Abstract
本发明涉及一种枸杞多糖含片及其制备方法,该含片是由以下重量份的组分制成:枸杞多糖1-50份,微晶纤维素5-30份,柠檬酸1-15份,糖粉5-60份,脱模剂0.1-3份,粘合剂适量;制备工艺如下:枸杞多糖与各辅料分别粉碎、过100目筛、混合均匀、制软材、造粒、干燥、整粒、压片得到枸杞多糖含片;该含片具有抗衰老、抗疲劳、降血糖、抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗氧化、调节肌体免疫力等功效。

技术领域
本发明属于保健品领域,具体涉及一种枸杞多糖含片及其制备方法。
背景技术
枸杞为茄科植物枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)的成熟果实,其味甘,性平,是著名的防衰老滋补品,已被列为首选的延缓衰老食品之一。枸杞具有滋补肝肾,益精明目之功效,可应用于降血脂、降血糖、保肝、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等药品和保健品中。枸杞中含有多糖、多种氨基酸、微量元素、维生素、牛磺酸、生物碱、挥发油等化学成分。枸杞多糖是枸杞中主要的保健因子,现代医学研究证实:枸杞多糖具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗应激、保肝、降血糖、降血脂和增强免疫力等作用。
目前,枸杞多糖的提取工艺研究较多,而枸杞多糖的应用研究相对较少,主要应用于药品和保健品领域,应用形式有:枸杞多糖软胶囊、枸杞多糖颗粒、枸杞多糖饮料等。枸杞多糖含片未见文献报道。
发明内容
本发明是针对市场上以枸杞多糖为活性成分的制品较为单一的情况,提供了一种枸杞多糖含片及其制备方法。
一种枸杞多糖含片及其制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
1)枸杞多糖制备:干燥的枸杞,粉碎,加入纯净水调节料液比为1:5-30,采用超声辅助水浸提取法提取,超声功率150W,温度40-80℃,处理时间50min,离心取上清液,滤渣按原提取条件再提取一次,合并滤液,减压浓缩至原体积的1/3,加入3倍体积的95%的乙醇,静置24h,过滤收集滤渣,滤渣减压干燥得到枸杞多糖;
2)原料配比:枸杞多糖1-50份,微晶纤维素5-30份,柠檬酸1-15份,糖粉5-60份,脱模剂0.1-3份,粘合剂适量;
3)制粒:各原料分别过100目筛,按比例混合均匀,加入适量粘合剂制软材,过18目筛造粒,粉碎后过16目筛整粒;
4)压片:颗粒中加入脱模剂 0.1-2份,进行压片,得到红枣多糖含片;
5)灭菌:片剂紫外照射10-30min灭菌,包装得到成品。
步骤2)中所述糖粉由山梨糖醇、木糖醇和结晶麦芽糖醇组成,其比例为山梨糖醇:木糖醇:结晶麦芽糖醇=6:1-2:1-4。
步骤3)中所述粘合剂为PVP的乙醇溶液。
步骤4)所述脱模剂为聚乙二醇6000。
本发明的产品具有以下优点:1)产品以枸杞多糖为活性成分,具有抗衰老、抗疲劳、降血糖、抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗氧化、调节肌体免疫力等功效;2)产品便于携带,方便服用;3)制备工艺简单,便于工厂化批量生产。
下面将结合具体实施方式进一步说明本发明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于下列实施方式。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
1)枸杞多糖制备:干燥的枸杞,粉碎,加入纯净水调节料液比为1:10,采用超声辅助水浸提取法提取,超声功率150W,温度60℃,处理时间50min,离心取上清液,滤渣按原提取条件再提取一次,合并滤液,减压浓缩至原体积的1/3,加入3倍体积的95%的乙醇,静置24h,过滤,收集滤渣,干燥得到枸杞多糖;
2)原料配比:枸杞多糖35份,微晶纤维素8份,柠檬酸1份,糖粉(山梨糖醇:木糖醇:结晶麦芽糖醇=6:1:1)55份,聚乙二醇6000 1份,粘合剂适量;
3)制粒:各原料分别过100目筛,按比例混合均匀,加入适量5%的PVP乙醇溶液制软材,过18目筛造粒,60℃条件下,干燥至含水量到3%左右,粉碎,过16目筛整粒;
4)压片:颗粒中加入聚乙二醇6000,进行压片,得到枸杞多糖含片;
5)灭菌:片剂紫外照射25min灭菌,包装得到成品。
6)检测:枸杞多糖得率为4.6%,经硫酸苯酚法检测得到多糖纯度为90.1%;该含片重量为0.6g,多糖含量为189.2mg。
实施例2:
1)枸杞多糖制备:干燥的枸杞,粉碎,加入纯净水调节料液比为1:20,采用超声辅助水浸提取法提取,超声功率150W,温度60℃,处理时间50min,离心取上清液,滤渣按原提取条件再提取一次,合并滤液,减压浓缩至原体积的1/3,加入3倍体积的95%的乙醇,静置24h,过滤,收集滤渣,干燥得到枸杞多糖;
2)原料配比:枸杞多糖30份,微晶纤维素8份,柠檬酸1份,糖粉(山梨糖醇:木糖醇:结晶麦芽糖醇=6:1:1)60份,聚乙二醇6000 1份,粘合剂适量;
3)制粒:各原料分别过100目筛,按比例混合均匀,加入适量5%的PVP乙醇溶液制软材,过18目筛造粒,60℃条件下,干燥至含水量到3%左右,粉碎,过16目筛整粒;
4)压片:颗粒中加入聚乙二醇6000,进行压片,得到枸杞多糖含片;
5)灭菌:片剂紫外照射25min灭菌,包装得到成品。
6)检测:枸杞多糖得率为4.9%,经硫酸苯酚法检测得到多糖纯度为89.6%;该含片重量为0.6g,多糖含量为161.3mg。
Claims (5)
1.一种枸杞多糖含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,具体制备步骤如下:
枸杞多糖制备:干燥的枸杞,粉碎,加入纯净水调节料液比为1:5-30,采用超声辅助水浸提取法提取,超声功率150W,温度40-80℃,处理时间50min,离心取上清液,滤渣按原提取条件再提取一次,合并滤液,减压浓缩至原体积的1/3,加入3倍体积的95%的乙醇,静置24h,过滤收集滤渣,滤渣减压干燥得到枸杞多糖;
2)原料配比:枸杞多糖1-50份,微晶纤维素5-30份,柠檬酸1-15份,糖粉5-60份,脱模剂0.1-3份,粘合剂适量;
3)制粒:各原料分别过100目筛,按比例混合均匀,加入适量粘合剂制软材,过18目筛造粒,粉碎后过16目筛整粒;

2.根据权利要求书1所述一种枸杞多糖含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述糖粉由山梨糖醇、木糖醇和结晶麦芽糖醇组成。
3.根据权利要求书1和2所述一种枸杞多糖含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述糖粉中山梨糖醇:木糖醇:结晶麦芽糖醇=6:1-2:1-4。
4.根据权利要求书1所述一种枸杞多糖含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述粘合剂为PVP的乙醇溶液。
5.根据权利要求书1所述一种枸杞多糖含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)所述脱模剂为聚乙二醇6000。
