安装在所述回转电机的转轴的顶部上,其包括两个放置托盘,在所述两个放置托盘上放置汽车部件并将其夹住,所述两个放置托盘安装在所述旋转台的上表面的任一侧上,并根据回转电机是否启动来选择性地旋转;以及
空气供应器,所述空气供应器设置在所述旋转台下方,在相对于所述回转电机的所述加工头的一侧,并构造成将高压空气喷至所述汽车部件,从而去除在所述汽车部件的处理过程中产生的屑。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的部件加工设备,其中所述空气供应器包括:
喷洒喷嘴,所述喷洒喷嘴将高压空气喷至汽车部件,所述汽车部件通过所述两个放置托盘置于并夹至所述旋转台的顶部;
至少一个联接件,所述至少一个联接件沿着所述喷洒喷嘴周围的圆周方向设置,并固定定位在所述喷洒喷嘴的顶部上的所述旋转台;
吹帽,所述吹帽安装在所述喷洒喷嘴和每个联接件之间的喷洒喷嘴的顶部上,从而通过使喷自所述喷洒喷嘴的空气的一部分分布至每个联接件来防止所述屑进入每个联接件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的部件加工设备,其中所述吹帽具有向着所述喷洒喷嘴的外侧向下倾斜的圆锥形。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的部件加工设备,其中所述空气供应器的外侧通过圆柱形盖外壳包围。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的部件加工设备,其中所述工具替换单元包括:
安装架,所述安装架安装在所述加工头的上方;
旋转传送器,所述旋转传送器通过致动驱动电机在所述安装架的中心沿着纵向方向选择性地旋转;
工具安装头,所述工具安装头沿着所述旋转传送器的外圆周表面以规律间距设置,供应至所述加工头的专用工具安装至所述工具安装头;以及
工具供应器,所述工具供应器安装在对应于所述加工头的位置,与所述驱动电机间隔开,并将通过设置在所述旋转传送器上的所述工具安装头安装的专用工具中需要加工的专用工具供应至所述加工头。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于车辆的部件加工设备,其中用于不同材料的汽车部件的所述专用工具分别在旋转传送器的长度方向的任一侧上安装至所述工具安装头。
10.根据权利要求8所述的用于车辆的部件加工设备,其中所述专用工具准备用于加工铸钢(Fc)和铝(Al)材料。
11.根据权利要求8所述的用于车辆的部件加工设备,其中所述工具供应器包括:
安装托架,所述安装托架安装在对应于所述加工头的所述安装台的一侧上,在通过所述安装台安装的所述驱动电机的一侧上;以及
致动筒,所述致动筒包括致动杆,并安装在所述安装托架上以将所选的专用工具向着所述加工头向下移动。
