本发明涉及一种发酵饮品,使用以下方法制备:(1)、取新鲜马鞭草和旋复花各500g,洗净后捣碎取汁,取大麦500g碾碎,将大麦与上述制得的汁混合制成团状,用麻叶包好阴干储存,制成酒曲备用;(2)、取带壳高粱碾碎,加适量水放入锅内煮成干饭,冷凉备用;(3)按10kg干饭与100g酒曲的比例混合均匀,装入坛中进行发酵,在25-35℃发酵35-60天,制得发酵饮品。本发明提供的发酵饮品味酸微甜,含有大量的氨基酸,暖胃散寒温经止痛,活血化瘀,常用于妇女产后调理,具有很好的功效。

本发明涉及一种饮料,具体涉及一种发酵饮品。
背景技术
发酵饮品大多是利用酵母发酵砂糖,在这种糖液的酒精发酵过程中,可产生出大量的二氧化碳气,并饱和在发酵液中,当发酵到一定程度时,令其停止发酵,这样发酵结束时,不但有大量的CO2保留下来,而且一部分糖也被保留下来,所以既有CO2,又有适宜的甜味,还含有少量酒精,口感很好,但是饮料的营养价值较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种发酵饮品,具有活血化瘀的作用,提高发酵饮品的营养价值。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种发酵饮品,使用以下方法制备:(1)、取新鲜马鞭草和旋复花各500g,洗净后捣碎取汁,取大麦500g碾碎,将大麦与上述制得的汁混合制成团状,用麻叶包好阴干储存,制成酒曲备用;(2)、取带壳高粱碾碎,加适量水放入锅内煮成干饭,冷凉备用;(3)按10kg干饭与100g酒曲的比例混合均匀,装入坛中进行发酵,在25-35℃发酵35-60天,制得发酵饮品。
服用时,可以将500g上述饮品加入5kg水进行勾兑,然后进行饮用,也可以作为面汤进行饮用。
旋复花,祛头目诸风寒邪,止太阳、阳明头疼,行阳明乳汁不通。(治)乳岩、乳痈、红肿疼痛、暴赤火眼、目疾疼痛、祛风明目、隐涩羞明怕日,伤风寒热咳嗽、走经络,止面寒腹疼,利小便,治单腹胀,风火牙根肿痛。
马鞭草,感冒发热;咽喉肿痛;牙龈肿痛;黄疸;痢疾;血瘀经闭;痛经;症瘕;水肿;小便不利;疟疾;痈疮肿毒;跌打损伤。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的发酵饮品味酸微甜,含有大量的氨基酸,暖胃散寒温经止痛,活血化瘀,常用于妇女产后调理,具有很好的功效。
具体实施方式
