Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于座椅导轨的锁定器件的释放装置。
背景技术
目前,机动车中的座椅通常具有上导轨和下导轨,沿所述上导轨和下导轨所述座椅可被调节,特别是沿机动车的行进方向和与行进方向相反的方向调节。设置锁定器件以便能够将车辆座椅锁定在特定纵向位置,所述锁定器件使两个导轨的位置相对于彼此固定。所述锁定器件因而在需要调节车辆座椅的纵向位置时必须被释放。为此目的,设置一种释放装置,但是所述释放装置通常以复杂的方式被设计,并且根据现有技术难于安装在车辆座椅中。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的为提供一种释放装置,其不具有现有技术的缺点。
该目的由具有杆的释放装置实现,手柄被设置在杆的一个端部,杆的另一个端部与锁定器件共操作,其中,释放装置具有弹簧器件,所述弹簧器件将杆预拉伸到其被动位置,且同时弹簧器件被用于将杆紧固到机动车座椅的上导轨,尤其以可旋转的方式安装所述杆。
本发明涉及一种用于机动车座椅的纵向座椅调节系统的上导轨和下导轨的释放装置。锁定器件被设置在通常连接到车辆座椅的上导轨与通常连接到机动车主体的下导轨之间,所述锁定器件将车辆座椅锁定在所期望的位置。所述锁定器件必须被释放,以便能够调节车辆座椅。为此目的,设置释放装置,所述释放装置在目前的情形中被手动致动。所述释放装置具有杆,所述杆优选为在车辆座椅的上导轨上可旋转地安装。所述杆的一端部与锁定器件共操作,并可选择地释放所述锁定器件。手柄被设置在另一端部。如果该手柄被致动,那么该杆相对于上导轨从该杆的被动位置移动、或优选为旋转到该杆的释放位置,并同时将锁定器件从它的锁定位置转换到释放位置。为了确保释放装置自动移动到它的被动位置,在该被动位置所述释放装置不以释放的方式与锁定器件共操作,设置弹簧器件,所述弹簧器件将杆预拉伸到它的被动位置。而且,所述弹簧器件防止由杆产生咔嗒的噪声。因此,根据本发明,假设弹簧器件另外承担将该杆安装在上导轨上的功能。因此,部件以及由此重量被节约且安装被简化。
例如,弹簧器件为例如由线材制成的支架弹簧(leg spring)。在一端,支架弹簧被设计成使得线材既穿过杆中的凹口又穿过上导轨中的凹口,并因此用作为回转承载件。
可替换地,弹簧器件被设计为片簧,其一方面与杆连接且另一方面与上导轨连接。
优选地,该杆为弯曲钣金件、特别地为以整件制成的弯曲钣金件。优选地,该杆由金属制成。优选地,上导轨至少部分地接收该杆。优选地,该杆在上导轨内部、特别地在横向于调节车辆座椅的方向上仅仅具有少量的间隙。
优选地,杆的不与锁定器件共操作的端部通过形状锁合、力锁合和/或材料连接的方式而与手柄连接。优选地,手柄被安装到或安装进该杆并被形状锁合地和/或力锁合地与其连接,特别地为通过闩锁连接。优选地,该杆和/或手柄具有用于闩锁连接的装置。进一步优选地,手柄和/或杆具有安全器件,通过该安全器件,防止该手柄能够通过不适当的操作从该杆释放。
特别优选地,释放装置具有安全器件,所述安全器件防止杆在不适当加载手柄的情况下被损坏。例如,所述安装装置为连接件,所述连接件在超过特定负荷时、特别地在超过特定的弯矩时被自动释放,以使得手柄不再与杆固定地连接。因此,防止对释放装置和/或锁定器件的损害。
本领域技术人员理解,车辆座椅大体上安装有两个上导轨和两个下导轨,其中,每个上导轨和/或下导轨具有根据本发明的释放装置,然而所述释放装置优选地由共用手柄致动。

具体实施方式
图1示出了具有杆2的根据本发明的释放装置。所述杆优选地由金属片制成,特别地通过金属片最初被冲压随后被弯曲而整件制成。所述杆在左右分别具有凹口2.1。而且,释放装置设有弹簧器件3,在该情形中为支架弹簧。所述支架弹簧具有第一支腿3.1和第二支腿3.2。而且,释放装置优选设有阻尼件4,所述阻尼件被插入到杆2上设置的开口中。
特别可从图2中得出,支架弹簧的第二支腿3.2的线材被插入到杆2的凹口2.1中,并从所述凹口突出以致当该杆被插入到上导轨5时,所述突出支腿闩锁到所述上导轨的凹口5.1中。因此,弹簧器件3形成杆2相对于上导轨5的回转承载件。弹簧器件3的第一支腿3.1被支承在杆2上。
图3a示出了与锁定器件6共操作的释放装置,所述锁定器件被本领域技术人员所知并使得通常连接至车辆座椅的上导轨5相对于连接至车辆座椅本体的下导轨13锁定。在图3a中,释放装置处于它的被动位置,在该位置所述释放装置被弹簧器件3预拉伸,且在该位置,所述释放装置不以释放的方式与锁定器件6共操作。本领域技术人员意识到,杆2具有连接区域7,手柄可特别地形状锁合地和/或力锁合地连接至该区域。
图3b示出了根据图3a的实施例,其中,杆2现在已被顺时针向上旋转,且因此,锁定器件6被致动,以使得它不再以锁定的方式起作用,以致上导轨能够被相对于下导轨调节。杆2在该情形中围绕由弹簧器件3形成的回转承载件旋转。

Claims (16)

1.一种用于机动车座椅的纵向座椅调节系统的释放装置(1),所述释放装置(1)包括:
锁定器件(6);
杆(2),所述杆在其一端部具有手柄(8)且所述杆的另一端部与所述锁定器件(6)共操作;
弹簧器件(3);
机动车座椅的上导轨(5);以及
闩锁紧固器件(12),其设置在所述手柄(8)与所述杆(2)之间;
其中
所述弹簧器件(3)将杆预拉伸到该杆的被动位置,
所述弹簧器件(3)将杆(2)紧固到机动车座椅的上导轨(5),
