玉米须水具有很好的保健功能,但是目前市场上没有此类产品,严重影响需要的人使用。没有此类产品,即使有很多人需要,也无法买到,影响人们使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有保健功、天然、绿色,工艺简单的玉米须饮料的制备方法。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种玉米须饮料的制备方法,本方法的第一步是选取玉米须并清洗,第二步加水煮玉米须,第三步加入配料,第四步进行蒸馏,第五步灌装,第六步高温杀菌,第七步检验、入库。
所述的玉米须饮料的制备方法,所述的第一步是选取玉米须并清洗,首先挑出玉米须中的杂质及变色的和腐烂的;然后将挑选好的玉米须放入水中进行清洗,之后淋干水分。
所述的玉米须饮料的制备方法,所述的第二步加水煮玉米须是将淋干水分的玉米芯放入容器中,加入三倍的水,大火烧开,小火煮3小时制成玉米须水,自然凉至室温。
所述的玉米须饮料的制备方法,所述的第三步加入配料,将凉至室温的玉米须水进行1000目过滤,然后加入糖水,糖与水的比例为1:1,再加入蜂蜜,玉米须水、糖水、蜂蜜的比例为96:2.5:1.5。
所述的玉米须饮料的制备方法,所述的第四步进行蒸馏,将第三步所得的半成品进行800℃高温进行蒸馏,在将蒸馏好的玉米须水收集起来。
所述的玉米须饮料的制备方法,所述的第五步灌装,将收集起来的玉米须水罐到瓶中,第六步高温杀菌,将灌装好的玉米须水与瓶子一同进行1000℃高温进行。
有益效果:
1.本发明的玉米须主要药效成分为多糖充分释放,具有很好的保健功效,利尿,常用能够缓解肾炎浮肿;利胆:对胆囊炎、脂肪肝、糖尿病有缓解作用并能够止血;玉米须、根、叶对吐血、尿血有一定疗效;对消化不良引起的腹泻,特别是水泻,玉米须用水煎服能够止泻;玉米须还有强心、开胃、止喘等作用,它味甘、性平,无任何副作用。
本发明采用的玉米须成本低、价格廉、营养丰富,具有很好的保健功能,同时具有很好的市场前景。
本发明的口感好,工艺简单、造价低,经过了高温杀菌能够使使用者放心饮用。
本发明采用的蜂蜜能够恢复疲劳,尤其是熬夜后。在所有的天然食品中,大脑神经元所需要的能量在蜂蜜中含量最高;蜂蜜中的果糖、葡萄糖能够很快被身体吸收利用,改善血液的营养状况。
本发明采用的蜂蜜能够消除大餐后的积食,蜂蜜可以促使胃酸正常分泌,还有增强肠蠕动的作用,能显著缩短排便时间。
本发明采用的蜂蜜具有润肺的功能,具有消炎、祛痰、润肺、止咳的功效,枇杷蜜的止咳作用最好。
还能够解酒,蜂蜜成分中含有一种大多数水果没有的果糖,它可以促进酒精的分解吸收,因此有利于快速醒酒,并解除饮酒后的头痛感。
