本发明涉及一种使用饺,尤其涉及一种竹炭饺。
背景技术
目前市场销售的饺子种类多种多样,原料为面粉,碱,水,馅。首先将面粉放入盆中加适量水混合,再加碱水柔均匀,压成饺子皮,包上馅料。下锅煮熟即可使用。随着城乡生活水平逐渐提高,人们更加注重养生,保健。而原有的饺子的质量口味营养远远满足不了人们现有的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明提供了一种具有养生保健功能的竹炭养生饺。
为了解决上述的技术问题本发明采用如下的技术方案:
竹炭养生饺,由如下原料制成:植物炭黑0.2%~0.5%;面粉85%~92%;食盐0.2%~0.5%;红苕粉2%~9%;芝麻3%~8%;水25%~32%.
作为发明的一种优选方案,竹炭养生饺又一下重量原料制作而成:植物炭黑0.4;面粉88;食盐0.3;红薯粉6;芝麻5;水30.馅料:白菜馅,韭菜馅,猪肉馅等。

具体实施方式
竹炭养生饺,有如下重量原料制作:植物炭黑0.4;面粉88;食盐0.3;红薯粉6;芝麻5;水30.馅料:白菜馅,韭菜馅,猪肉馅等。上述原材料制作养生饺皮时,首先将上述比例的炭黑和面肥混合再加红薯粉,再加芝麻再加水和食盐搅拌均匀。采用压皮机反复碾压4次制成饺皮。包上馅料将养生饺煮熟即可食用。
实施例一
以制作119.45kg饺皮为例,首先将0.3kg植物炭黑和88kg面粉搅拌均匀混合搅拌,加入0.05kg食盐混合,加入6kg红薯粉混合,加3kg芝麻粉混合,最后加22kg水混合均匀;采用压皮机反复碾压4次制作成饺皮。包上馅料。
实施例二
以制作131.6kg饺皮为例,首先将0.4kg植物炭黑和90kg面粉搅拌均匀混合搅拌,加入0.1kg食盐混合,加入7kg红薯粉混合,加4kg芝麻粉混合,最后加26kg水混合均匀;采用压皮机反复碾压4次制作成饺皮。包上馅料。
实施例三
以制作138.65kg饺皮为例,首先将0.5kg植物炭黑和95kg面粉搅拌均匀混合搅拌,加入0.15kg食盐混合,加入8kg红薯粉混合,加5kg芝麻粉混合,最后加30kg水混合均匀;采用压皮机反复碾压4次制作成饺皮。包上馅料。
