背景技术
南瓜中含有多种维生素,不但营养丰富,而且热量低,还具有抗癌的作用。其中的果胶可以清除体内的重金属和部分农药,常吃南瓜也有助于防治糖尿病;南瓜含有蛋白质、糖类、脂肪、纤维素、钙、磷、铁,胡萝卜素、维生素C、腺嘌呤、精氨酸、瓜氨酸、天门冬氨酸、葫芦巴碱、甘露醇等;南瓜是维生素A的优质来源;南瓜经现代医学研究,可有效的预防和治疗高血压、糖尿病以及肝脏的一些病变,被称为“防癌食物”之一;南瓜所含的甘露醇又有通便功效,可减少粪便中毒素对人体危害,对防止结肠癌有其功用;南瓜子对人体子宫颈癌细胞培养株JTC26在体外筛选有抑制作用,抑制率在90%以上,其它尚有抗血吸虫及驱虫作用,用以治疗血吸虫病。
南瓜饼主要以南瓜为原料做成的饼,各个地方的制作方法都不太一样。但传统的南瓜饼味道虽然各地不一,但基本上都较为类似,比较传统,无法满足现代人们的饮食需要。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种口感好,具有营养保健功能的芝麻味南瓜饼及其制备方法。

1)将南瓜去瓤后洗干净,切成小块,放入蒸锅中蒸熟后捣成泥;
2)放入食用盐,面粉、芹菜叶、葡萄酒、槐树花及奶粉同南瓜泥搅拌均匀;
3)用手将南瓜泥揉搓按压成一块块饼状,然后在表面撒上芝麻粉,用荷叶包好,入笼蒸10-20分钟,稍凉后取出即可食用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在配方中加入奶粉,能够提高南瓜饼适口感,爽滑清香,再通过加入槐树花、葡萄酒等成分对人体有一定的保健作用,富含多种营养物质,有利于提高免疫力,且含糖量低,食用营养健康。
