本发明公开了一种竹炭养生饺,该养生饺有益效果是:内因含有植物炭黑成分,使用后会让皮肤深层温度身高,带动微细血管扩张,促进人体血液循环,较快新陈代谢,具有消除疲劳的功效,芝麻具有养血的功效,可以使干枯粗糙的皮肤细腻光滑、红润光泽,红薯粉能有效的抑制血管硬化,预防心血管疾病,糖尿病等。富含维生素可以润肠,排毒,通便。该养生饺食用后能释放出改善肠道的微量元素,排出体内的有害毒素,对身体起到保健作用。同时,该养生饺选用纯天然植物作为原料不含有色素营养丰富食用时口感爽滑。

本发明涉及一种使用饺,尤其涉及一种竹炭饺。
背景技术
目前市场销售的饺子种类多种多样,原料为面粉,碱,水,馅。首先将面粉放入盆中加适量水混合,再加碱水柔均匀,压成饺子皮,包上馅料。下锅煮熟即可使用。随着城乡生活水平逐渐提高,人们更加注重养生,保健。而原有的饺子的质量口味营养远远满足不了人们现有的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明提供了一种具有养生保健功能的竹炭养生饺。
为了解决上述的技术问题本发明采用如下的技术方案:
竹炭养生饺,由如下原料制成:植物炭黑0.2%~0.5%;面粉85%~92%;食盐0.2%~0.5%;红苕粉2%~9%;芝麻3%~8%;水25%~32%.
作为发明的一种优选方案,竹炭养生饺又一下重量原料制作而成:植物炭黑0.4;面粉88;食盐0.3;红薯粉6;芝麻5;水30.馅料:白菜馅,韭菜馅,猪肉馅等。

具体实施方式
竹炭养生饺,有如下重量原料制作:植物炭黑0.4;面粉88;食盐0.3;红薯粉6;芝麻5;水30.馅料:白菜馅,韭菜馅,猪肉馅等。上述原材料制作养生饺皮时,首先将上述比例的炭黑和面肥混合再加红薯粉,再加芝麻再加水和食盐搅拌均匀。采用压皮机反复碾压4次制成饺皮。包上馅料将养生饺煮熟即可食用。
实施例一
以制作119.45kg饺皮为例,首先将0.3kg植物炭黑和88kg面粉搅拌均匀混合搅拌,加入0.05kg食盐混合,加入6kg红薯粉混合,加3kg芝麻粉混合,最后加22kg水混合均匀;采用压皮机反复碾压4次制作成饺皮。包上馅料。
实施例二
以制作131.6kg饺皮为例,首先将0.4kg植物炭黑和90kg面粉搅拌均匀混合搅拌,加入0.1kg食盐混合,加入7kg红薯粉混合,加4kg芝麻粉混合,最后加26kg水混合均匀;采用压皮机反复碾压4次制作成饺皮。包上馅料。
实施例三
以制作138.65kg饺皮为例,首先将0.5kg植物炭黑和95kg面粉搅拌均匀混合搅拌,加入0.15kg食盐混合,加入8kg红薯粉混合,加5kg芝麻粉混合,最后加30kg水混合均匀;采用压皮机反复碾压4次制作成饺皮。包上馅料。

1.竹炭养生饺,其特征在于;由如下重量份原料制作而成;植物炭黑0.2%~0.5%;面粉85%~92%;食盐0.2%~0.5%;红苕粉2%~9%;芝麻3%~8%;水25%~32%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹炭养生饺,其特征在于;由如下重量份原料制作而成:植物炭黑0.4;面粉90;食盐0.3;红薯粉6;芝麻5;水30.馅料:白菜馅,韭菜馅,猪肉馅等。
