本发明公开一种梨汁冰糖的制造方法,涉及食用糖生产领域,其制备步骤为白砂糖、梨汁和水用高温蒸汽加热溶解后放入夹层锅内进行蒸糖浓缩,然后将浓缩糖液装入放有结晶架的冰糖桶内进行自然结晶,再放入烘房烘干,破碎后即得,本发明的梨汁冰糖的制造方法,操作简单,工序少;用本发明制造的梨汁冰糖,食用方便,止痰化咳,具有很好的推广和使用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及食用糖生产领域,尤其是一种梨汁冰糖的制造方法。
背景技术
冰糖有单晶冰糖和多晶冰糖两种。冰糖呈透明或半透明状;冰糖味甘,有补中益气、滋阴生津、润肺止咳、清热解毒、养颜、利咽降浊的功效,能清痰利喉、爽口开胃,益于治咽痛口干、高血压等症,在不少国家冰糖被当作医治伤风感冒的良药,普遍受到消费者的喜爱。
梨含有较多糖类和多种维生素,对肝脏有一定的保护作用,特别适合饮酒人士;梨汁味甘酸而平,有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用,因此对咽喉干燥、痒、痛、音哑、痰稠等均有良效,且梨汁富含膳食纤维,是最好的肠胃“清洁工”,饭后喝杯梨汁,能促进胃肠蠕动,使积存在体内的有害物质大量排出,避免便秘。
对于喜欢食补的家庭,咳嗽多痰时,都喜欢用梨子和冰糖一起熬制成冰糖雪梨汁,然后每日服用,以达到润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用,但每次都要经过熬煮,比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种产食用方便且能润肺清燥、止咳化痰的梨汁冰糖的制造方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是其制造步骤为:
1)、把白砂糖放入溶糖锅内,加入25%的水和梨汁的混合液,用高温蒸汽加热至溶解;
2)、糖液经过滤网过滤后,输送到夹层锅进行煮糖浓缩,将糖液中的多余水分去除,将糖蜜煮到温度为113℃-118℃即可;
3)、将2)步骤所得的浓缩糖液装入冰糖桶内放置在保温房,在室温下进行自然结晶,结晶时间为7天;
4)、将冰糖蜜去除后,将结晶好的冰糖放在晾糖架上常温下晾24小时;
5)、取出冰糖桶,将半成品冰糖送入烘房烘干,烘房温度为60-70度,烘干时间19小时-21小时;
6)、将烘干后的冰糖破碎成大小均匀的块状颗粒,即可打包,出售。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:所述2)步骤中,筛网为80目。
进一步的:所述梨汁为将鲜梨榨汁过滤提取而得,梨汁加入量为白砂糖重量百分比的3%。
本发明的优点在于,本发明的梨汁冰糖的制造方法,操作简单,工序少;用本发明制造的梨汁冰糖,食用方便,止痰化咳,具有很好的推广和使用价值。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例,对本发明作进一步详述:
本实施例的梨汁冰糖的制造方法,其制造步骤为:
1)、把1000千克白砂糖放入溶糖锅内,加入220千克的水和30千克的梨汁,用高温蒸汽加热至溶解,梨汁为鲜梨榨汁过滤提取而得;
2)、糖液经过滤网过滤后,输送到夹层锅进行煮糖浓缩,将糖液中的多余水分去除,将糖蜜煮到温度为113℃-118℃即可;
3)、将2)步骤所得的浓缩糖液装入冰糖桶内放置在保温房,控制保温房温度,在室温下进行自然结晶,结晶时间为7天;
4)、将冰糖蜜去除后,将结晶好的冰糖放在晾糖架上常温下晾24小时;
5)、取出冰糖桶,将半成品冰糖送入烘房烘干,烘房温度为60-70度,烘干时间20小时;
6)、将烘干后的冰糖破碎成大小均匀的块状颗粒,即可打包,检验人员按规定的要求,对成品进行抽样检验,检验合格出售;包装袋使用前用紫外线灭菌,装入冰糖后保证封口不脱线、封口胶不脱落。

1.一种梨汁冰糖的制造方法,其特征在于其制造步骤为:
1)、把白砂糖放入溶糖锅内,加入25%的水和梨汁的混合液,用高温蒸汽加热至溶解;
2)、糖液经过滤网过滤后,输送到夹层锅进行煮糖浓缩,将糖液中的多余水分去除,将糖蜜煮到温度为113℃-118℃即可;
3)、将2)步骤所得的浓缩糖液装入冰糖桶内放置在保温房,在室温下进行自然结晶,结晶时间为7天;
4)、将冰糖蜜去除后,将结晶好的冰糖放在晾糖架上常温下晾24小时;
5)、取出冰糖桶,将半成品冰糖送入烘房烘干,烘房温度为60-70度,烘干时间19小时-21小时;
6)、将烘干后的冰糖破碎成大小均匀的块状颗粒,即可打包,出售。
